Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Zum Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch sogar ein frisches Spiegelei zubereitet. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Das Abendessen (optional) war auch sehr gut. Lob an den Koch! Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war aber trotzdem komfortabel, schön und alles sauber!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Really great room and price. The bathroom is a little dated but everything worked fine. The spacious balcony was a plus! Perfect location - the bus is a 1 minute walk away and free with the guest card.
As a solo traveller in the morning I was asked to sit in a separate room adjacent to the breakfast room where tables were set up for couples. I found this quite odd.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Man konnte bereits schon um 7.15 Uhr frühstücken, so dass die kühleren Morgenstunden für Wanderungen genutzt werden konnten. Mit der Gästekarte konnten die Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzt werden. Trotz sehr günstigem Zimmerpreis konnte ich von einem sehr angenehmen Service profitieren.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Sehr grosse, schöne Zimmer, alles in Holz gehalten, keine Teppiche, richtige Dusche mit Fenster, freundliches Personal. Ich sehe keinen Unterschied zum ****-Hotel, in welchem ich vor 2 Wochen in der Westschweiz war. Schöner, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum.
Mit dem Bus ist man in 5 Minuten im Dorf, Taxis gebe es in Samnaun nicht, wie man mir sagte.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Freundliche Bedienung. Hat immer nachgefragt, ob noch was fehlt oder ob die Beilagen ausreichend sind. Immer wurde freundlich nachgereicht und das ohne Aufpreis. Salat vom sehr reichhaltigen Salatbuffet konnten wir uns sooft nachholen, wie wir wollten. Und es ist kein einfaches Buffet! Da gibt es Lachs, Fleischstreifen, Shrimps in Cocktailsauce, warme frittierte Leckereien, Schinken, Käse und so viel mehr noch. Einfach toll!
Als Schnaps wurde ein Doppelter serviert, obwohl nicht explizit danach gefragt wurde. Die meinen es halt gut mit einem. Natürlich haben wir auch entsprechend gezahlt. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025Delightful family run hotel, excellent breakfasts and varied dinners. The location was perfect for the bus to the ski lift and you can ski right down to the hotel door. Good sized room with balcony and the staff were very helpful and always on hand. We enjoyed a great week here and were blessed with excellent ski weather.
The Bathrooms are looking a bit dated now, but perfectly functional.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2024An idyllic setting, the most beautiful scenery I have witnessed in 4 decades of my life. Friendly and accommodating service, in the restaurant and at reception.. Hotel Edi holds a special place in my wife's heart and Tobias and his family couldn't have made her and myself more welcome after a three decade absence, Both the hotel and the experience lived up to and exceeded expectations for both us. I have little doubt we will return once we've saved the money.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2023Wonderful small traditional hotel in a beautiful village, Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Good bathroom. Balcony. Great location for walking in the mountains. The free (summer) guest card supplied gave free use of the cable cars to Ischgl and the local buses. The village has a nice bakery/cafe and a well stocked supermarket.

Loud mountain stream prevented me from sleeping with open windows during a hot summer night.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2022Nice fitting out, with a lot of wood and very comfortable beds. On top of that, thanks to the owner we got the voucher for lifts for entire family; and so we went to Ischgl - amazing adventure and unforgettable views.
Nothing in particular, very good price/ quality ratio.
