Reviewed Sep 7, 2026First and foremost the lovely people running the hotel, hospitality, smiling faces. Location was perfect for our itinerary.
We had hot water issues in the bathroom - there was none two days in a raw. Apparently hotel had some issues with it however having no back up system is not acceptable. Also shower head no where to hang and water could not be confined to the bathroom as water could easily escape under the door into to the room (no barries, curtains to stop it).

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Excellent location - a very short walk from the ferry, and car hire companies. The hotel sits below the castle and literally a 5 minute walk down to the hub of the town. An endearing feature was the flower names on the key-fob, and painted on the doors as opposed to numbers.

Όλες οι υπηρεσίες όπως φαίνονταν στη πλατφόρμα και καλύτερα. ακόμη.. Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα κ υγιεινή.!! Αριστοκρατική ,φιγούρα η ευγενής γιαγιά από τη Μ.Ασία. Υπέροχος κι ο κύριος : τουριστικός/ ιστορικός ξεναηός μας!!! Όλη η οικογένεια , μια αθόρυβη φιλοξενία με πρόθεση υποδείξεων (αν ερωτηθούν) για τα ενδιαφέντοντα σημεία αυτού του όμορφου τόπου. Top point!!!: Φοβερή τοποθεσία!!!! : δίπλα στο λιμάνι,κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο ,στα μουσεία ,στο κάστρο ,σε επιλογές γεύματος κ δείπνου .Όλα με τα πόδια..ιδανικό σημείο τόσο για τουριστες,όσο κ για επαγγελματίες επισκέπτες. Όλα ήταν αρεστά.!Ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας. Η δε "Ανεμώνη" : το δωμάτιό μας : καθαρό δωμάτιο με όλα τα απαραίτητα κ ρομαντικό μπαλκονάκι για δύο που απολαμβάνουν την Ανατολή κα τιν είσοδο του πλοίου στο όμορφο λιμάνι της Μυτιλήνης.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La Chambre était spacieuse. Les rideaux bien occultants, les moustiquaires et le double vitrage appréciables.
Les placards n'avaient pas de poignées. La poignée des toilettes n'était pas fixée et nous restait dans les mains à chaque ouverture/fermeture. La pression était très faible dans la douche, et l'aération de la salle de bain peu efficace. Le meilleur pour la fin : une fois fermée, la bonde du lavabo ne pouvait plus s'ouvrir, et rendait donc le lavabo inutilisable. Il n'y avait même pas de tirette sous le lavabo pour la décoincer.

Το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο μικρό και η ντουζιέρα δεν είχε διαχωριστικό από το υπόλοιπο μπάνιο, αλλά για ένα βράδυ ήταν όλα μια χαρά!

Çıkışta bize kahve ikram ettiler. 🤗 odamız tek olmasına rağmen tertemizdi ve iki gün kalmamıza rağmen oda temizlenmesi hoşuma gitti. Teşekkürler 🤩

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a lovely experience, which is why I came back after the refurbishment. The rooms are clean, modern, and nicely updated. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. After around 11 p.m., the room became full of mosquitoes. They seemed to come out all at once, and we ended up killing around 20 of them. I even took photos because it was so bad. It made it impossible to relax or sleep. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she said I should have told her earlier so they could have provided mosquito repellent and explained that there was a mosquito net outside. However, the mosquitoes were already inside the room by then, so there wasn’t really anything that could be done. I was still charged the full price, and the only compensation offered was a coffee. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is clean and the refurbishment looks great. However, the mosquito problem completely ruined the stay. I was exhausted, covered in bites, and worried about mosquito-borne illnesses. Sadly, because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. The receptionist explained that there is a rundown property next door, which she believes is where the mosquitoes are coming from. She said they have reported the issue to the local council, but nothing has been done yet. While the hotel provides mosquito nets and repellent, the mosquitoes were already inside our room, so these measures didn’t solve the problem

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The owner of the property gave us extraordinary service, above and beyond any expectations. The battery of our car died, potentially stranding us. He personally intervened to help us get the car started by first driving to another location to obtain testing and charging equipment, and then charging it himself. He would not accept any compensation for his exceptional service. I have never had any hotel provide such personalized service in 75 years of travel.

Since our ferry arrived early, they allowed us to check in well before the official check-in time, and our room was already ready. The location was amazing , 5 minutes from the centre slightly up a hill so away from the noise of the city but with beautiful views of the harbour and your own private balcony. The rooms were light with tall ceilings and very clean. I could have sat all day just looking at the sea and watching the ferries cone and go . I also liked the veranda at the front where guests sat during the day . The place was spacious relaxed and easy going.
Breakfast would have been nice but you can get drinks and I think there was a bar. Restaurants were nearby.
