I was expecting a sea facing room as shown on the pictures, but the hotel confirmed after we reached there that they don’t have any sea facing rooms. It was very disappointing to know that, as we paid so much expecting a good view. Also the smell in the hotel and the rooms annoyed us.

We took a suite and connecting Deluxe room for kids, there was zero view, just a balcony and a wall in front of it. Also music from its Frazi bar is blaring till 3 am and the windows are not sound proof

Room decor is average . Extra bed charges are higher than that of any 5 star hotel also . Breakfast was ordinary

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. Being right on the beach was amazing. It's only a short 10 minute walk to the main road of town, which is very handy.
There were lots of mosquitos in our room when we first arrived, but thankfully a plug-in mosquito repellant was provided. The staff informed us that there was a high tea one of the days we stayed, but it didn't seem like anything was going on when we went to check it out.

Some areas were a bit slippery in the rain and could have used anti-slip mats for the monsoons.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2024This hotel is more an events hotel and it is perfectly set up for that, we had to check out after four days. Of we had stayed we would have had such a bad holiday. Thankfully the GM could see our view and agreed to a refund. Staff were poor and we ended up staying at the Palm Grove in Ashvem which is lovely

Reviewed Mar 14, 2023spacious, clean, amazing pool, all the staff are so kind and accommodating, spa (recommend the therapist Mc) i had two really good 60 minute appointments. the sound system bangs, they usually have a dj or some booking in the evening. there was a digeridoo when i went!! so good. in terms of Morjim id say the beach is one of the most private, left and right there is more happening if you’re looking to socialize. great place for group bookings! lot of shops to the north and south to buy the goan beach fits. whew i could keep rambling, i hope to be back! oh and there weren’t many westerners at this one (for those seeking an authentic Goan experience)
completely nitpicking, the ceilings are low in the Beach bathrooms (tall westerner issues).

The menu could have more options for authentic Goan cuisine, it seemed too western and the local fare was minimal. No feni ???

Gym is quite basic. No beach beds / towels to sit on the beach. Limited parking space within the premises.
