Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, a credit to the hotel. Beach area stunning and snorkelling awesome saw lots of turtles and variety of fish.

Some of the room decor was in need of re-fresh. Toilet seat needed changing. Not the property’s fault but local bar very noisy until early hours.

Die Lage am Strand ist fantastisch. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Hafen, Supermärkte und verschiedene Sportangebote sind alle fußläufig in unter 20min zu erreichen. Fahrradverleih im Hotel ist auch vorhanden, allerdings sollte man direkt in der Früh buchen. Nachmittags kann es sein das alles vergriffen ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr spärlich ausgestattet, uns war es aber beim buchen bereits bewusst und wir hatten kein Problem damit.

Unser Boot kam um 11Uhr an, nach Willkommens-Drink und einem zunächst positiven und freundlichem Empfang mussten wir allerdings bis 14:30Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten - Check-In ist mit 14:00Uhr angegeben. Auch nach mehrfachem Fragen wurden wir nur hingehalten und haben keinen Zugang zum Zimmer bekommen. Bei dem für Indonesien doch eher hohen Preis, sollte ein bisschen mehr Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel meiner Meinung nach schon möglich sein. Das Mittagessen war zwar lecker, aber extrem wenig für den Preis und hat eine Ewigkeit gedauert. Das Frühstück war Preis-Leistungsmäßig gut, hat aber teilweise auch sehr lange gedauert.

Très bel endroit avec 2 piscines. Très calme. Il suffit de quelques mètres pour rencontrer les tortues !

Quasiment pas de wifi, quelque soit l'endroit dans l'hôtel ou au restaurant. Attention, prévoir des chaussures en plastique car énormément de corail dans la mer ou sur la plage.

Les tarifs sont élever pour les différents services sachant que l’on se trouve en Indonésie. La carte du restaurant n’est pas très grande très peu de choix de plus certaines choses n’était pas disponible. Les chambres sont très très petites pas pratique du tout car très salissant on se retrouve avec du sable dans toute la chambre.

Le personnel est super, les piscines sont très belles, la proximité avec la plage et les transats, les films le soir, le restaurant, les activités (jeux de plage, location de vélo, location d’équipements de snorkeling, massages…). La salle de bain en extérieur est super belle et insolite.

Chambre assez petite avec peu de rangements si on a des valises et peu d’isolation. Restaurant animé pas très loin donc bruit assez fort le soir jusqu’à tard (1h du matin environ).

El alojamiento es maravilloso de hecho dudábamos entre varios y después de ver los demás, este es el mejor sin duda. Es todo muy bonito, muy cuidado, el personal es super amable…. Y ves tortugas desde la orilla literalmente. Las estatuas también están super cerca. Todo estupendo!!!

L’établissement est situé à 2 pas de la plage, les piscines sont à bonne température et le personnel est au petit soins

Malheureusement, le temps de service pour les petits déjeunés est très très long environ 40min à 1h d’attente de bon matin, c’est vraiment dommage.

Struttura ben curata e pulita, camere molto belle e caratteristiche (piccole ma funzionali, non serve niente di più). Molto carino anche il bagno all’esterno. Le camere vengono pulite ogni tre giorni, ma su richiesta vengono pulite anche prima. Ottima posizione fronte spiaggia con tramonti spettacolari, bella anche la piscina della struttura. Cibo molto buono!

La struttura si vende come adults only, di fatto ci sono un sacco di bambini che urlano e giocano sulla spiaggia dedicata all’hotel. Cibo e bevande care rispetto al resto dell’isola, è presente costo aggiuntivo poco comprensibile visto che non viene applicato dalle altre strutture sull’isola. Suggeriamo maggiore differenziazione tra chi è cliente dell’hotel e chi viene dall’esterno, molte volte abbiamo trovato i lettini dedicati ai clienti dell’hotel occupati da altre persone.

Nette Anlage, allerdings ist die Rezeptionistin nicht sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist ganz okay. Zimmer ist wie eine kleine Knastzelle aber das Bad ist toll.

Sehr kleines enges Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal und wirklich tolle Unterkünfte inkl. Veranda und Outdoor-Bad. Sehr schöner Pool mit Meerblick und am Hotelstrand kann man bei Flut direkt schnorcheln.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: ein Seifenspender am Waschbecken wäre gut gewesen. Und zwar kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber man hört nachts teilweise etwas den Bass von der Nachbarinsel Gili T.

Probably needed a bit more variety in food - ran out of choices a bit - however, it is an island!

Le Pirate is an exceptional place to stay. The staff were all amazing, the property is beautiful and the food - delicious. There was even a beautiful cat wondering around the property and came to give us cuddles at our bungalow, great bonus to an already amazing stay.

La struttura si affaccia direttamente sul mare con la possibilità di avere i lettini fronte spiaggia e tutte le comodità a pochi metri. Il ristorante è buono, vicino si possono trovare altri ristoranti se si vuole cambiare. Tutto perfetto e il personale molto gentile.

Bagno all’aperto, potrebbe essere rinnovato con magari qualche appoggio per i panni in più, ma comunque caratteristico

Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. Los baños de las habitaciones son exteriores y literalmente puedes escuchar lo que hace todo el mundo. Además, se oye la música de un chiringuito cercano a altas horas de la madrugada. El restaurante es caro y malo, y son muy muy lentos.

El entorno, el ambiente de lugar, encantador. Instalaciones super comodas, una piscina hermosa y playa con todas las comodidades. Personal muy amable. El baño exterior muy lindo y la ducha cuenta con buena agua caliente y dulce

Que el espacio de la habitación era perqueño pero ya lo sabia antes de reservar.

Sehr nah zum Hotel gibt es eine Kneipe mit lauter Musik. Wer Kinderlärm vermeiden will, sollte sich um ein Häuschen am hinteren Pool bemühen (seit ein paar Tagen gibt es ein Schulprojekt mit einheimischen Kindern direkt neben Haus 1). Den Strand hat man nicht für sich, es kommen viele Ausflugs-/Schnorchelboote von den anderen Inseln. Ansonsten schönes Riff mit vielen Fischen und Schildkröten.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, sehr leckeres Frühstück im Restaurant a la carte zu bestellen. Die Zimmer sind klein, das muss man wissen, Anreise mit größerem Gepäck heißt aus dem Koffer unter dem Bett leben. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir nur 4 Nächte auf Gili Meno waren. Die Zimmer werden auf Anfrage gereinigt, man gibt einfach den Schlüssel an der Rezeption ab. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, Restaurants außerhalb sind genügend vorhanden.

Das Sasak Café direkt neben dem Hotel spielt sehr laute Musik bis in die Nacht! Wir hatten das Hotel wegen adults only gebucht. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Projekt, Touristen unterrichten Kinder im Umgang mit iPad usw. was zur Folge hat, dass am Strand ein Gewusel von Kindern herrscht. Wir finden das Projekt gut, dennoch hat uns das rege Treiben am Strand gestört.

Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est magnifique, reposant, et les petites maisons sont pleines de charme.

Seul point négatif : les nombreux bateaux de snorkeling qui viennent en masse juste en face de l’hôtel, comme un peu partout sur l’île. L’eau, pourtant d’une couleur magnifique, devient alors assez trouble.

La cordialità dello staff, il cibo del ristorante e la pulizia dell’intero resort.

Le stanze sono esageratamente piccole e vengono pulite soltanto previa espressa richiesta da parte dell’ospite. In camera c’è soltanto un asciugamano, con il quale devi asciugare viso, corpo e mani…non tanto igienico! Non è presente l’asciuga capelli: lo devi richiedere in reception e sperare che non sia già utilizzato da un altro ospite, perché ne hanno un numero limitato. La spiaggia dell’hotel non è attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini, infatti molti ospiti si spostano nelle spiagge limitrofe.

La ubicacion y las instalaciones.

La habitación era muy pequeña para poder moverse con comodidad. Además, pedimos a uno de los empleados una almohada extra y nos dijeron que no tenían más. Tampoco tienen articulos de higiene en el baño. Fuimos a Gili meno por ser la isla más tranquila de las tres y resultó que detrás del hotel teníamos un local con música muy alta hasta altas horas. Por último, desayunamos un dia en hotel y nos cobraron por el servicio un 3% extra, y el desayuno no era de muy buena calidad, mucho mejor cualquier sitio de fuera del complejo.

Es nota que es una companyia hotelera. El tracte en general pel check in, check out i neteja en relació a altres allotjaments d’Indonesia no té res a veure. Per exemple, et fan esperar allà fins les dues en punt tot i arribar a les 13:45h i tenir l’habitació ja llesta.

Struttura molto bella e posizione con il punto di spiaggia migliore dell’isola. Buon cibo.

Staff di sala gentilissimo ma da migliorare il servizio, a volte disattento e lento, e la conoscenza dell’inglese.

La struttura molto bella con queste casette azzurre, due piscine e il giardino ben curato. Carina l'idea di proiettare il film in spiaggia ma solo durante l'orario di cena. La posizione ottima per vedere le tartarughe e le statue sottomarine. A 10 minuti di camminata a nord c'è una spiaggia più balneabile senza coralli. A 10 minuti nell'entroterra c'è un supermercato fornito di tutto.

Le stanze sono troppo piccole se si viaggia con una valigia grande. La colazione NON È BUFFET ma SOLO ALLA CARTA. Quindi l'informazione di Booking andrebbe cambiata, é fuorviante. Il menù comunque non ha molta scelta, nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi ristoranti dove con poco si mangia benissimo!! Il ristorante accetta addebiti sulla stanza e ci ha addebitato cose che NON avevamo consumato! Per fortuna noi pagavamo tutto al momento e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Le stanze vengono pulite ogni 3 giorni, un po' poco, la stanza si riempie facilmente di sabbia.

Die Hütten sind ein bisschen klein, vor allem wenn man zwei große Koffer dabei hat.

Pagamos 145€+desayuno, por una habitación donde no cabe la maleta abierta. No hay room service ( mi desayuno me lo tengo que traer yo misma). No hay armario. La cama se mueve mucho. El agua del mar de delante está muy contaminado, turbio y con espuma de la suciedad. Agua caliente muy limitada, se acaba en pocos minutos. Hace falta mantenimiento. Muy sobrevalorado en el precio.

Bungalow piccolo ma estremamente pulito e accogliente nonostante le dimensioni, situato in una posizione ottima da cui poter ammirare il tramonto direttamente dall’hotel. Servizi e personale ottimi. Colazione buona e varia. Tornerei subito!

De ligging, het eten en het personeel in het restaurant.

Op de foto’s is bij het reserveren niet duidelijk dat de wc en de douche zich buiten op een kleine binnenplaats achter het huisje bevindt. Voor ons was dat een reden om iets anders te zoeken. (Overdag uit de wind in de volle zon en ‘s nachts als voor voor insecten in het donker of, nog erger, met een lamp naar de wc.)

We liked the no kid policy, the design of the place and huts , its on the better side of the island, you can see turtles in the see, good sunsets and nice beaches for photos

you need to walk or transport yourself from ferry over to the other side. the beach is only nice by tide, in the afternoon and evening you cant go to sea from outstanding corals, they dont build walkways into the see as in Egypt, so our sea bathing was very limited. There is also a strong current in the sea , not good for kids or weaker swimmers. also visibility in sea is not great as it gets overcrowded

We hebben hier een heerlijke paar dagen tot rust kunnen komen! Het zwembad en privestrand waren top! Ook de kamers waren heerlijk met goede bedden en een fantastische douche. Het restaurant was prima, wel wat aan de prijzige kant. Er zitten betere restaurants in de buurt maar alsnog fijn dat er de mogelijkheid was om hier te eten! Het personeel was vriendelijk en er waren verschillende faciliteiten beschikbaar! :)

I loved my stay at Le Pirate. As a solo traveller the staff made me feel so safe. The safe are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfect. It is a great break away from the busy parts of the Gili islands 😊

The staff was really nice and helpful. Made a huge difference during our stay The premises are well maintained.

For the price, the accommodation is a bit tiny and not really private (everyone can see inside the room without the curtains) Unfortunately the Sasak cafe (next to the resort) put loud music almost every night. Some days it was a real nuisance.

Location and pool were amazing, the staff and waiters were so lovely and attentive! Would 100% recommend this place to a friend

Logement côte à côte beaucoup de bruit logement très mal isolé nous entendons les claquements de portes des voisins, lorsqu’ils vont aux toilettes et lorsqu’ils marchent … j’ai demandé à changer de logement reponse : nous sommes complets , avez vous essayé les bouchons d’oreilles !! Sur 3 nuits nous aurions pu être relogés…

La piscine et l’ambiance ainsi que la proximité de la plage avec spot de snorkeling génial.

Étant sur une île musulmane , c’est dommage pour les musulmans de devoir constamment faire attention que la nourriture que l’on nous sert est bien halal et sans porc

The actual location is amazing towards the beach.

The room. It is very small for this price bracket. There are properties on the island offering noticeably more space for the same money or less, and once you have unpacked two people into it, that becomes obvious quickly. Bicycle hire. We rented bicycles to ride around the island and discovered that most of the beachfront stretches have no concrete or paving at all, just soft sand that is impossible to cycle through. None of this was mentioned at the point of hire. A single laminated map at the rental desk marking which sections are rideable and which are not would fix this in five minutes, and its absence gives the strong impression that the rental income matters more than the guest actually enjoying the ride. That is an easy and cheap thing to put right. The restaurant. This was the weakest part of the stay by a wide margin. • We tried to order the house steak on three consecutive days. It was unavailable every time. If a dish cannot be supplied, it should come off the menu rather than being offered and declined three days running. • The kitchen has no flexibility whatsoever. We asked for chocolate syrup with pancakes, then strawberry jam. Both were in the building. Both were refused because they sit outside the standard menu, and we were happy to pay extra. A kitchen that will not add an ingredient it already stocks, for a paying guest, is a policy problem rather than a supply problem. • The pizza tasted like a reheated frozen base and was priced at a large multiple of what that is worth. • The fried chicken was below fast food standard. I would rate a McDonald’s nugget above it, and I do not say that lightly. • Waiting times were long and inconsistent across most of what we ordered, and the cooking quality was poor throughout.

It was the most expensive of my accommodation for 3 months in Bali and it was worth it. The staff were wonderful, the pool’s beautiful and the snorkeling superb. Really close to some great warungs and had the feel of old Bali

Take ear plugs because there’s a warung nearby that has a band playing.

Location was brilliant. The beach was fabulous with the best sun/tree shade. Lots of turtles right off the front off the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful.. Rooms were clean and comfy. Loved the frack and hammock. Pool are area was great.

Everything you need in a perfect piece of paradise. Rooms are small, but you have a large outdoor bathroom, your own deck complete with hammock and chairs. You can watch movies under the stars at night, the food is superb and the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. When we arrived we thought " this is small", but we left with our hearts enlarged.

If it rained, the small bedroom with little to no room to put stuff would be a problem.

The beach was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed the snorkeling trip and appreciated that bicycles were available to explore the island. The location is fantastic and perfect for a relaxing stay.

The staff’s English was quite limited, which sometimes made communication difficult. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and often tasted like convenience food rather than freshly prepared meals. Even simple breakfast requests, such as poached or cooked eggs instead of fried eggs, were not possible according to the kitchen. The breakfast selection was rather limited, and the fruit platter was very small. Fresh coconuts were also sold out every day by around 12:30 PM.

Such a stunning spot. I was here for a few nights to rest after a few weeks surfing. I had a great time laying by the pool drinking delicious cocktails. The staff were fantastic and the food was really good too. Really clean as well!

The only issue I had was on my ride back to the airport which was arranged by the hotel. I don't think it was their fault but do be aware when someone takes your bags from the boat to pop in the car (50 meters away) they will ask for a tip and that was 200k. I would have just taken my own bags but thought it was just part of the service I already paid for. I don't think it was anything to do with the hotel but just want others to be aware and to avoid that!
