Bei einem Besuch einen Tag drauf war nur Rezeption da, keine Chefin. Leere Versprechungen. Angeblich waren die Zimmer andreweitig verbucht. Geld ist bis heute nicht da. MEIDEN SIE DIESES HOTEL

Keine Antwort auf Mail, niemand an Rezeption auch nach Anruf auf die hinterlegte interne Nummer nicht. Die einzige Angestellte, die wir gesehen haben, konnte kein deutsch, war also auch keine Hilfe.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Ontbijt en diner waren goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Voor het hotel is beperkte parkeergelegenheid, maar achter het hotel zijn er nog meer parkeerplaatsen. Het hotel ligt aan de doorlopende weg maar de ligging is erg rustig. We kijken er met veel plezier op terug.
Prijs was behoorlijk aan de hoge kant, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet helemaal in lijn met wat we verwacht hadden (lees: voor de prijs die wij betaalden, hadden we meer luxe verwacht). Dit kan uiteraard liggen aan de periode, zo direct na oudjaar. Dat in de hotelkamer de douche en wc zich niet op gelijke hoogte met de slaapkamer bevonden, maar dat de slaapkamer via een smalle houten trap te bereiken was, hadden we niet verwacht. Dit zal niet in elke hotelkamer zo zijn. Voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn, zal dit erg lastig zijn.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Obwohl mir mitgeteilt worden war, dass die Rezeption zu meiner Ankunftszeit unbesetzt sein werde, war das Einchecken überhaupt kein Problem. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Zimmer, ruhig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - und das Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert! Das Frühstück übrigens auch top! Habe meine Nacht hier auf dem Alpenpässeweg sehr genossen und sie war ausserordentlich erholsam.

All good. When I wanted to check out on Sunday at 7am, there was noone at the reception (even after dialing 27 noone picked up) - had to run to the kitchen staff to get someone organised.

Television and Internet did not work and our room was changed as a result. The gallery rooms in the roof space have very steep steps between the sleeping area and the bathroom. On our visit the room was extremely cold. My credit card was charged twice before checkout when I was asked to pay yet again. While the earlier charges were refunded, they had not been refunded to my account by the time I checked out and the front desk staff were inflexible and demanding.
