Hotel Heiligenstein

This hotel is always my first pick when travelling. Wonderful team, really comfortable rooms, and gorgeous food. Best night sleep of my two-week holiday. I will always return here.

Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, neu und klug ausgestattet. Steckdosen befinden sich optisch ansprechend hinter einer Leiste versteckt und dennoch in Reichweite vom Nachttisch beispielsweise. Der Balkon ist geräumig und liefert eine herrliche Aussicht mit Morgensonne. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht mit geräumigen Ablageflächen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, höchstens eine Anregung, um den ohnehin schon extrem gehobenen Standard perfekt zu machen: Die Möglichkeit der Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Zimmer.

Jammer dat er geen airconditioning was op de kamer. Stond in recensies dat alle kamers airconditioning zou hebben. Stond wel een kleine Dyson ventilator op de kamer.

This hotel was a stop-off on our return drive to the UK following a holiday in Switzerland. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the centre of Baden Baden. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The real bonus was the quite excellent dinner. If one is feeling energetic there are some useful walks to be had from the hotel. Away from the hotel..............do take the opportunity to visit the wine cooperative in the village..............we purchased a case of a very nice Reisling at an attractive price!

Location is very good, the room and the facilities were good, and the breakfast exceptional. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good too. The staff were all very polite and helpful. It must have been good as we have booked it again as a break in our return trip from Italy :)

Chambre confortable et excellent petit dejeuner

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the room was super comfortable. It's located a bit outside of Baden-Baden, but it's a beautiful location, with vineyards around, in a charming residential neighborhood. The staff was very polite, kind and helpful, they prepared the room very nicely to receive our 1 year old daughter. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location in Germany's Black Forest region. Situated on the outskirts of the town of Neuweier, it is surrounded by forests and vineyards, offering fresh, clean air and a peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, everything was wonderful. It was clean and the housekeeping was good during the first few days, but the quality of cleaning declined later on: stray hairs were left on the floor, the balcony door glass wasn't washed, and trash collection was sometimes forgotten. I assume it was just the human factor. The food was tasty but monotonous; there was virtually no significant variation over the course of 14 days.

Hotel très bien situé, proche de la nature et au calme, avec des chambres confortables et très bien décorées. Le restaurant propose une cuisine exceptionnelle ainsi qu'une très belle carte de vins. Le petit déjeuner est également très complet avec des produits de qualité. De plus, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours très disponible.

Only stayed 1 night - too short!

Tudo excelente: acomodações, café da manhã e atendimento pelos funcionários. O hotel conta com um restaurante ótimo e também uma sauna, que vale a pena fazer. Gostamos da localização um pouco afastada da cidade (dez minutos de carro do centro), numa região cercada de vinhedos. Aproveitamos para fazer caminhadas pela região, marcada também por lindos jardins. Do nosso quarto era possível ver o pôr do sol, acompanhado de uma linda sinfonia de passarinhos cantando, simplesmente adorável!

Super netter Empfang. Zimmer mit getrenntem Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Absolute Ruhe im Außenbereich.

Uitstekende rustige ligging op een heuvel. Mooie kamer met balkon uitkijkend over de wijnvelden.

Het personeel was zo ijverig dat ze net iets te snel je lege bord weghaalden.

Das hübsche Hotel Heiligenstein liegt im beschaulichen Neuweier, einem der Baden-Badener Weindörfer, inmitten von Rebbergen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen und fröhlichen jungen Frau in Empfang genommen, die uns gleich wertvolle Tipps von badischen Spezialitäten gab. Unser geräumiges Zimmer, sonnseitig ausgerichtet, war blitzsauber und mit einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Auch über einen grosszügigen Balkon verfügte es. Im hauseigenen Restaurant werden köstliche Speisen aufgetischt und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neuweier ist ausserdem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen in die umliegenden Weingärten.

Top ontbijt goed verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie locatie tussen de wijnvelden. En lekker rustig gelegen. Aanrader ga er dineren geweldige keuken en heerlijke wijnen.Wel even reserveren.

Without a doubt my favourite hotel during this road trip across Europe. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and close to some of the most scenic roads in the Black Forest. The staff were exceptional friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was effortless, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere. During my stay I met another couple who told me it was their second visit, and after staying here I completely understand why. I would happily return myself.

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. My stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations.

Werkelijk alles in dit hotel klopt. Rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Persoonlijke en vriendelijke ontvangst. Vriendelijkheid van alle personeel en aandachtigheid naar gasten toe. Uiterst properheid van heel het met smaak ingericht hotel. Ruimte van de kamers, goede bedden, prima badkamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een volledig ontbijt met ruime keuze. En een heerlijk restaurant. Door dit alles zijn prijs meer dan waard!

Very nicely decorated room (Chateau M) in a cool hotel located on the outskirts of Baden Baden in a residential neighborhood, so it seems like this was someone’s home at some point & it did have that “homey” feeling. Nice views of the surrounding hills. Very tasty (though repetitive - same options both days) breakfast. Good restaurant albeit one with a somewhat limited menu. Loved the in-room N’espresso machine. Shower/tub in “The Chateau” was a neat feature - just a little tough to get in and out of - ahh, to be young again. Free/included parking very much appreciated and made life much easier. Good communication via Booking.com leading up to the stay, which is how we ended up with the upgrade…

Not as much “dislikes” but things to know: Good distance from town (but that also can be a plus). Limited food options (though what we had was tasty - I just like some variety). They give you this neat old fashioned key but it’s really an electronic lock that took me a while to get the hang of. There’s a lift but it’s really small. We made it work - stairs not too bad. Staff was pleasant and welcoming enough, but could be more friendly and maybe appreciate efforts to strike up conversations, or when a guest tips them, but that’s more of a nitpick on my end. I figured since tipping seems pretty rare here, perhaps it would kinda make their day or something. But nahh. However, the lady who wasn’t there when we checked in or for dinner who looked at me like I didn’t belong or was there to rob the place when I came down for breakfast really rubbed me the wrong way - as if this was a location where people just come off the street to try & mooch a free breakfast. Maybe I just didn’t look right to her or something. Who knows? Oh, and summer is fly season if you eat outside. The beautiful flowers come with bees too. A/C would be great for inside dining. Still a nice place overall & I’d recommend…

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Evening Restaurant was superb. Good parking and a very peaceful area. Short drive to Baden Baden about 20minutes.

The bar was very well stocked and has first class wine and nice beer but a nice comfy spot to sit and relax to enjoy the drinks would be nice. It was too cold and wet outside, Just bad timing with poor weather not the hotels fault. Just the dining tables to sit at inside. Wi-Fi could do with a bit of extra power.

i know i arrived a bit too late, yet they managed to still get me a wonderful dinner from the kitchen. the hotel is located off the trodden paths - it is a very quiet neighborhood - perfect for a stop on a motorbike-tour

Super beschutte en groene locatie. Oase van rust, prachtig uitzicht op de wijngaarden op de bergen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker eten met goede wijnkaart. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, zalige douche. Mooi balkon.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren waren sauber. Die Saunalandschaft haben wir abends sehr genossen.

Un bel hôtel dans un cadre verdoyant magnifique, idéal pour les week ends en couple ou pour prendre l'air a la campagne. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée, très confortable et avec un balcon. Le personnel agréable, souriant et prêt a répondre a vos question. Le spa, inclus dans le prix et très bien, est un vrai atout.
