A part le lit c'est un peu salle Tout est globalement vieillot Des fourmis dans la chambre. La douche a un gros trou , ça coulait dans toute la salle de bain La terrasse et les piscines pourrait être belles mais c'est très salle aussi Déjeuner bon .. Mais il ont eu l'aire étonné de nous voir arriver... Le mec de l'accueil est pas franchement simpa On était seule dans l'hôtel, chose qui peut être cool mais là les gens fesait comme si on était pas là Limite on les derenge on dirait, sûrtoutle petit monsieur de l'accueil. Et en arrivant il y avait un gros tag sur le mur pour dire qu'il vendait donc... Peut-être qu'il y a du laisser aller a cause de ça ... Das personal hatte keine ahnung wenn man fragen hatte, konnten einem bei nichts weiterhelfen. Das zimmer hatte muffig gerochen und das bad war nicht sauber. Die diusche beim pool funktionierte nicht und für den preis den wir bezahlt haben hatte ich etwas besseres erwartet . werde definitiv nicht mehr zurückkehren.

Slechte onveilige locatie. Veel lawaai. Kamer noch badkamer konden op slot. Zeer rudementaire kamers. 'S avonds niemand aanweizg bij checkin, er stond een bordje dat je iemand moest bellen. Er werd ons gemeld dat we niet konden eten omdat het restaurant volgeboekt was. Het was gewoon gesloten! Geen eten in de omgeving. Opgelicht bij het geld wisselen. We konden enkel cash betalen. Persoon aan de avondcheckin was echt onbetrouwbaar maar wat kun je doen? Hij zei dat de eigenaars het hotel te koop hebben gezet dus dat zegt veel.

Pour vivre une expérience locale. A 30 minutes de Bayahibe. Excellent petit déjeuner. Parfait pour rester quelques jours lors d'une étape.
Certains équipements sont (robinets) sont d'un autre âge et il manque des crochets pour pendre les vêtements mouillés

Umgebung, sehr laut, alle paar Minuten patrouilliert die Polizei und wenn man nicht vorher schon ein Taxi gebucht hat, kommt man schlecht hin geschweige denn weg! Nur mit hohen Kosten! Man sollte Frühstück hinzubuchen, denn auswärts essen ist nicht zu empfehlen… Kartenzahlung wie gebucht, war nicht möglich somit kamen ca 20 bis 30 Euro Umrechnungskosten hinzu

Se aceptan mascotas así que se puede ir con los perritos sin ningún tipo de problema.

The noise, based on a main road, the noise was horrendous, I had to move rooms sue this. The locals think nothing off driving with music at full volume at unearthly hours! Most of staff were lovely, just one young man who was very obnoxious Some areas could do with a little more TLC shower and toilet in 2nd room room need updated flush worked intermittently and shower wouldn't stay in bracket. Pools need a little work also Bar choices limited

Ficamos no apartamento 03 e tinha muito barulho de carros e motos que buzinavam, proveniente da rua. Café da manhã muito fraco, inclusive faltou frutas, porque até sairmos não tinham sido entregues. Box do banheiro espalhava água por todos os lados, e tivemos de solicitar material para enxugar.

Posizione forse non strategica, ma sono rimasto insoddisfatto di La Romana nel complesso. Staff abbastanza gentile e cordiale. Camera molto grande e spaziosa, arredata minimalmente ma sufficientemente. Si potrebbe installare un porta asciugamani nel bagno e zanzariere migliori alle finestre. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Letto enorme e comodissimo. Nel complesso è un buon posto dove alloggiare.
Su booking dicono di accetttare pagamento con carta, poi arrivi e sei costretto a pagare in contati :( In bagno mancava il porta asciugamani. Zanzariere da migliorare

Minha reserva foi pela booking, quando chegamos lá, cobraram um valor que não condizia com a reserva da booking e alegaram que estavam com problemas na máquina de cartão, que o pagamento deveria ser feito em dinheiro, eles tinham até um caixa eletrônico lá (convenientemente). No quarto, roupas de cama rasgadas, toalhas desbotadas e velhas, chuveiro suporte quebrado, água não esquentava e ainda acabou a água no meio do banho e demorou 1h30min para voltar. Sanitário rachado, válvula da descarga quebrada. Presença de mosca no quarto. Wi-Fi muito ruim, TV não funcionava. Café da manhã não incluso, custo de 10 dólares extra por pessoa (dadas as avaliações ruins, não optei). Ficamos no quarto de frente para a rua, muito barulho. Experiência decepcionante, não condiz com o custo final (cerca de 450,00).

The surrounding area was not good. Both pools were unusable due to dirtiness. Bathrooms were not appointed well and showers were old and dirty. Credit cards were not accepted and getting a receipt for services was very difficult and not all inclusive, once received.

Localisé en ville, c'est un endroit très bruyant et les scooters et motos très bruyants circulent toute la nuit, ce qui empêche de dormir. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais c'est à savoir - apporter de bons bouchons. Le déjeuner était un peu "basique".

Está “afuera” de la area de hoteles de La Romana, es más local… pero para el precio/calidad y está muy bien. Ps: la playa catalina es mucho más local los fin de semanas y la arena tiene piedras…
Restaurante muy basico y algo elevado $ para la calidad de comida… necesita algo de amor ☺️ Se escucha las motos pasar seguido (si estás en la area de la piscina, de mi cuarto un poco menos) ya que esta sobre una de las calles principales para ir a la Playa Catalina

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026It’s beautiful, just like the pictures. In the US, we would call this a “boutique motel.” Decor is simple but authentic. My room was very clean. It was a very warm night, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase dinner without leaving the property, and they were able to help me secure a taxi for the following morning. I arrived late at night so I did not need nor use any of the amenities.
My driver and I tried to find the property using Apple Maps, and we drove right past it. The name on the hotel does not match the name on Booking. So it was hard for us to find the property at first. The neighborhood itself did not feel walkable nor safe at night. The property is close to the street and there was lots of noise, honking horns shouting sounded like fireworks too, until about midnight. But on the property I felt extremely safe. I would stay there again.
