Hotel rural en Salento con mucho encanto. A cinco minutos caminando de la calle Real caminando (seguro de dia y de noche). Habitaciones muy amplias con unas vistas maravillosas al valle. Zona ajardinada para ver colibrís y otras aves. Desayuno a la carta exquisito. Personal muy amable y atento. Te asesoran para realizar actividades.

We love everything from the Hotel. It was in a quiet area surrender by nature. We were able to spot a few species of birds. Our room had a view of the mountains and it was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Cristina and her team were amazing, they took care of our questions. We took a couple tours suggested by Christina and we loved it. We were glad we did.

We don't have anything that we don't like.

Gerade weil es 500m ausserhalb Salento war, war es eine Oase der Ruhe. Alles war perfekt. Ausserdem sehr zuvorkommend bei allen Wünschen.

El resort esta ubicado muy cerca de Salento, solo a 8 minutos andando. Se encuentra en las montañas y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El desayuno tambien era muy bueno y variado. Hemos estado muy a gusto! El entorno, personal e instalaciones hacen que sea un hotel excepcional. En especial, destacar el trato recibido por Cristina la dueña que nos asesoró y ayudo durante toda nuestra estancia.

Rien, à part les 7/8 mn de marche « difficile » de Salento, mais la tranquillité ça se paie !

Buen desayuno, las chicas que lo preparan son encantadoras. Con un jardín muy agradable.

El camino hasta el pueblo por la noche. En cuanto a expectativas pensamos que era más resort.

Il panorama è il migliore del salento. La stanza tripla che avevamo a disposizione era molto spaziosa e pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. La colazione è molto buona.Carlos è stato gentilissimo. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia,ottimo,veloce ed economico.

Vicino al centro di Salento ma fuori dal traffico , per raggiungere il centro c’è una strada sterrata ma sicura da percorrere ( circa 10 minuti) la colazione è veramente ottima . C’è un pin pong per i ragazzi e acqua in un distributore

Il nostro appartamento ( per 4 con letto a castello) è vicinissimo al parcheggio e alcune mattine presto ci sono motociclette e auto che posso disturbare il sonno

Das Superior Chalet ist ein Traum. Wunderschöne Aussicht, geschmacksvolle Einrichtung, Jaccuzzi, Hängematte. In der Nacht sieht man Glühwürmchen und hört ein Grillenkonzert. Es war tadellos sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und auch unsere Kinder waren sehr wohl.

In der Küche fehlen Utensilien, falls man richtig kochen möchte (scharfes Messer, Schneidebrett, mehr als 1 Pfanne). Für Rührei reichts. WiFi ist eher schwach durch die Entfernung vom Hauptgebäude.

Absolument tout. Lieu paradisiaque avec vue à couper le souffle. Chambres très confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner. Staff hyper gentil et serviable. Un autre immense avantage: le village n’est pas loin du tout. On peut facilement s’y rendre à pied. Séjour mémorable. Nous étions cinq personnes (couple avec trois adolescents de 20, 17 et 14 ans). On a tous adoré et on rêve d’y retourner.

Spa had recently been built but had to pay for jacuzzi and book 24 hours in advance so we didn’t do it.

No me gustó que tienen un perro amarrado todo el día en un lugar inadecuado, cuando pregunté el por qué lo tienen así me contestaron que porque es dañino . Me acerqué al perro y no tenía agua y al colocarle se la tomó toda. Esto me generó mucho malestar porque lo considero maltrato animal .

* The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the center of Salento, so you’re close to everything while still being completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was a wonderful experience. * The staff were outstanding. They were genuinely friendly and gave excellent recommendations for coffee fincas and activities around Salento. It never felt like they were trying to sell me anything—just honest, helpful advice. * The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, delicious eggs, and great local coffee every morning. * The room and the entire property were spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.

* Nothing significant. The only small inconvenience is that the walk back to the hotel gets very dark at night because it’s surrounded by nature. I simply used my phone’s flashlight each evening. I never felt unsafe—it’s just something to be aware of if you’re returning late.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Ecoresort. Das Zimmer war großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, die uns bei jeder Frage und jedem Anliegen herzlich weitergeholfen haben. Das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend. Das absolute Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel der Kaffeeregion – mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist das Zentrum in etwa zehn Gehminuten über einen schönen Spazierweg erreichbar.

Las vistas eran impresionantes, los desayunos estaban muy buenos, el personal fue siempre muy atento y profesional, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente con una sonrisa, además estaba la perrita mas juguetona de salento.

La falta de aire acondicionado permitía que hubiese mucho mosquito en la habitación y aún usando repelente no pudimos evitar gran cantidad de picaduras.

La atención del personal fue increíble

Nos encantó. El hotel es muy tranquilo y alejado del bullicio. Se puede ir andando desde el hotel al pueblo de Salento. La habitación tenía unas vistas muy bonitas. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico. El personal muy amable.

Por poner una pega: el camino para llegar del pueblo de Salento al hotel. Solo son 600 metros. Se puede ir andando perfectamente. Pero no está muy bien, sobre todo a la salida del pueblo. Con nuestro coche pudimos rozar varias veces. Con un todo terreno es perfecto. Para andar de día muy bien, aunque no hay aceras y es dificil si pasan coches o motos. No está iluminado para caminar por la noche.

The best place to stay in Salento. It's very close to the center by walk, and located in a quiet area away from the noise. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the view is magnificent. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. You can get advice on things to do. Breakfast was very good. Thank you for everything!

- Como ideal destacaría las vistas y tranquilidad del hotel debido a su ubicación. Habitaciones amplias, comodas con vistas excepcionales.

- Como inconveniente destacaría que el hotel está a 10 minutos solo andando del pueblo por un camino de tierra muy tranquilo pero no asfaltado y sin ninguna luz por lo que a las 6 de la tarde que ya es de noche si sales al pueblo a cenar y te quieres volver andando te crea bastante inseguridad ya que vuelves totalmente a oscuras. Nosotros pusimos las linternas del móvil pero sinceramente íbamos bastante con miedo. - Y por otro lado el desayuno es muy escueto y poco variado.

Excelente lugar, todo un paraiso, las habitaciones muy lindas, comodas, modernas. La vista maravillosa, la tranquilidad y paz que se sienten son increibles. El desayuno estvo delicioso y el servicio excepcional, seguro que regresaré!!

La localización es buena porque se puede ir caminando a Salento, se tarda 10 o 15 minutos. La vista del hotel es increíble!! El desayuno es completo y la anfitriona Cristina es muy amable

Hervorragende Lage (7 Min mit dem Taxi / 15-20 Min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt), sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhig, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr nette Gastgeber (sie geben gerne Tipps und Empfehlungen). Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

El establecimiento está fuera del núcleo urbano de Salento, pero es accesible y el paseo hasta el mismo es agradable y en 5-10 minutos andando estás en la calle principal del pueblo. En caso de lluvia el propio hotel facilita paraguas para no mojarte. El entorno es muy bonito, tranquilo y agradable, con buenas vistas.

The view is simply breathtaking. The sunset is amazing. Make sure you don't miss it.

The location was great! Stunning views and a birdsong to wake up to were reasons enough to stay there. Walk 5-10 mins to the town. Helpful to have a phone and use a flashlight at night, coming back to the hotel. Breakfast was good. The staff is helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Coffee served for breakfast was weak. They could put some effort into making it a bit better.

Tolle Aussicht. Grosses und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr ruhig (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum). Frühstück einfach aber ganz okay. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben hat. Sehr nette Mitarbeitende.

Not comfortable at all, is more like a hostel but pricey

The view is just breathtaking. The staff is super helpful with questions or even for planning activities. Everything was very clean as well.

Unas vistas maravillosas, muy tranquilo, en la naturaleza. Estancia muy cómoda. Desayuno muy rico.

El desayuno estuvo excelente. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y con toda la disposición de resolvernos cualquier duda. La ubicación del lugar es sensacional, la vista hacia el valle es magnífica. La vista de las estrellas por la noche fue increíble.

Lo único que falló es que el jacuzzi no se calentó a tiempo para usarlo como se esperaba, pero estamos seguros que para la próxima tendrán resuelto ese detalle.

Me ha sorprendido todo positivamente. El sitio es precioso con unas vistas espectaculares. Hacía mucho tiempo que no veía las estrellas al no haber contaminación lumínica. La anfitriona nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar y cómo llegar. Está cerca de la ciudad (Salento) y se puede ir paseando. La habitación y el baño son grandes.

Toller Ausblick, hübsche Zimmer. Frühstück auch ganz gut, wobei man auch mal Tomaten oder Avocado anbieten könnte. Nette Kommunikation.

Whirlpool ließ sich nicht nutzen. Wasser in der Dusche war teilweise kalt. Für das Preisniveau hätten wir uns vielleicht ein Begrüßungsgetränk o.ä. Auch für die kalte Dusche gewünscht. Massagen und Extras wie Wäsche waschen extrem teuer. Also insgesamt mehr Schein….

Sehr gute Kommunikation, tolles Frühstück mit Blick in die Berge, sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr guter Service. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Kurze Entfernung ins Dorf. Haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert.

La vista del lugar es increíble, nos dieron todos los datos necesarios para aprovechar nuestros días en Salento y además el desayuno era delicioso. Tienes la tranquilidad de estar a las fueras del pueblo pero puedes ir caminando a visitarlo sin problemas.

Une situation parfaite et une autre responsable du lieu parfaite en conseils

Carlos ist immer zur Hilfe und hat uns zwei super Ausflüge empfohlen und organisiert (eine authentische Kaffeetour und eine Downhill Fahrradtour in das deutlich schönere Palmental La Carbonera). Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit im etwas abgelegeneren, dafür aber sehr ruhigen und grünen Gran Azul und können es sehr empfehlen. Der Weg ins Zentrum dauert nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

View, location, serene atmosphere

Sehr schöne Lage, gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber*innen solide bis gute ausgestattete Unterkunft.

Das Hochbett im 4er-Zimmer ist eher nur für Kindern. Außerdem wurde vorher nicht transparent geschrieben, dass der Whirlpool nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Magnifique lieu de ressourcement, un peu en dehors du centre de Salento (15minutes à pied) afin de se ressourcer avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes ! Les chambres et salles de bain sont très propres et le petit-déjeuner complet, merci à vous.

Die ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb des belebten Zentrums aber immer noch in Gehdistanz waren perfekt. Das Frühstück und die grosszügigen Zimmer mit Aussicht sind top.

Logement authentique, ultra confortable, convivial, avec un emplacement parfait où on est à la fois en pleine nature et à 500 mètres à pieds du petit centre ville. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et de bon conseil

If you are looking for a place in the nature just 6 minutes walk from the center of salento, this place is your best option. Christina and her team are so lovely and kind. Enjoy the calm and the view!

Very beautiful view of the nature but still walkable from the city (even at night). The service was super friendly and outstanding. Also loved the 4 month old puppy

It was a bit cold because they do not have a heating system. I think bigger blankets would have been enough since it was a bit cold although we already used the extra blankets from the closet.

Amazing staff! Cristina and Carlos had great recommendations and were super helpful in organizing activities (Cocora Valley, coffee plantation, within Salento, private shuttle). Both speak perfect English and Cristina speaks German too. Hotel is less than 10min walking distance from Calle Real and has at the same time an amazing view. Rooms very nicely decorated, looks better than in the pictures.

Bed is (as usual in Colombia) rather hard.

Beautiful views and charming boutique hotel. The hotel is located 10 min walk from the main town. Excellent service and family run place, with the added bonus of a very cute puppy. The rooms are very spacious and clean, offer fantastic views. Continental style breakfast with the option to have eggs made to your liking. One of the guests did not eat eggs and was offered oatmeal as an option which was great.

Las vistas son preciosas a la montaña. Hay mucha tranquilidad. El desayuno muy rico y el personal amable. Una buena elección en Salento, a 6min a pie del pueblo.

El acceso desde el pueblo podría mejorar (algo más de iluminación por la noche o de asfaltado). Nos hubiera gustado poder darnos el masaje (pero las chicas que lo daban no pudieron acudir).

Wspaniałe miejsce, bardzo czyste, piękne widoki, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - zdecydowanie polecam!

De locatie is erg mooi. Het uitzicht, de rust, je wandelt in 7 minuten naar de drukte van Salento. En aardige mensen. Ontbijt was ook prima. Niet heel veel keus maar fruit, brood en jam, ei naar keuze.

The view is incredible. The staff is super friendly. We had a reservation with a wrong start date, and they made us a new reservation at no additional cost.

The breakfast was really poor, I was disappointed. If you are like me who enjoys having breakfast, this hotel is not your place. They offer a buffet but there is nothing else than 1 option of bread, butter, 1 option of yoghurt, 1 option of juice and coffee. You can select how you like your eggs and they give you a small fruit portion. We decided not having breakfast in the hotel, but somewhere in the town. In addition, there was a super cute puppy, but she was learning how to bite and she bite me, she was also playful and took our staff in the balcony (we put some clothes to dry after getting wet by the rain) and left them somewhere else. When asking to the staff , nobody from them helped us to find our things. The hotel is ok but too expensive for the quality.
