Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Nice modern room with comfy bed and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was really good value and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. About 20 mins from the airport but everywhere else was a little long given the city's traffic. 24/7 reception was appreciated, as was a room not on the roadside.
Our room was a little close to reception and the soundproofing wasn't great. That said, it was still nice and quiet. As mentioned, the area isn't too close to some sights like La Candelaria which took over 30 mins in a taxi. Some more comforts like tea or coffee in the room would also be appreciated.

We specially want to acknowledge the night manager Julio who was not only very friendly and helpful but was genuinely interested in our safety and well-being. We were checking out at a late hour, and he waited with us at the gate for our ride-share to pull up saw us safely board the vehicle before returning to his desk.
