Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Two friendly chaps on reception, decent breakfast served until 12pm.

It was very clean , bed was very comy, the breakfast was amazing , the staff were very friendly , we defnitly go back
We liked everthing
Lovely hosts, shame booking.com weren’t as obvious about the payment for the property and I had to pay at property even though I thought I had done this already. Nice bedroom and nice breakfast.
Could do with a little TLC as there were a few marks in my room and a slight hole. Nothing to ruin my stay but just for future, updates to the property.

Good location very nice staff
Thought the hotel could do with updating
Nice small hotel with a carpark for the motorbike and a good lively bar .good room free upgrade to double room .good Irish breakfast and a short walk into town .nice staff .
It’s was very welcoming
Not a lot to like. Breakfast didn't start early enough, despite the majority of customers seeming to be tradespersons, like myself. Staff are pleasant in the main but clearly underpaid, undetrained and undervalued by their employers. I feel for them.
Horrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED! The building is very run down. The site is tatty & grimy. Rooms are a 1 star. Mattresses are uncomfortable. The emergency exit outside my room has issues with water ingress. It's obvious the owners do not care about their building, staff, or customers. Events at the hotel nightly often run into the early hours. The walls of the bedrooms are paper thin, don't expect to get to sleep early. Security is very poor, made apparent in a number of ways. Doors use a key to lock, but locks are sticky and difficult to lock properly. It is very easy to think your door is locked only to find that it isn't. The security problems were made very clear to me on the day of my departure. I came down from my room at 7.30am to meet the night guard. He told me my vehicle (parked in the secure carpark) had been broken into. The burgular had been in the carpark for over an hour (despite security and cameras) but no one had spotted him. He was only caught when he tried to break into the hotel games room. My work vehicle was randsacked. The window was smashed and contents upturned all over the inside & outside. My power tools were taken & my camera. My power tools were recovered, but my camera was not (valued at €2000). I spent the morning cleaning and tidying my jeep and filing a report with the police. No one from management was there when the incident happened; they didn't turn up until nearly midday even though the break in was sometime around 3am. No one from management called me or met me to see if I was ok or to offer support help, or compensation. When I phoned the manager told me, "you won't get any compensation from us, vehicles are parked at owners risk", The hotel is responsible for safety and security of guests. I lost half a days work, I cannot park my vehicle anywhere now; it is insecure. I have to rent a van for the week until it can be repaired & valeted.

Location. Bedroom very well resourced
No dinner after 7.30 pm
Staff really good
Shower too hot no cold water
Excellent service, nice staff, clean and good value for money. Breakfast was excellent!
We liked everything Staff was always so welcoming Our room was clean It was close to where we wanted to visit
N/A
Perfect
It's relaxed, doesn't take itself too seriously, great breakfast.
The handle in shower is too easily hit into another temperature it could do with being changed, it's only after you nearly scald yourself you learn to stay away from the handle as best you can while in there.
Staff were friendly
The bed was shocking in need of replacing
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and great location!
The bar area was friendly with well spaced seating
No air con and the fan gave little relief to a room at over 30 degrees. The shower and toilet area was seriously out of date with a weak, fixed shower and no shelf for shampoo etc
Staff were so lovely couldn't do enough for us. Warm and welcoming.
Staff was really nice specialy in evening when we went for dinner.lovely man.
I had good sleep,but not my daughter..her bed wasn,t great..no great matrass.
Location food
Twin room with 3 beds, no room to move, third bed was a disgrace, springs pushing up, old mattress...complaint made to hotel. No acknowledgement received
We received a very friendly welcome and a well cooked breakfast. The hotel was in a great position for us to access the Wicklow mountains and for our onward journey to Kerry.
The hotel fulfilled our requirements.
Localisation
Douche extrêmement petite, forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre, prix excessif pour la qualité de la chambre et de l’hôtel
The staff were absolutely amazing So helpful and friendly Ten out of ten It was close to Main Street, maybe a 10min walk. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Top quality bacon and sausage Coffee was really good too
Our room was quite small and to the back of the building which really noisy during the night and the early morning hours. Birds and incessant dogs barking. Totally out of the hotels control.
Breakfast was fine location ok
The shower pressure
Friendly staff
The breakfast was good. My bed was good , but my friend got an old mattress that was well past use with wire springs protruding through and into her back
The room was small. And the shower was smaller, a small 800mm corner unit that you'd struggle to get in and out of if on a large frame
Nothing
No cold water from shower & minimal from tap, 2 sockets working out of 8, breakfast awful orange juice terrible
Friendly staff and great breakfast
Staff are excellent, very helpful
Nothing, perfect
The staff were very friendly. Mary and Helen made you feel very welcome
I would love the shower to be a bit more powerful but it did not detract from our stay
The owner and the staff were fabulous. I can't fault anything. We were doing the Wicklow 200 cycle, we were leaving at 5am. We were able to have cereal and also they made us tea and toast. We were late back after the cycle and the chef kept us a dinner each because dinner time was over by the time we got back. The bar staff were lovely and had a great atmosphere there. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the Town House Hotel. Definitely stay here again.
Very good
Bed and pillows to firm
Staff and food
Not best location and s little tired, particularly out back.
Location and friendliness of staff
Spotless clean, food was amazing staff was so friendly
I wish I could of stayed longer
1.Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. 2. Very good breakfast (apart from INSTANT coffee and "carton" OJ) and availability after checkout is a great bonus. 3. Secure car park. 4.Good location.
Lock on room door a bit tricky and could probably do with upgrading security wise.
Bedroom floor sticky. Breakfast area not very clean
Very clean room and bedding Hearty breakfast I would stay again
Location of the Town House makes it very easy to use public transport to get there, and to travel into Dublin if needed. It is also very walkable within the town of Naas, close to all the pubs and restaurants, as well as to cafes and the supermarket. The included breakfast was tasty. The staff were more than helpful, even calling a taxi for us upon our departure.
The room itself was fine, but there was little soundproofing, and we were woken up by other guests returning to their rooms late at night, we were also able to hear music from a party/function downstairs, but this stopped at about 10pm. The bathroom was quite disappointing. Firstly, the size of the bathroom, and particularly the shower, was very very small. This was not helped by the fact that there was no built in/permanent shelving in the shower. On top of this, the shower itself was very difficult to use, with no instruction. It was either roasting hot, or freezing, with very precise positioning required to get the right temps. The shower itself being so small meant it was also very easy to accidentally bump the shower controls and mess up the settings, potentially hurting yourself. If you are big, you would need an adaptive bathroom (there is also a step up to the bathroom). Also note, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your luggage up some narrow stairs.
Personal super freundlich.
Viiieel zu teuer ! Standard eher B&B. Alt, abgewetzt. Halbwegs sauber. Keine Ausstattung. Nicht mal ein Tisch im Zimmer.
Location friendly staff
Breakfast area like a pub
Breakfast and parking was great
Nothing really it was perfect for our needs
Awful overpriced food but they are happy to charge top prices . Coffee really bad. Instant but you pay batista prices.
The breakfast was brilliant and had plenty of choices
The staff did all in their power to make us happy with what they offeref. Absolutely do not have to change anything.
The staff were pure class
The warmth of the place. And a welcome feeling I received on arriving
Exceptional customer service

Room should be more clean,,

Very friendly staff
Exterior appearance shabby front and partially the rear of the hotel
-Rooms were clean and warm -Dinner and breakfast were very good -Pints of Guinness in the bar top quality -10 minute drive to Punchestown
-Bed a little bit too hard for me
Nice clean room, good location, helpful staff
Staff were all so friendly, offered to keep our room key at reception for us as we were heading in to town on a night out. Room was clean & cosy, and breakfast next morning was fab with very generous portions.
Nothing! Everything was great for what we needed.
For the price point you simply won't do better. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is great. Great beds and clean rooms, can't ask for more.
Nothing
Room. Atmosphere. Staff. Carpark.. Location All excellent
The location is lovely. The breakfast is outstanding 👌 I can honestly say its the best breakfast we have ever had, and we are not young 😋 so happy we found this hotel.

Location and staff excellent, very tidy. Very near town centre would be perfect if attending local race courses.
