Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Everything! The suite was clean and comfortable, the pools were beautiful and the staff and service was lovely. Only a short walk to the supermarket and centre of Fira. Amazing views all around.
Our only dislike was the size of the breakfast area and selection of food and drink. We had to line up to use 1 toaster for everyone who was staying at the resort and coffee was only from a machine. Would have expected more for what we were paying.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026El hotel esta a 5 minutos caminando al centro de Tira, es un hotel muy amplio con bastantes piscinas, el bufet del desayuno fue increíblemente abundante y bueno. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran nuevas. El atardecer desde la entrada del hotel se ve muy bonito. Gracias por la bonita tarjeta y el Prosecco por nuestra luna de miel , fue un detalle hermoso.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Hotelul este excepțional! Foarte curat, personalul amabil, locatia extraordinara! Te poti plimba seara in Fira, iar stația de autobuz este la 5 minute de hotel. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult, am vizitat multe insule din Grecia si aici cred ca a fost cea mai buna cazare pe care am avut-o. Resortul este imens, personalul gata sa te ajute mereu cu orice, mâncarea buna. Poate singurul lucru la care ar merita putina atenție este cafeaua de la micul dejun care nu este extraordinara, dar nici cea mai rea. Recomand acest hotel, este super!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La struttura è molto bella, nuova e pulita. Posizione ottima a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione dei bus per raggiungere le spiagge e a 15 minuti dal centro di Fira. Lo staff é molto gentile e premuroso. La camera molto spaziosa, pulita e con vista splendida sulla caldera. Colazione internazionale molto buona. Le diverse piscine presenti nella struttura fanno sì che non ci sia mai confusione. È stato un soggiorno stupendo.

La gente che teneva occupati i lettini intorno le piscine con gli asciugamani, anche se non presente, fin dalla mattina molto presto. Qualche lettino in più avrebbe fatto comodo.

A iluminação à noite, das casas e das piscinas está realmente bem pensada. Imensas piscinas, mesmo para adultos. Experimentamos 4, cada uma num patamar diferente do hotel.
A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor. Imensos focos de luz, mas os 3 interruptores ou apagam tudo ou ligam tudo.

The pool area was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping lady. She was extremely kind and did an amazing job every day. Our room was always very clean, fresh, and smelled wonderful. The guy who helped us with our suitcases was also wonderful. He was very friendly, warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, the staff made our stay even more enjoyable!

No bar facility later in the evening was a very minor complaint, and perhaps some light entertainment / music in the evening would be a good consideration.

Piscine ampie e impeccabili. Con la formula mezza pensione, sia colazione che cena a buffet diversificata e di ottima qualità.
Giusto una accortezza: alcune stanze si affacciano sulla strada (sempre trafficata).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Nádherné prostredie, čistučké, všade bolo blízko. Rezort bol veľký, krásne udržiavaný, po príchode nás do ubytovania zaviezli golfovým autíčkom. Raňajky sa podávali v 2 reštauráciách, čím nebolo veľa ľudí, večere v jednej. Sú tam 2 bary, niekoľko bazénov, takže ľudia sa rozložia a nemáte pocit preľudnenostii. Veľmi sme si to užili.
Voda v bazénoch mohla byť trošku teplejšia.

La mayoría de hamacas estaban ocupadas con una toalla, sin que hubiera ninguna persona en todo el rato que estuvimos en la piscina y tuvimos que dejar las cosas en el suelo. Deberían prohibir tener hamacas reservadas todo el día.

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, a medencék tiszták és nem zsúfoltak. Az este 10 órás repülőgép indulás miatt, késői kijelentkezést kértünk, amit meg is kaptunk minimális összegért. Seul bémol : les gens laissent leur serviette toute la journée sur le transat de la piscine sans y venir avant un certain temps (ils les déposent le matin pour réserver le transat et ne reviennent qu’en milieu de journée voire pas du tout)…

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Resort fantastico, piscine grandi per tutti. Ogni area ne aveva una. Abbiamo sempre trovato lettini.. Bar molto funzionale anche per pranzo o cena (noi abbiamo cenato anche alle 11 di sera) con insalate, pizza, pasta, panini, sandwich oltre a tanta scelta di drink. A 5 minuti a piedi da Fira e dai bus, una piacevole passeggiata ma lontano dal caos. Servizio noleggio auto in resort perfetto. Servizio teli mare gratuito. Buona la colazione. Lo consiglio perché vicino a Fira e con servizi da resort di grandi tour operator.
Colazione poco varia sul dolce, prevalentemente salata, ma capisco anche che la colazione dolce è per lo più italiana che in questo resort, peccato, è in netta minoranza. Ma siamo stati bene lo stesso e abbiamo mangiato in abbondanza.

Would suggest maybe using one of the pools as an adults only pool as the pool got crowded with kids and Their inflatables quiet often
