Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Absolutely loved our stay here! The view from our balcony was stunning – we could even see Engstligen Falls. Everything was absolutely spotless, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of local products. Such a lovely place to stay in Adelboden and we would 100% come back.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026فندق أسطوري في منطقة أسطورية! من أول لحظة وصلنا فيها، كانت التجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. الفندق جميل جدًا، مريح، ونظيف بشكل ملحوظ، وكل شيء مرتب ومعتنى فيه بعناية. وشكر خاص جدًا لـ كريستينا والطاقم كامل كانوا ودودين جدًا، بشوشين، متعاونين وخدومين لأبعد درجة. تعاملهم الراقي واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل خلانا نشعر وكأننا بين أهلنا وأصدقائنا، وليس مجرد نزلاء في فندق. الخدمة كانت ممتازة، والفطور بسيط وجميل ومناسب جدًا لبداية يوم هادئ. أما بالنسبة للقرية، فهي جميلة جدًا وهادئة، والطبيعة والأجواء فيها شيء يستحق التجربة فعلًا. خيارات المطاعم المناسبة لنا محدودة نوعًا ما، لذلك تحتاج تمشي حالك بأي شيء 😄، وهذا بصراحة ما يقلل أبدًا من جمال القرية وتجربة الإقامة فيها. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا ولا تُنسى. نظافة المكان، جمال المنطقة، هدوء القرية، والخدمة الرائعة من كريستينا والطاقم كلها جعلت الإقامة مميزة جدًا. بكل تأكيد نتمنى العودة مرة أخرى. A truly legendary hotel in a legendary location! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained, organized, and taken care of with great attention to detail. A very special thank you to Christina and the entire team They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than simply being hotel guests. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was simple, lovely, and perfect for starting the day. As for the village, it is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The scenery and atmosphere are amazing, and the area is definitely worth experiencing. however, there are not many restaurant options that suit our taste, so you just have to make do with whatever is available 😄. But honestly, this does not take away from the beauty of the village or the overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

Men zorgde direct voor glutenvrije keuzes naast alle ander lekkers bij het ontbijt en in het restaurant. Ook werden de mooie kamers elke dag volledig gepoetst. En natuurlijk de ligging is perfect in het mooie Adelboden. En we kregen een pas om gratis alle liften te gebruiken.
Er is helemaal niks te bedenken.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026أود أن أعبر عن عميق امتناني لاستضافتكم الرائعة في هذا الكوخ الساحر. الموقع كان بغاية الجمال والبرودة المنعشة، والكوخ أنيق ونظيف، وكل شيء فيه مصنوع بحب. الفطور كان خفيفاً ولذيذاً والمخبوزات كانت رائعة. رغم أن الغرفة لم تكن مزودة بمكيف، إلا أن برودة الطقس الخارجي كانت مثالية فتبرد الغرفة بشكل ممتاز. قاموا بتزويدنا بالماء كل يوم، واستقبلونا بشوكولاتة سويسرية عند الوصول. كما أن القهوة كانت متوفرة بجودة عالية طوال اليوم. سأوصي به للجميع 🤍 هذي اطلالة غرفه رقم 1 غرفه رقم 5 بلكونتها كبيييره ومطله على الشلال والجبل الثلجي

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Loved the traditional style of the outside and the more modern, clean decor on the inside. The room was really comfortable, the best shower ever, British channels on the TV. Loved the balcony and views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and we chose to eat nearly all our evening meals at the hotel as well. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Beautiful, quiet location just outside the centre of town. We were given a guest card giving us free travel on all the buses and trains in the area. Also free travel on a lot of the cable cars and discount on others. Also free access to the local outdoor swimming pool which was superb. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
I honestly can’t think of anything!

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, nous n'avons malheureusement pas bien dormi. Cette chambre familiale est située sous le toit et avons dû subir une température de plus de 26 degrés dans la chambre. Cela est vraiment inacceptable suite au prix de la nuit à plus de 350 euros. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la chambre a tout gâché notre séjour

Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet. Auch abends haben wir im Restaurant sehr fein gegessen. Vom Skiraum aus sind es lediglich ein paar Meter zum Gody-Lift, welcher direkt mit dem Skigebiet Adelboden-Lenk verbunden ist. Top!

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Zimmer und Restaurant sind äusserst gemütlich. Das Holz macht alles sehr wohnlich und die Dekoration ist mit viel Sorgfalt gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und variantenreich.
Der Empfang klappte erst nicht, trotz angemeldeter Ankunftszeit. Telefonisch war auch niemand erreichbar. Das war enttäuschend, da auch das Restaurant an diesem Tag nicht geöffnet war und wir nicht wussten, wann jemand kommt. Zum Glück schien die Sonne und wir mussten nicht frieren. Die Buchung über Booking war mit täglichen Zahlunserinnerungen sehr lästig, obwohl die Kreditkartennummer bereits hinterlegt und Buchungsbestätigung erfolgt war.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings hätte man für den Preis noch Rührei, Spiegelei oder Ähnliches erwartet. Dennoch war es ausreichend und sehr gut. Das Abendessen war seeeeeehr gut! Selten so gut gegessen.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026We stayed in the family suite between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is beautifully furnished, and our room was ideal for a family of four. It was extremely clean, well maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We dined in the restaurant for three nights, and the menu offered a great variety of options, including choices suitable for our 8 and 6 year-old children. All of the food was excellent, with a special mention for the “Heisse Leibe” pudding, which was a real standout. In our opinion, the service we received at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Although we didn’t catch the names of the servers, they were absolutely brilliant and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025I almost don’t want to share this place because it’s that good. Tucked on the south side of Adelboden, it’s a quiet spot about a 15–20 minute walk to the main street. From the balcony you get classic Swiss postcard views: wide green meadows and snow-capped peaks. Rooms are only two or three floors in total, and I stayed in Room 5 — probably the best one, with a balcony even larger than the room. There’s a beautiful plane tree outside, half green and half golden—stunning. Facilities are modern and spotless, with everything you need (no kitchen). The bathroom is spacious and the shower is the best I had in Switzerland — genuinely a joy to use. Plenty of parking, and there’s a house restaurant downstairs with good food. Breakfast is very nice too (pro tip: ask the server for freshly made sunny-side-up eggs). Staff are friendly in a natural, unfussy way — none of that over-the-top “scripted” enthusiasm you sometimes get. And the absolute highlight: they provide an Adelboden–Lenk guest pass that lets you ride the cable cars unlimited times. That perk alone saves a ton of money and makes exploring the area a breeze. All in all, this might just be the best hotel in Adelboden. If I come back to Switzerland, I’m definitely staying here again.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025We had such a lovely stay, the rooms were comfy and cosy and had the best views and balcony from room 4. The room was modern with a rainfall shower and underfloor heating. There’s a coffee station on the first floor for hotel guests, as well as a selection of tea. The breakfast was amazing, great selection and eggs available. Lots of parking right outside, we drove into the town for some food in the evening and was easy to get to. We also were staying in Adelboden to be close to Kandersteg for the Oeschinensee hike!
