Summer view oli juuri sopiva meidän kahden yön oleskeluun, vaikka olisimme voineet olla pitempääkin. Katerina oli ihanasti muistanut meidän hääpäivää ja saimme pienen tervetulias lahjan. Hotellissa ei ollut mitään moitittavaa, voisimme tulla uudestaakin.

Tenda della doccia corta allaga il bagno. Rumore del clima camera accanto (io dormo con finestre aperte) disturba il sonno e qualche aereo che passa. Pulizia su richiesta, ma anche con il cartello hanno solo svuotato i cestini.

Environnement très agréable, ambiance familiale et sympathique Notre chambre était spacieuse et avait une très belle vue sur la mer avec une agréable terrasse. Piscine bien appréciable après une journée de visite.

Il "Summer View" è stato una piacevolissima scoperta. Già prenotando mi ispirava, ma dopo il soggiorno posso dire che è andato oltre le aspettative. Sulla carta si tratta di un 2 stelle in posizione periferica rispetto a Rodi città, invece l'ottima gestione familiare di Niko e Katarina ha fatto di questo albergo un gioiellino incastonato tra l'olivaia dell'isola. Ho notato grande attenzione ai dettagli, alla pulizia, alle rifiniture. L'albergo è tenuto benissimo e risulta molto accogliente fin dal primo ingresso. I due titolari sono cordialissimi e fanno tutto il possibile per rendere facile e gradevole la vacanza agli ospiti. Tra l'altro è un hotel frequentato anche da molti turisti greci il che ha il suo fascino. La piscina è molto bella: pulita, curata, altezza dell'acqua perfetta anche per chi ha difficoltà a nuotare, le sdraio e gli ombrelloni sono in perfette condizioni, ci sono due amache adorabili per rilassarsi sotto agli olivi e un simpatico tavolo da ping pong. Dall'albergo è facile raggiungere l'aeroporto che dista una manciata di chilometri e 7 minuti in taxi. In hotel è anche possibile noleggiare auto e scooter. C'è anche una linea autobus pubblica che collega la zona a Rodi città. Le camere hanno praticamente tutte la vista mare, quelle centrali anche vista piscina. Pur non avendo un vero e proprio ristorante il "Summer View" può di fatto offrire un menu interessante a prezzi giusti che spazia dagli hamburger al pita gyros, ad alcuni piatti tipici e ai gustosi antipasti greci (ottimo ad esempio lo zaziki). La camera era essenziale ma pulita, abbastanza spaziosa, con aria condizionata adeguata e con bagno rinnovato (per quanto piccolo comunque funzionale) e gradevole il terrazzino con vista sugli olivi e sul mare di Rodi (anzi, all'orizzonte si vedono anche l'isola di Simi e la costa turca). Le spiagge di Theologos sono a dieci minuti a piedi.

E' giusto segnalare che essendo molto vicino all'aeroporto, passano gli aerei in decollo con una certa frequenza. Di notte però non siamo stati disturbati dai sorvoli. Si potrebbe migliorare un poco la qualità della colazione, comunque più che sufficiente. L'area attorno è bellissima, consiglierei di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti anche qualche mountainbike a noleggio e di realizzare (se non esiste) una mappa dedicata a percorsi per il trekking e appunto per le escursioni in bici.

Hotel a conduzione familiare ontano da tutto senza macchina sei fuori dal mondo forse la zona più brutta dell'isola di rodi.

Bagno con tenda!!!!!!! Colazione massimo fino alle 930 sono arrivata tardi mi è stato detto chiuso .poteva almeno offrirmi un caffè perché, io comunque la colazione la avevo pagata!!!!! No comment!!!!! neppure una bottiglia di acqua in camera.

Overall, a very good place to stay with exceptionally kind and helpful hosts who were always willing to assist whenever needed. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

It is best to come early for breakfast. Towards the end of the serving time, many items were not replenished. When we asked about some of the missing food before 9:00 a.m., we were simply told that it was “finished”. The room felt rather empty, as if some furniture was missing. Upon arrival, we found hairs in the shower and had to clean them ourselves, which was disappointing. The bathroom floor also remained wet most of the time as curtains are short.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon beim herzlichen Empfang haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, und auch die gesamte Hotelanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die jederzeit für uns da waren. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die ruhige Lage sorgt zusätzlich für eine angenehme und erholsame Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Her gün düzenli şekilde oda temizleniyor. Gelmeden önce çoğu yorumda banyolarda duş perdesi olduğu söyleniyordu çoğu Yunan otelinde olduğu gibi. Herhalde bu şikayeti dikkate almışlar, bizim odada duş oldukça modern bir tasarıma sahipti. Sabah kahvaltıdan sonra çıktık, gece döndük otele. Her döndüğümüzde tertemizdi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Denize çok yakın. İlk gün akşamüstü otele vardığımız için o denize girdik. Uydudan baktığımda çok beğenmemiştim ama canlı olarak beğendik. İlk gün geç gelirseniz bi akşam güneşi bu denizde batırabilirsiniz.

Kahvaltıda zeytin yok. Bir önerim olacak: salam ve jambonları hindi veya domuz şeklinde ayırıp isimlendirirseniz Türk misafirleriniz için daha sağlıklı olur. Ayırt edemediğimiz için kahvaltıda şarküteri ürünlerini tüketemedik.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 10 giorni in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Il posto è in una posizione strategica, lontano dal traffico e soprattutto un po’ in alto così si ha una vista bellissima ( soprattutto al tramonto) ed è sempre ventilato. L’ hotel ha tutto a disposizione , dalla piscina al tavolo da Ping pong al biliardo. Le stanze sono pulite e con tutto il necessario, solo i bagni sono un po datati ma visto il rapporto qualità- prezzo va più che bene. Un ringraziamento alla famiglia simpaticissima che gestisce il tutto sempre cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza! Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Σας ευχαριστώ Caterina e Nico😜

Οικογενειακή επιχείρηση ,οι ιδιοκτήτες,Νίκος και Κατερίνα έκαναν τα παντα ώστε η διαμονή μας να ήταν ιδανική.. Guest star τα 2 σκυλακια με τα οποια οι κορες μας ξετρελαθηκαν.. Ο χώρος της πισίνας ιδανικος για χαλάρωση με τις μικρές μας κόρες... Το βραδυ πιναμε χαλαρα το ποτάκι μας και τα κοριτσια μας παιζανε στην αυλή.. Το πρωινο πλούσιο... Ιδανικη τοποθεσια με ησυχία για οσους δεν θελουν την πολυκοσμία.. Ευχαριστουμε για όλα Νικο και Κατερίνα...

Nepatiko pusryčiai. Neatrodė šviežiai. Kava negeriama. Vonios kambarys nebuvo labai švarus. Daiktų saugojimui neturi tam tinkamos patalpos, buvo siūlyta palikti bendroje erdvėje (loby), kur laiką leidžia ir kiti poilsiautojai.

we are not the type of „all inclusive tourist” and we always look for hotel that has a breakfast in their offer, and i think that the brrakfast that this hotel has to offer is perfect and just enough for everyone. you have some sweet options like cakes, croissants and cookies, some savory options like salads, greek cheeses and ham, and of course lot of yogurth with three difrent type of fresh friut to choose. the hotel provides the toster and sandwicher so everyday you can try something in different way, for example great toast with their homemade jams! the location for us was just on point - we dont like too much people in too small spaces and this hotel has enough room for everyone, you dont need to rush to your sunbed by pool to have the best spot, beacuse every spot is great! :) if u want to visit more than just Theologos you should rent a car beacause the local transport is a little bit compilcated, but theres a plenty of car rental place with clear contracts, easy rules and low prices and the view in evening is worth every price! the hotel is located on the hill and u have a fabulous view at the sunset from your balcony and of course the greek people are sooo wlecoming and pleasant, especially the owners and the two cute puppies Ruby and Freeda that looks soo happy and taken care of:)

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentili e accoglienti! Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione per la tranquillità che offriva e, avendo noleggiato un’auto, ci siamo spostati senza problemi per visitare le varie spiagge dell’isola. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Anche la piscina esterna era molto comoda e pulita. La nostra camera era stata ristrutturata rispetto alle foto presenti qui su Booking e anche il bagno era dotato di doccia con vetro e non tenda.

Nessuna nota negativa. La colazione non ci è dispiaciuta ma potrebbe essere migliorata con una maggiore varietà di scelta, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero splendida al Summer View! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: trovandosi in una zona piacevolmente ventilata, si gode di un clima ideale che non ti fa mai soffrire il caldo estivo, regalando una piacevole brezza a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Ciò che rende questo posto speciale è l'atmosfera: un ambiente estremamente familiare in cui ti senti subito accolto, coccolato e preso in carico per qualsiasi esigenza con un sorriso e una disponibilità uniche. Una nota di merito speciale va anche ai loro cani, simpaticissimi e super amichevoli, che hanno aggiunto un tocco di allegria e calore alle nostre giornate! Tra un tuffo nella bellissima piscina, momenti di puro relax e un'attenzione costante agli ospiti, è una struttura che consiglio ad occhi chiusi per una perfetta vacanza in famiglia.

Nous avons passé un excellent petit séjour (2 nuits) dans cet hôtel familial. Les gérants et l'ensemble du personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est à taille humaine, calme (malgré la proximité de l'aéroport) et très agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Sa situation est parfaite pour visiter ville de Rhodes.

Przepiękne widoki na Morze Egejskie z balkonu, podwórko z placykiem zabaw, basenem i leżakami oraz drzewkami oliwnymi. Sam hotel również prześlicznie wygląda, a każdy ma osobne wejście z zewnątrz do pokoju, więc można wracać o dowolnej godzinie, bez potrzeby przechodzenia przez recepcję. Wspaniali, rodzinni właściciele, którzy ze wszystkim pomogli i doradzili. Bardzo dobre śniadania, szwecki stół do wyboru z wypiekami, owocami, dodatkami, ekspresem do kawy. Również jedzenie do zamówienia w barze było pyszne. W hotelu jest też bilard i stół do ping-ponga, oraz można pożyczyć książki lub gry planszowe (książkę znalazłam nawet w języku polskim). Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i wynoszone śmieci z łazienki. Dosłownie 5 minut drogi na przystanek autobusowy, 10 minut na najbliższą plażę, a godzina drogi na lotnisko (samochodem ok. 12). Hotel zapewnił nam wszystko czego potrzebowałyśmy na wyjazd, a nawet więcej. To co na pewno zapamiętamy to bardzo miłą atmosferę w hotelu.

Komunikacja miejska na wyspie Rodos niestety wygląda tak, że najpierw trzeba pojechać do miasta Rodos, a dopiero z niego można dojechać wszędzie. Ten hotel jest ok. 45/50 minut drogi autobusem od Rodos więc przy autobusach przyjeżdżających jak im się chce, planując dużo zwiedzić lepiej być bliżej miasta Rodos lub jeździć taksówkami / wynajętym autem. Mimo trochę utrudniającej lokalizacji nie zamieniłabym tego hotelu na żaden inny

This was our sixth stay at Summer View. The pool and rooms were as immaculate as ever but what is so special about this property is the welcome from Katerina and her family. We will be back for our seventh visit next year!

Konumu fena değildi. Otoparkı yeterli büyüklükte.

Öncelikle burada kalmaya karar verdiyseniz kesinlikle araç kiralamanız gerektiğini söylemeliyim. Otoparkı yeterli seviyede büyük ve ücretsiz. Merkeze oldukça uzak. Sahil ise yaklaşık 20-30 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin dış görünümü gayet bakımlı ancak odaların içi ise kesinlikle tadilat istiyor. Pimapen kapılar fazla güvenli gelmiyor. Lavabo, duş alanları kesinlikle tadilat görmeli. Buzdolabı yeterli. Odalarda kettle var, fincan var ama kahve, çay ve su yok. Suyu lobiden 5€ karşılığında 6 adet 1.5 litre olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Klimalar bence yeterli düzeyde soğutma yapıyor. Bu gayet güzel. Tvlerde internet yok. Otelde küçük ve büyük olmak üzere 2 havuz var ama büyük olan yeterince büyük değil. Sabah kahvaltısında ise çeşitlilik az. Yiyecekler fena değil. Küçük börek tarzı ürünler maalesef lezzetli değildi. Çalışanlar gayet nazik insanlar ve güleçler. Sadece biraz daha sıcak bir karşılama beklerdik. Otel rezervasyonu yaptığım zaman, evlilik yıldönümümüz için geleceğimi söylemiştim ama hiçbir şekilde bir değişiklik olmadı. En azından kuğu şeklinde havlu bile olsa yeterdi. Ayrıca odalar günlük olarak temizlenmiyor ve düzenlenmiyor. Çekirge sesleri gayet huzur verici ama onu söylemeden geçemem. Lobi ve restoranda yeterli oturma alanları bulunuyor. Tekrar tercih etmem ama 1-2 günlük kalabilmek için fena bir yer değil.

Nasz pobyt w Summer View był naprawdę wspaniały. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się mile widziani, a atmosfera tego miejsca sprawiła, że mogliśmy w pełni odpocząć. Ogromne podziękowania należą się Katharinie i Nicholasowi za ich życzliwość, uśmiech i profesjonalne podejście. Zawsze byli pomocni, serdeczni i dbali o to, aby niczego nam nie brakowało. Dzięki nim pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Hotel jest bardzo zadbany, pokoje są czyste i komfortowe, a cały obiekt ma wyjątkowy, spokojny klimat. Śniadania były smaczne, basen świetnie utrzymany, a lokalizacja pozwalała cieszyć się zarówno spokojem, jak i łatwym dostępem do okolicy. To miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Wyjeżdżamy z pięknymi wspomnieniami i jesteśmy pewni, że jeszcze tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt i gorąco polecamy Summer View każdemu, kto szuka spokojnego i przyjaznego miejsca na wakacje.

Świetny hotel, który z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić! Pokoje i cały obiekt są bardzo czyste i zadbane, a atmosfera jest naprawdę przyjemna. Obsługa zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – wszyscy są niezwykle mili, uśmiechnięci i zawsze chętni do pomocy.

Jeśli chodzi o śniadania, to jedyny minus – każdego dnia wybór jest praktycznie taki sam

Bardzo polecam ten hotel! 😊 Pokoje i cały obiekt są bardzo czyste, a obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Basen jest świetny – zadbany i idealny do wypoczynku. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują hotelowe pieski – są bardzo przyjazne, urocze i świetnie „pilnują interesu”, dodając temu miejscu wyjątkowego klimatu. Poza tym wszystko było naprawdę rewelacyjne. Za tę cenę trudno znaleźć lepszy hotel. Ogromne podziękowania dla Pani z recepcji oraz Pana za barem – to prawdziwe złoto! Dzięki nim pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel w 100%!

Jedynym minusem są śniadania – każdego dnia serwowane jest praktycznie to samo, więc mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone.

A very nice place with clean rooms, a pool, good breakfast and kind hosts. The price is great — and to keep it that way, just follow the rules, take your dishes to the designated area and don’t feed the animals .Follow the rules, and happiness is guaranteed! :)

The main issue was the shower drainage. The water barely drained and even flooded into our room.

The staff were lovely! Exceptional place for families with small children. Easy access to Rhodes.

Wir sind noch nie so herzlich empfangen worden wie in diesem kleinen feinen Hotel. Natürlich ist es kein Luxushotel, aber es ist ist sauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett! Das Hotel ist auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten ein Mietauto für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes, ist meiner Meinung auch notwendig. Frühstück ist ebenfalls völlig ausreichend, auch frisch geschnittenes Obst gibt es jeden Tag. Möchte noch einmal die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber erwähnen, ist sehr selten, so nette Gastgeber kennen zu lernen!

Gentilezza dei proprietari, luogo bellissimo, piscina e camere pulite. Abbiamo cenato anche una sera lì e abbiamo mangiato molto bene e con poco. Una sera hanno fatto pure il barbecue. Colazione buona. Eventualmente in loco si può affittare anche la macchina. Diciamo che a piedi non ci si può spostare quindi è necessaria.

Unica pecca non aver messo shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

L'accoglienza di Nico e Caterina veramente come essere in famiglia. Pulizia delle camere. Piscina piccola ma ben tenuta. Abbiamo cenato da loro qualche sera e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.

Non c'erano né bagno schiuma e neanche shampoo in camera. L'abbiamo dovuto acquistare noi. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notte e non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani. Lo scarico dell wc perdeva acqua durante la notte.

Il Summer View è situato a pochi Km dall’aeroporto. Se avete la macchina a noleggio direi che i problemi sono zero. Partiamo dalle cose sono piaciute di più: - l’accoglienza è il trattamento che i gestori hanno riservato a noi e mi sento di dire a tutti gli ospiti presenti è stato impeccabile e decisamente oltre le aspettative a livello di disponibilità e gentilezza. Due persone d’oro - la struttura è bella, c’è servizio sia bar che ristorante e la piscina è comoda e ordinata. Il luogo si trova su una salita immerso nel verde - il parcheggio è spazioso e gratuito cosa non da poco - la camera era accogliente e aveva tutto quello che era necessario anche per un soggiorno lungo - non ci sono state difficoltà né con il check in né con il check out

Partendo dal presupposto che a me personalmente è piaciuto tutto, credo che poche cose siano migliorabili: - la rete WI-FI non è molto stabile (ma funziona) - i bagni delle camere sono puliti ma non bellissimi da vedere (tra l’altro molto soggettivo) Un appunto importante che non c’entra con la struttura ma è da sottolineare: Le spiagge più famose e importanti di Rodi stanno tutte sulla costa Est (opposta). Se siete automuniti problemi non ce sono (dai 20 ai 65 minuti di viaggio e siete dove volete).

Thank you very much, for being a guest. We had a last minute booking and a late check-in which did not cause any problems. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The price is absolutely worth it.

Hôtel un peu loin des restaurants. Insonorisation faible, on entendait bien le passage ou les voisins. Mobilier un peu rustique, type camping.

Großes, helles, geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon mit Meerblick. Schön bepflanztes Gelände.

The staff were really friendly, Kristina gave us really nice recommendations and the food was homemade and tasty.

The breakfast was quite under expected.

Klimatizace zapáchala plísní - museli jsme ji vypnout (Pokoj č.1). Ch

Pěkné ubytování s výhledem na moře v klidné lokalitě mimo resorty. Vstřícný, milý personál. Na pokoji bylo chladněji, zrovna bylo špatné chladné větrné počasí. Klima nakonec topila, ale trvalo než jsme na to přišli. Snídaně průměrná. Bazén a další zařízení jsme nevyužili vzhledem k počasí. Velmi nízká cena ubytování.

Některé zařízení trochu starší a potřebovalo by rekonstruovat, hlavně koupelny. V jednom pokoji vizuálně nová klimatizace nechtěla topit. V druhém pokoji na první pohled zažloutlá historická klimatizace nakonec topila.

Great view from the hotel restaurant at the sea, the staff were amazing, they really do care about their hosts.

Sometimes in the evening there was not that hot water during showering and the doors were hard to open, especially after showering.

Unheimlich nette Gastgeber. Preise im Haus sehr fair. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Liegt gut zum Flughafen. Der nächste Ort (Theologos) liegt ne gute Viertelstunde Fußweg entfernt Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Snídaně ušla, nabídka spíše sladkého. Pokoje v poho, ale koupelna byla taková nějaká. Ale ten večerní výhled na západ slunce byl fakt nádherný. Ubytovatelé milí.

Melua tuli viereisestä huoneesta. Lentokentän läheisyys mahdollisti vain 6 tunnin yöunet klo 00.00 - 06.00 välillä, kun koneiden ääni kuului voimakkaasti. Kylpyhuoneessa suihkusta vesi levisi lattialle, eikä johtunut lattiakaivoon. Pyysimme päivällismenua, emme saaneet sitä, vaan meille esitettiin burgeria ranskalaisilla tai riisillä. Vaihtoehtoja ei käytännössä ollut.

De må kunne ta i mot gjester som kommer med fly midt på natten. Rommet var ikke åpent og det var ingen som tok imot oss. Vi måtte hoppe inn via balkongen flax at det gikk, da vi måtte få sove.

Établissement familial à taille humaine. Accueil chaleureux, comme si nous arrivions dans la famille. Hotel modeste mais tout à fait adapté aux familles.

O quarto estava com teias de aranha e quando se toma duche, a casa de banho fica encharcada. O pequeno almoço apensar de farto, não tem muita qualidade.
