colazione pessima, alle 8 del mattino c'erano 4 croissant al cioccolato e basta, la sera prima abbiamo chiesto di cenare ma non avevano nulla, anche nei dintorni non ci sono molti locali x cenare. Le finestre dovrebbero avere vetri e infissi un po' più insonorizzati.

Wenn man mehr als eine Nacht dort ist, dann nervt der Flugverkehr schon. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Im Zimmer fehlen Kleiderhaken bzw. eine Garderobe und ein großer Spiegel.

Quiza alguna alguna cosa para la cena en cafetería ya que solo quedaba tortilla, después entendí que es lo que había sobrado de los desayunos de la mañana,. ya que en el desayuno sí que había variedad de bocadillos y sándwich Muy amablemente, nos ofrecieron pedir en una pizzería hamburguesería cercana, nos lo trajeron y nos pudimos sentar tranquilamente en la cafetería. a degustar nuestras hamburguesas.. Hay un aspecto que me gustaría dejar constancia por aquí. ya que con booking no me había pasado nunca. De este hotel, ya tenía la reserva confirmada y pagada me empezaron a llegar por WhatsApp mensajes de números extraños que no correspondían ni al hotel ni a booking. diciendo que clicara en el enlace que me daban para terminar de completar mi reserva, ya que si no, mi reserva quedaría anulada, nunca lo hice, no clicé ningún enlace , solo lo digo para que se esté alerta, no sé quién tiene. acceso a nuestros datos, nunca me había pasado con ninguno de los hoteles que había reservado con booking. Booking ya te advierte de que no se pondrá en contacto por otras vías que no sea la plataforma o correo, peró me generó un poco de inseguridad. Hay lo dejo...

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The breakfast was very disappointing. When I was entering the breakfast room a (quite poor) buffet was arranged and no one was explaining how the ordering works. So I ordered a juice at the bar like other guests did and took things from the buffet. Then a waitress was approaching me and asked be to put back the things I have taken from the buffet, because it is not for you but only for the team of sportsman staying in the hotel (I booked the only available breakfast option). In the end I got two slices of toast (likely I just got the second one as the waitress understood that I was displeased after her approach) with one small portion of jam and juice. No tea or coffee as I had to choose between juice and the warm drink. The worst breakfast since years and a very poor sign of hospitality.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel is really beautiful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and modern. The staff were amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Free parking was also a big plus and made everything much easier.
The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. It would be great to have this option, especially since everything else about the stay was excellent.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Que tenía parking gratuito y que nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días sin pedirlo. Es un hotel que está en un parque Tecnológico industrial por lo tanto está en las afueras de la ciudad de Derio pero está muy bien comunicado con las autovías y autopistas y muy fácil de encontrar con GPS accesible. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo tanto se ven a menudo los aviones de aterrizar y de despegar a mí me gustaba y como no soy muy delicado no me molestó en ningún momento, puede que agente delicada de oído que le molestan las puertas en los ruidos de los vecinos puede que también le moleste el ruido de los aviones a mí en absoluto.
El armario de puertas correderas de madera que van un poco duras por lo tanto son incómodas.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Zeer correcte ontvangst. Kamer was mooi. Mooier en groter dan we hadden verwacht. Superschoon en een mooie badkamer met douche. Naast het hotel was een parkeerplaats. Zelfs met een afdak erboven.
Er was ook een soort restaurant met een mooi terras waar we gezellig hebben gezeten. Alleen was er in het begin van de avond weinig keus meer.

El aire acondicionado tenia IA, solo funcionaba cuando quería. El restaurante estaba cerrado y la cafetería, bien. Precio alto para lo que ofrece. Una cama sonaba a rota.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Excellent location, close to the airport. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of free covered parking. The hotel is within walking distance of a train station that connects directly into Bilbao city centre in 20 mins. Handy if you don’t want to drive into the centre.
Only negative point was strange behaviour of the emergency lighting system in the room, which periodically flashed very brightly at night in darkness, filling up the room with light! The staff were very attentive in trying to resolve it, and it was ok in the end.

No me gusta que no tiene un gimnasio o una piscina ,para el precio que pagas es solo alojamiento nada mas .Por la noche cuando llegas al hotel sería bonito tener un spa o un gimnasio.

On booking.com as well as in my reservation it was clear that the rooms have minibar and iron. NONE OF THEM EXISTED. They excuse was that they moved away the minibars and iron facilities since 2024 and they forgot to update the info provided on booking.com (!!!) Very poor english

C est dommage qu il n y ait pas de frigo ni de machine a café dans les chambres. Le restaurant n était pas ouvert pendant notre sejour juste le bar. Peu de renseignements à l accueil sur les restaurants autour et peu de renseignements en général pour visiter la région . Aéroport proche on entend un peu les avions.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Mooie ruime en schone kamers, fijne bedden. Lekker airco en vriendelijk personeel. Ideaal hotel voor als je de volgende dag vroeg moet vliegen ivm liggen op 5 min van luchthaven. Op 20min lopen heb je wat cafe’s en restaurantjes, maar niet veel soeps.
Koelkastje op de kamer was wel fijn geweest, en kamer was erg gehorig, onze buren waren nogal luidruchtig.

Staff scortese, incompetente, non tutti parlano inglese, non c'è il frigobar nelle camere, il bar alle 23 stava chiudendo e mi è stato negato di chiedere dell acqua in malo modo. Caffè e croissant pessimi. Penso che mancano proprio le basi dell'hotellerie.

Il nous on loge dans une chambre déjà utilisé, la personne change de nettoyer la chambre a oublié complètement nettoyer la salle de bain. La personne charge de l’accueil gentiment nous a nettoyé la salle de bain et nous a invité au petit déjeuner en compensation. Merci

No salía el agua caliente, avisamos en recepción y por la noche nos dijeron que estaba solucionado, al día siguiente el agua seguía igual. Hemos pagado un servicio que no hemos disfrutado. En Booking ponía que las habitaciones tenían nevera y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que las habían quitado hacía 2 años, otro servicio más que no pudimos disfrutar.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in the near of the airport.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026It is a nice hotel close to the airport, you can easily reach it by a car. The stuff is very friendly, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is an airco (important for me). Free parking spots are available. For the breakfast you you can drink a cup of coffie with a croissant in the bar downstairs. For me it is a nice hotel as i was travelling in that area by car and did not go to the city. (The area is amazing, very nice!)

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Espacio agradable, habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Nos aconsejaron ir a Bilbao en tren de cercanías y genial. Fuimos andando a la estación en unos 10 minutos, pero si quieres ir en coche también hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Por la noche cena exquisita en la el Bar La Ofi. Una gozada, excelente experiencia, sin duda para repetir.
El restaurante no sirve comida. Apenas bebidas. Una lástima

El trato de una chica en recepción, cuando volvimos de cenar en el restaurante San Isidro que muy amablemente, son recomendo el chico que nos hizo el Check-in. La chica de recepción fue un poco borde al decirle a mi novia que estaba ya cerrado, ya que mi novia le preguntó a ella amablemente si le podía preparar por favor una manzanilla, la resuesta de la chica de recepción era obvia por la hora, pero la forma de decirlo fue muy borde a nuestro parecer, aparte, le comentamos que en el baño faltaban toallas(solo había una toalla de ducha), y darme la otra toalla de ducha totalmente desganada y molesta. En cuanto al colchón, era demasiado duro e incómodos tanto para mi novia como para mí, aparte deje un mensaje al hacer la reserva, de si era posible un colchón lo más blandito posible y que no sonará al moverse, pues estr fue todo lo contrario, aparte jamás recibí repuesta por parte del hotel a mí mensaje de petición del colchón. Esto no lo digo como un ataque, solo como algo que considero necesario mejorar, un saludo y gracias por leerme.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The hotel is a quick taxi ride to the airport and city center. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable
We checked in very late as two women and were placed right next to the reception in a room where a there is a glass window wall with a door opens to the roundabout outside which made us feel very unsafe. We contemplated leaving but had nowhere to go. We moved furniture each time we entered and exited the room in front of the entrances and exits. There were also ants in the bathroom.
