Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Parfaitement situé au cœur d’un magnifique village. Superbe hôtel décoré avec goût. Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre familiale très grande. Le personnel est très aimable et compétent. On a pris la peine de nous contacter après notre départ car nous avions oublié un paquet à l’hôtel. Monsieur Oscar a trouvé quelqu’un de confiance pour nous l’apporter.
S’il fallait trouver un petit défaut, il y a un peu de bruit le matin car cela résonne pas mal dans le patio.

Chambres propres, linge propre, eau chaude, jacuzzi (serviette fournie). La gentillesse du personnel au top ! Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Bref, n’hésitez pas, réservez cet hôtel. Vous ne serez pas déçus vraiment !!

El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención de todo el personal es maravillosa, uno se siente muy bien atendido. La ubicación es muy conveniente y uno puede caminar hacia todas partes desde ahí.
No tengo nada que decir que no me haya gustado.

Solo tres detalles, el agua caliente tardó mucho en salir, nuestra habitación tenía bañera, pero no había opción de utilizarla, hubiera sido excelente y nos dimos cuenta que el hotel contaba con jacuzzi al irnos jeje, hubiera sido bueno el ofrecimiento por parte de personal, solo son detalles, si no fuese por estos detalles, sería un 10/10

The hotel is in an old colonial house which was a highlith. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The reception team was both efficient and super friendly, making for a delightful stay.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025I loved this hotel. The staff was very nice the owner was very helpful getting me signed up for a coffee tour and to horseback ride with a local. The views were beautiful and the location is just a street away from the main plaza. The breakfast was great and consisted of granola, yogurt, bread, arepas, fresh fruit and eggs cooker per request. There’s a jacuzzi you can reserve due to them needing to warm it up first but I didn’t have a chance to try it. All the rooms are different and wonderfully unique. wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!
The first room I stayed in had too hard of a mattress for my liking but they changed me to a room with a softer mattress.

Bien que le petit déjeuner soit correcte, On aurait aimé un vrai jus de fruits (c est le pays) plutôt qu’un jus d’orange un peu chimique !

The jacuzzi at night was an added bonus- just note that you’ll have to reserve it an hour ahead so it has time to warm up. Would stay again next time in Jerico

The hotel is on the older side, but it is still nice and very clean. The esthetic of the hotel is beautiful. We loved the stained glass!
The bed and the pillows were very firm. There was no safe in the room.

Les chambres sont d’un confort absolu, décorées avec goût, calmes et impeccablement propres. Le petit déjeuner est un délice, varié et copieux, avec des produits de qualité. Reviewed Apr 25, 2025Hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado, habitación muy amplia y cama súper cómoda. Tiene vistas geniales y muy buena conexión a internet. El desayuno bueno y abundante. Hay café, jugo de naranja (no natural), piña, papaya, cereales, yogur y huevos con "calentao" que te hacen al momento las amables señoras que se encargan de los desayunos.
Dependiendo de la temporada del año (si es calurosa) se echaría en falta al menos un ventilador. También un pequeña nevera (hay una en zonas comunes que usamos aunque no sé si realmente era de uso común). Y, dependiendo de los huéspedes, advertir que el baño tiene poca intimidad ya que la puerta es semitransparente.
