ontbijt was goed verzorgd, het was meer dan voldoende . Prima

personeel was erg zakelijk en niet iedereen was vriendelijk en gastvrij. de meneer en mevrouw bij het ontbijt wel. de ontvangst was voor ons een koude douche. Heel onvriendelijkj. Dat we niet voor het diner hadden geboekt en dit ook op hun vraag niet wilden werd ons naar ons gevoel heel kwalijk genomen.

Everything ! Cozy bedroom , amazing views and good location. I highly recommend the restaurant at the hotel , we had a delicious dinner there.

Sehr schön geräumig, liebevoll ausgestattet, grosses Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne besonders für den Winter, Zi Deluxe Nr. 36 ist nur zu empfehlen! Traumhafte Ausgangslage zum wandern!

A bit cramped for space.

Podobało mi się dosłownie wszystko. Przepiękne pokoje, przepiękne wnętrze, bardzo miła obsługa śniadania niesamowicie pyszne przepięknym widokiem. Przed domem cała okolica to po prostu kwintesencja odpoczynku. Chyba nie byłam nigdy w piękniejszym miejscu.

Nie było niczego co mogło mi się nie podobać.

La gentilezza dello staff, erano molto attenti e premurosi nel capire i bisogni del cliente, ti trovi in un ambiente famigliare. La camera da letto e il bagno molto puliti, il materasso era comodo con vista spettacolare sulle montagne. La posizione un pochino fuori dal centro di Arosa, ma perfetta per stare in relax e tranquillità. Per spostarci noi abbiamo usato il bus gratuito ed è stato tutto perfetto.

Die ganze Hotelcrew war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist familiär, sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Nachtessen und Frühstück waren super. Alles in allem: Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und bot einen schönen Ausblick. Es war gemütlich und das Essen am Abend war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war gut und entspannt serviert.

Ich fand das Zimmer zu klein für den Preis.

We were greeted warmly by a helpful gentleman in Reception, who made us instantly feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious balcony and a spectacular view of the mountains. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on arrival. Breakfast was exquisite and served in a peaceful atmosphere where we could re-energize to start the weekend. All in all, we found Hotel Stoffel a haven of tranquility and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Well appointed and beautiful decor. Food was delicious and fresh. Friendly staff and amazing views from the hotel location.

Although we had booked a room with a bathroom located outside of the room, the bathroom heating was not great, rather cold in there, so that was the only issue.

Best thing was the staff. Really helpful and friendly guy on reception, genuinely welcoming. The location was great, pretty much ski-in, ski-out. Away from the noise of the town, but only a short ride away. The views were lovely, I enjoyed sitting on the little sun lounger outside my ground floor room. I was impressed by the speed and thoroughness of the cleaners, once returning from an early breakfast to find the room already immaculate. The decor was fresh and tasteful. Heated boot racks. Once of the nicer Swiss ski hotels I have stayed in down the years, without question.

Very few downsides at all. Breakfast was decent, but the selection could have been a bit wider. But this is very minor.

Sehr familiär und ruhig aber trotzdem eine perfekte Lage! Skilift nur wenige Meter entfernt und die Kuhbar zu Fuss in nur 15 Min erreichbar!

Ein sehr freundliches und zuvor kommendes Team, eine sehr gute Qualität an Essen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch Mittags und Abend. Es wurden auch Wünsche außer der Reihe erfüllt.

Kameralny hotel położony w górnej części wioski, na wysokości 1875 metrów nad poziomem morza, już powyżej granicy lasu. Przepiękne, spokojne miejsce, cisza i zapach alpejskich łąk... Niesamowite widoki. Szlaki piesze i narciarskie zaraz przy hotelu. Przystanek lokalnego autobusu w odległości 200 metrów od hotelu. Ładny, stylowy budynek, w wystroju dominuje drewno. Przytulne pokoje. Ciepło i czysto. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Dobre śniadania. Bardzo smaczne kolacje w restauracji na miejscu w dość korzystnej cenie. W cenie pobytu w sezonie letnim karta gościa ("Arosa Card") oferująca bezpłatne kolejki linowe i komunikację publiczną. Jest nawet miejsce do wysuszenia butów trekingowych lub narciarskich. Dobra atmosfera i doskonałe miejsce na odpoczynek z dala od tłumów.

There was no fridge in our room and there was a strange smell on our last night which we don’t know the cause of. The food in the restaurant was also very expensive.

Lage nahe Hörnli-Bahn. Wir haben spontan ein Upgrade bekommen, super! Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Weinauswahl. Feines Abendessen. Reichhaltiges, feines Frühstück.

Der Charme, das exzellente Essen und das freundliche Personal

Die Lage war für mich perfekt! Etwas ausserhalb, was ich sehr begrüsse. Parkmöglichkeiten auch gut und das Frühstück sehr fein mit grosser Auswahl zu Hotelgrösse passend. Man spürt, dass dieses Hotel mit viel Hingabe und Überzeugung geführt wird.

Ich habe nicht‘s zu bemängeln.

From the moment we arrived for a 4 night stay the team were fantastic. They spoke English, were welcoming and very helpful. Food was amazing, the first evening we ate at the hotel and were treated to a superb multi course meal. We had already decided to eat out the other evenings to experience more of Arosa but we would have rather have eaten at the hotel! Loved the food there. Breakfast was just as good. The room was great, I had a balcony that overlooked the valley. Amazing waking up to the cows bells chiming on the opposite side of the valley. Despite the heat the room was cool no air con required. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. we had such a good experience here before moving on to Davos.

Wunderbares Hotel, tolles Restaurant und freundliches Personal

The service we received at Hotel Stoffel was utterly fantastic. The staff are attentive, caring, hospitable, and make an effort to give you the best stay. The views of the mountains around the hotel are spectacular. Don’t miss the included breakfast, as it’s very good. The rooms are all you need. I would recommend you have dinner on at least one night in the hotel. The food and drink we had was utterly superb, and we had a wonderful evening. If ever we return to Arosa, we’ll be staying at Hotel Stoffel!
