Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool war sauber und bot den Kindern eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich zu erholen. Besonders schön war, dass wir morgens die Äffchen füttern durften und außerdem immer wieder Tukane beobachten konnten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt
Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut und ausreichend. Für Kinder hätte es allerdings etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Müsli, Cerealien oder eine größere Auswahl an frischem Obst wären eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Muy cómodo en general, muy buen restaurante y muy buen trato del personal. Sin duda el mejor alojamiento que he conocido en la zona.
Se podría mejorar la cantidad de ruido del personal de limpieza y mantenimiento a primeras horas de la mañana (5:00 am) e incluso sobre las 11:00 pm para evitar interrumpir el descanso.

El aseo debe mejorar, habían toallas sucias en mi habitación y debajo de la cama encontramos basura de los huéspedes anteriores.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025We arrived here for another night after staying in a typical jungle house for 5 days, and it felt like pure luxury. As far as I know, this is one of few places on Mocoa offering hot water showers. The food was good as always. I highly recommend the pasta Camarones and the chicken salad if you’re looking for something very healthy. The lemonade is fantastic too. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. I really like this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mocoa but here. I love the water fountain in the lobby where you can always get hot or cold drinking water. The hotel is in the city, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy quiet days and peaceful nights. All the rooms have aircon and a decent sized window that can open.
This time we had room 304 and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet which felt a bit uncomfortable. The shower door awkwardly opens to the inside, so you have to maneuver your way in and out in a strange way. If the shower is on whilst you open the door, you have a wet floor. The service in the restaurant is very slow. They take a while to come and take your order and then a while longer to get the food out. Sometimes you even wait 20 mins for drinks. And the staff sit around the eating area on their phones all the time.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025The room was very clean and comfortable. We had 3 beds although we only really needed 2. Our room was cleaned for every morning of our stay. The shower pressure isn’t the best, but there was ample hot water which is a major plus in Mocoa. The food in the restaurant was very good. The pool was a nice addition. The location is perfect. It’s far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful, yet you can take a taxi to the market in under 10 minutes.
We had breakfast included, but the eggs were very oily and soggy so we just ordered soup from the menu.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025El hotel muy lindo, aseado, campestre, dan un coctel sin alcohol de bienvenida, es un toque muy bueno.
La ubicación que aparece en el mapa no es la misma del hotel, queda por la salida de Mocoa hacía Pasto, por lo que si necesitas quedarte en el centro no es una buena opción, aunque el transporte no es costoso en la ciudad.
