What can I say about this place? It’s absolutely wonderful. We had the most amazing time during our stay! Every little detail has been so thoughtfully designed and with such a personal touch, that you truly feel home from the moment you arrive. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive and always happy to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast, the pool, the room and all the facilities were simply perfect. We just loved everything! The only negative thing is that I should have booked more days! We absolutely loved Yayaki and can’t wait to come back. See you next year!

Great hotel, in a quiet street. Comfy beds and great breakfast. George is onsite and can easily rent you a bike/ ATV. He has great tips about the island lovely touches and breakfast

I think they should include an ATV rental as an additional as you honestly can't do without a bike / ATV. Maybe full day and then half day for day of arrival...

We had a wonderful stay at Yayaki Spetses. The Property is absolutely beautiful, charming and very well maintained, with so much attention to detail. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and genuely welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hôtel Yayaki. The location is superb, perfectly situated to enjoy everything Spetses has to offer, just steps from the charm of the island. Our room was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. What truly made our stay special was the staff, led by Karl and his fantastic team. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with real professionalism and a smile. This is without a doubt a hotel we will be back to. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Spetses!

From the minute we arrived to the moment we were leaving, the wonderful Yayaki Team were doing all to make our stay super comfortable, relaxing and memorable. We felt absolutely at home and well looked after. Friendly atmosphere, all information and extra services provided, questions answered, room decorated in a lovely way. Huge thank you to: Karl, Dimitrios, George and Liliana! As well as all those "behind the scenes"! The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully and well-designed. Pure white with touches of grey-green. Set within a Mediterranean garden with jasmine, mint, basil scent at every turn. The swimming pool and rest area are just ideal. The room (we had a triple) spacious, very comfortable, with tasteful decor, with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Super comfortable beds, perfect lighting and AC. Bathroom with a natural light (window). Cleaned and decorated with lovely touches (fresh flowers, leaves) daily. Breakfast was served in the garden and was made of multiple choice of warm dishes (eggs, toasts, pancakes), vegetables and fantastic Greek olives, jogurt and honey, fresh orange juice, coffee. All served and presented in a truly artistic way. Yayaki is definitely a place with a soul created by a fantastic team. Could not recommend more!

A relaxing & charming environment, very comfortable stay.

The Yayaki Team and property is truly special. The hotel is beautiful and built on warmth, care, pride and genuine hospitality. Karl, George, and Dimitri went above and beyond with each interaction to make sure we had what we needed to have an incredible time. Bikes on the property made it easy to just up and go. Their knowledge of the island and recommendations made each day better than the next. The breakfasts crafted by Karl were fresh, bountiful and absolutely delicious! It was an amazing way to start each day. The personal touches left by the ladies at Yayaki leave you feeling special and at home. It is rare to encounter a team and hotel with this level of care, dedication and beauty. Our time spent there was unforgettable and we will undoubtedly be back!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Spetses. Incredible attention to detail in the rooms and in their service. Lovely owners. Personable hospitality. Great location between Dapia and Palio Limani. Large rooms and furnished to a great standard and taste.

I’m so glad I chose Yayaki Spetses out of all the options. This hotel is truly special. Not only is it beautiful and aesthetically charming, but the staff also made me feel incredibly welcome. They catered to any experience I wanted, whether it was renting an ATV or arranging a boat cruise to explore all the gorgeous beaches. Plus, they provided a delicious breakfast and a lovely lunch package with some amazing wine. It was definitely one of the highlights of all the trips I’ve taken.

Everything about our stay was exceptional - the team went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We stayed here to celebrate our engagement and upon arrival were given congratulations and upgraded to a beautiful suite that went beyond expectations. The room had plenty of space and a huge bath that was a fantastic surprise. We also had a private outdoor area with a view of the communal pool. The whole property is exceptionally well taken care of with beautiful flowers everywhere (that were also used to decorate our room every morning!). The staff were so friendly and accommodating - especially George who made sure we discovered the best parts of the island and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic. We are planning our trip there next year because we miss the french toast so much. If you stay at Yayaki you won't have any regrets!

The staff made this stay one we will never forget. George is absolutely the best! We celebrated our anniversary on this trip, and they provided flowers and a bottle of Rose' which we so appreciated. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast is wonderful and a true representation of the Greek experience. The message therapist was fantastic as well. We will stay here anytime we visit Spetses.

We did not have any cons on this trip all due to the staffs personalized care.

All was amazing! It's absolutely fantastic hotel. 100% recommend it to stay when you are planning to go to Spetses. One of the best!

Special thanks again for arranging the transfer to Athens airport. Thanks to them, we truly felt looked after. The location is also ideal: close to the Old Port, shops, and beaches, yet peaceful and quiet. A perfect island retreat!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel itself — everything was perfect. The only minor issue was the number of motor scooters on the island. Some of them drive quite fast, especially through the narrow streets, which can feel a bit unsafe at times. Of course, this is not related to the hotel, but something to keep in mind when walking or cycling around.

Lovely clean modern guest house. George was very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him.

A bit sticky with silly things like not allowing you to bring your own snacks to the pool but their kitchen was closed at the time. Lovely beautiful pool but water had a very strong chlorine smell. Needs some proper maintenance to get the water right

We were practically welcomed into open arms by the host Karl and George, the formidable hotel employee, as though we have been coming back for years. We were given an upgrade which was extremely appreciated. The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the pool. Spacious shower room and plenty of nooks to put away our belongings. The pool area is beautiful and just right for chill-axing. Great vibe in the commun areas. Plenty of great suggestions for where to eat, swim and how to spend your day. I can't praise the team enough. They made our first stay in Spetses, memorable.

The breakfast was superb - couldn’t be better. Lovely fresh choices and the setting was serene and lovely. All the staff were exceptional - helpful, warm and welcoming. The decor is lovely keeping with a serene and peaceful feel.

The shower floor design allows for water to flood the shower mat and some of the bathroom floor.

Very quite location. Modern design. Relaxing atmosphere

This is the best hotel in Spetses, very modern and well-designed. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and you get everything you need for a great stay. A huge benefit is the proximity to the city, we never used a car, just walked- super convenient. The hotel has a beautiful pool and an awesome atmosphere to relax. What made this stay 100% perfect is the staff, Carlo took care of every detail, and of course, his team is welcoming and helpful (Dimitris has great tips).

Delicious breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfect spot to get out for a walk, a great local lunch or dinner, go shopping, or to swim from the beach. Great location for a short or longer stay.

Wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and all facilities on the property ( bike rental, towels etc..). Karl made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice to visit Spetses, the beaches .. Everything you need to relax and disconnect !

Very chic, modern and luxe propery. We felt like we were in a gorgeous secluded villa! Rooms were spacious, very clean and the perfect escape from the heat. Pool area was fab and breakfast was delicious!

It was a little walk away from the main part of town, however the beach was a 5 minute walk just at the end of the street!

Location, accommodation, pool service, the whole infrastructure- all perfect. Karl was great giving us tips where to go, how to rent ATV, booking for restaurants for us. We felt very welcome. And the breakfast was really good!

Everything! Simply gorgeous! The hotel is stunning, well designed and the staff were faultless from arrival to departure! The house cocktail was divine and I’m still dreaming of the pool area now

Pavements from town to the hotel are small so a taxi from the ferry makes a more relaxed journey
