Unfortunately we experienced ants in the room. Despite being very well cleaned. The cleaner worked exceptionally hard every day.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück ist gut.

Die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovation, der Kühlschrank ist recht laut und steht direkt neben dem Bett. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein im Verhältniss und bräuchte eine bessere Beleuchtung. Es gibt zwar Kaffee als Suplement aber kein Wasser dazu. Macht keinen Sinn.

Sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage, wunderschöne Aussicht auf dennStrand Mylopotas und die Berge, ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter, sie versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Das Badezimmer ist in manchen Zimmern sehr klein bzw Waschbecken zu klein und nicht im Bad.

The views were stunning, room/ pool was such great value for money and the staff went above and beyond in particular Josiane who made our stay that bit more special! Thank you.

Locatia chiar in dreptul statiei de autobuz, drumul scurt direct catre plaja (mai greu cu urcatul la intoarcere, dar poti lua si autobuzul), apartamentul spatios, curat, cu o piscina privata mare si o terasa absolut minunate, mic dejun foarte bun, facilitatile hotelului (bar, piscina, terase), privelistea, personal foarte amabil. Totul a fost minunat!

Ocazional zgomot de la sosea, dar asa e peste tot la hotelurile din jurul plajei Mylopotas, fiind inconjurata de dealuri pe care serpuieste drumul.

La zona está genial porque puedes ir caminando a la playa, eso sí es una pedazo de cuesta. La zona de la piscina está chula por las vistas que tiene. Al lado del hotel tienes la parada de autobús que te lleva a chora.

Desayuno muy escaso. Ni un día nos saludaron en el desayuno y además tenías que poner tu la mesa. Habitación que necesita una reforma, ducha pequeñísima y además el lavabo olía fatal.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Levantes Ios Boutique Hotel. La struttura è curata, pulita e in una posizione comodissima per godersi Mylopotas e l’isola. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’atmosfera rilassata, la piscina e la disponibilità dello staff durante tutto il soggiorno. Una menzione speciale va assolutamente a Hussein, il barista: una persona eccezionale, sempre gentile, sorridente, disponibile e professionale. È uno di quei membri dello staff che fanno davvero la differenza e contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Esemplare sia come professionista che come persona. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo partiti con un bellissimo ricordo di Ios. Tornaremmo volentieri.

Ενα μόνο ψεγάδι βρήκαμε. Δεν γνωρίζω αν ήταν άτομο του προσωπικού ή όχι. Αλλά γυρίζοντας το βράδυ γύρω στις 22.30 στο δωμάτιο κ ενώ το μπαρ λειτουργούσε θελήσαμε να πάρουμε πάγο για να συνοδεύσουμε ένα ποτό που θα πίναμε στο πανέμορφο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι με τη πισίνα κ την απίστευτη θέα στο μυλοποτα. Όμως ένα ηλικιωμένος κύριος δίπλα από το μπαρ όταν ζητήσαμε πάγο από τη κοπέλα εκεί πήρε το λόγο και είπε «δεν έχουμε πάγο». Λίγο λεπτά άλλο άτομο από τη παρέα πήγε κ αγόρασε 2 νεράκια κ ζήτησε 2 ποτήρια με πάγο κ ξαφνικά εμφανίστηκε πάγος. Αν είναι δυνατόν να θέλουμε να απολαύσουμε ένα ποτό στο μπαλκόνι κ χωρίς λόγο κ αιτία κάποιος (πιθανότατα μέλος του ξενοδοχείου) να μας αρνείται κάθετα. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι γιατί αυτή η συμπεριφορά οριακά μας χάλασε τη βραδιά. Να πληρώνεις 500€ τη βραδιά σχεδόν κ να μη σου δίνουν λίγο πάγο.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel! So much thought had gone into décor with quirky touches in our room and nice design touches everywhere. The room was lovely, with a very comfy bed and nicely designed bathroom and seating area. There was a great view of the beach from our room. We enjoyed sitting by the pool drinking amazing cocktails and admiring the views of the sea and surrounding hills. Breakfast was very good, too! It is a short walk to the nearest beach in one direction and the closest town (Chora) in the other. We can recommend the Ios Club for spectacular sunset views and amazing food. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night, but we will definitely be back!

Great pool area with bar. nice lounging areas. Great staff. Rooms were a little small for a triple. However our friend had the last suite with the private pool and it was massive. Recommend booking that for a splurge. Great breakfast and close to the steps down to the beach area. also bus stops out front or 10 euros for taxi to beach.

Lovely hotel right on top of the beach with gorgeous views!! The pool and bar area is so inviting you don’t want to leave. It’s a steep walk down and up to the beach but the bus is such a good option for those who can’t walk. The bar man was so friendly and had the best customer service I’d seen in a long time!!

Breakfast could be a bit better some of the hot food you could tell had been out for a while so was a bit cold.

Our room was very elegant and stylish and yet comfortable. The whole complex, pool area, bar, terraces were extremely well kept and maintained. The view over the bay is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and would always return.

My bathroom flooded into living room and they refused to give us another room, wasted 2 hrs of our evening with tradesman trying to fix it before we could shower. 2nd night happened again and demanded a new room which they made us change twice after that Terrible customer service Managed is the worst I’ve ever seen

Se proprio devo fare un appunto su un qualcosa da migliorare direi il fatto che non viene più servito cibo dalle 17 in poi. Nonostante ciò , il ragazzo del bar ( davvero gentile e simpatico ) si è reso disponibilissimo nel fornirci il numero di un locale che permetteva di ordinare a domicilio.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ίσως το μεγαλύτερο ατού του ξενοδοχείου. Πλούσιο πρωινό, για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο. Επίσης, η διακόσμηση του δωματίου αλλά και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων είναι κάτι που δεν βρίσκεις συχνά σε ξενοδοχεία τριών αστέρων. Μια συνολικά πολύ ποιοτική εμπειρία.

Κάποια ποτά από το μενού δεν ήταν διαθέσιμα για παρασκευή/παραγγελία (πχ Sorbet). Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε μια πιο έντονη χρωματικά επισήμανση στους αναβαθμούς (σκαλοπάτια) που υπάρχουν μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Een fantastische plek. Super gelegen dichtbij Milopotas Beach en Chora centrum (busstop voor de deur). Ik mocht genieten van een upgrade naar een zeer ruim verblijf met privé zwembad. Enorm genoten. Met veel dank aan de professionele en discrete aanpak van medewerkster Blime.

Ένας κύριος ηλικιωμένος που περιφερόταν στο ξενοδοχείο ( μάλλον ο ιδιοκτήτης) πρέπει να γίνει πιο υπομονετικός όταν οι πελάτες μιλάνε με το προσωπικό κ να μην διακόπτει για δικές του ανάγκες - εξυπηρέτηση ,αυτό είναι αγένεια κ ασέβεια προς τους επισκέπτες του Το προσωπικό είναι εκεί προπάντων για να πληροφορεί κ να εξυπηρετεί τους πελάτες 🫶

Ho passato 5 giorni li con mia moglie , siamo rimasti super felici di aver scelto Levantes , albergo pulitissimo e in costante manutenzione , abbiamo goduto davvero di ogni servizio in struttura e il personale compreso il proprietario sono assolutamente incredibili , gentili sorridenti e disponibili per qualunque tipo di evenienza o bisogno . Posizione perfetta da dove puoiraggiungere facilmente tutti i punti di interessi e con una vista dalla piscina che già da sola vale il costo . Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, spero un giorno di poterci tornare

La flexibilité du personnel fait énormément plaisir. Nous sommes arrives trop tôt à notre logement et ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner. Ils nous ont aussi offert une bouteille de vin pétillant car nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces. Le lieu a une vue exceptionnelle et la chambre était très confortable. Je recommande !

C'est un lieu magique avec une vue extraordinaire sur la plage de Mylopotas. Un service de très grande qualité. Nous reviendrons.

The view! The location on the hillside is amazing. Rooms are very clean, generally quiet, and offer a safe, coffee machine and bathroom amenities. Very fluffy towels! We had a balcony, which we enjoyed immensely. Bed had a romantic canopy. Side couch with chair and traditional Greek architecture and decors made this location even more special. Family run—very hard working and looks after even the smallest details. Easy to relax here! We would return! Highly recommend.

Mosquitoes! We realized that we are in a rural location and mosquitoes are very possible, but we were not informed that the container on the desk held important options for mosquito deterrence. Because of this, we spent the whole night swatting away attempts and creating a tent to sleep under, and still ended up with multiple bites in the morning. Only after checking-out were we notified that what was inside this container (we thought it was a decoration and never opened it) or even how to use it because we haven’t ever seen these things before (some disks to place on the table, and one plug in). The usual person who orients new arrivals was unavailable when we checked in and our person (who normally doesn’t take guests to the room) didn’t know to specifically show us this container. We believe the staff is more cognizant of this need now and will insure future guests are properly oriented. Our room, although gorgeous, was not appropriate for people with mobility issues. The trail to/from the beach is not well maintained and a bit challenging, especially if returning after dark.

Im Zimmer ist über der Tür ein Schild (vielleicht als Zeichen für den Notausgang?), auf dem zwei kleine grüne Lampen seeehr hell leuchten, auch nachts - leider sehr störend.

Wonderful stay with breathtaking views The hotel is located on a hillside and offers a stunning view over Milopotas Beach. For us, the location was absolutely perfect – the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. However, we hardly used it because both our private pool and the main pool had such incredible views that we preferred spending our time there. The service was outstanding from start to finish. From the warm welcome at reception to the excellent room service, everything was perfect. What makes this hotel even more special is that it is family-run. The owner personally takes care of the guests and goes above and beyond to fulfill every wish, making you feel truly welcome and valued. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ios. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfekt gelegen mit Blick auf die Bucht. Ende Mai wunderbar ruhig. Die blonde Dame aus Albanien hat unser Zimmer so sauber gereinigt und der nette Herr aus Ägypten an der Bar war immer aufmerksam und effizient, so ein Personal würde man sich in 5 Sterne Hotels oft wünschen. Ein Highlight war für uns der private Pool, mit Liegen und der Möglichkeit sich mittags etwas von der Poolbar bringen zu lassen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce complexe... Belle vue de notre chambre avec un ensoleillement toute la journée avec une très jolie piscine. Pas loin des restaurants et plage !

Ce que j ai moins apprécié c est qu il n y a personne pour porter nos valises jusqu'à la chambre... En plus avec beaucoup d escaliers se serais pas mal d y pensé... Même chose pour repartir... Autrement nickel allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.

Posizione eccezionale, con vista sulla spiaggia di Mylopotas. In spiaggia ci si va a piedi. Essendo in alto il rientro è sicuramente impegnativo ma fattibile. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

1- Il breakfast è “ok”. E’ dove, con pochi accorgimenti, potrebbe ottenere molto di più. Elevare la qualità di alcuni prodotti, usare contenitori per il caldo ermetici (non tutti lo sono) e “non sanno vendere” quello che di buono hanno, come alcuni dolci fatti in casa che rispetto ai soliti mini croissant, mini pan su chocolat e altri prodotti surgelati non hanno paragone. Sapere cosa si mangia (un cartellino) aiuterebbe sopratutto per chi ha intollerenze. Non ho visto un vegan corner o almeno non è segnalato. Il succo di arancia “è finto” non chiedo una spremuta fresca ma una qualità migliore. Sulla macchina che fa cappuccini … che dire..??. 2- due lettini ed un ombrellone in più bordo piscina farebbero comodo (e ci starebbero) Ma sono consigli affettuosi non critiche

A beautiful boutique resort with amazing sea views, stunning swimming pool, incredible breakfast and wonderful staff. Loved the smart tv and air conditioning, spacious bathroom and cute balcony. They even provide pegs for hanging out the washing/wet bathers there. Nice to have the body cream on tap after a day in the sun too. It was a short walk downhill to the beach and if you can’t handle the steep climb back up the hill there’s a bus that stops right out the front of the hotel.

La vétusté de la chambre, manque de lumière surtout dans la salle de bain, le fond de la penderie décollée et rafistolée avec de la colle mais qui ne colle pas, le frigo sans thermostat qui a gelé les boissons, les draps du lit beaucoup trop petits.

In a beautiful location, very clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all friends and family. The beach is a short walk, lots of lovely local restaurants to eat at either by the beach or in the local town.

The location of the accommodation, the room amenities, the excellent breakfast, the exceptionally friendly staff, the view, and the pool area were all outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating — simply top-notch.

Tout était parfait, un superbe établissement, un déjeuner qualitatif, et des équipes adorables et très réactives. Le plus : la piscine qui surplombe la baie avec la vue depuis les chambres aussi qui sont d’ailleurs très comfortables spacieuses et super propres! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

The room was adorable, we liked the interior and the bed that was a bit elevated. The bed was also really comfy! The pool area is exceptional! Pretty views from the whole hotel area, also from the room. It's handy, that the bus stop is right next to the hotel, since it is in the middle of a very steep hill.

The bathroom was a bit smelly, probably ecause of the drain that is in the middle of the floor. The gap between the door and floor is pretty big, so there were ants and other bugs in the room, even tough it was cleaned very frequently.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The private villa with a pool was perfect for our girls trip, we had an amazing time!

The breakfast wasn’t amazing but everything else was perfect!

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen Pool-/Frühstücksbereich. Es gibt einen kurzen aber steilen Fußweg direkt zum Strand, man ist aber auch zu Fuß schnell in der Bergstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nochmal kommen!

Le petit déjeuner était TOP .. l'emplacement superbe, un lieu où je reviendrai si je reviens à IOS. La décoration extérieure est faite avec goût.. BRAVO👏👏.

Since we were the first guests of the season, the staff very kindly upgraded us to a room with private pool and incredible beach view. We were very lucky to have amazing weather and spent our days relaxing in the pool, enjoying the view and walking to the beach and village. Absolutely recommend this place, especially if you plan on visiting in May!

the most magnificent view from the bedroom balcony, dining area and pool area. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant genuinely wanted to hear how your day/trip was going. Breakfast was beautiful typical greek breakfast: eggs, pastries, greek yoghurt, honey and the most delicious homemade cakes. we were spoilt for choice. the snack menu was also very good and i loved my greco spritz. we have been to IOS many times but our first time staying in Levantes and it will not be our last. Excellent hotel and gorgeous people working there.

The only small thing I would recommend is an english speaking news channel on TV.

We decided to stay another night and booked in advance; however, the room we rented (although a little more expensive) seemed worse—even the bed was smaller. Since we had a 2-month-old baby with us, we asked to stay in the original room, if possible, so we wouldn't have to pack all our luggage. Several times, the information was different (we could, we couldn't, they were full—even though the room was available for reservation online). We had to move two floors down, which was quite inconvenient for the baby and the stroller we had to lug up and down the stairs. The room wasn't in good condition, and we were given another room right next door. Although our baby didn't cry once during our stay, we got the impression they wanted to corner us in the hotel. It was quite unpleasant and ruined our experience.

Absolutely amazing hotel, location close to Mylopotas beach and all around stay. Would come back here in a heartbeat!! Great breakfast and the staff were all so lovely.

Not much space for toiletries in bathroom/shower or sink area. Beds were spacious but firm and uncomfortable. No allergen labels at breakfast. No plug in sink.

The design of the interior was a little odd with the bedroom being at the top of the stairs instead of on the main level. This is strictly due to having to navigate stairs at night if I needed to use the restroom. Everything else was amazing.

The property was wonderful with the most fantastic views.
