The room was in a very poor condition, even a motel would have been better to the extend that I had to leave on the arrival time

Cleanliness needs to be attended to Limited choices for breakfast
I loved how tidy, spaceous and clean the room was. I liked the cooperation of all staff from the reception to the cleaning staff.
the windows were not with double glass and the traffic was a little too loud.
Clean property, spacious room,
far swimming pool & gym from the room, Less variety in breakfast noise from cars on the road. Old building,
They was a guy that was in the pool 🏊 he was not a nice person
Please allow people who are not able to speak your language be welcomed in any situation
The location in Cairo is convenient. The staff are nice and helpful.
Very noisy rooms with a night cafe event by the pool just out of the room. Even the room on the top floor that we moved to upon request is getting all the noise from the streets.

I should pay only 1500 Egyptian Pound and this what was offered on booking. They asked me to pay 1950 Egyptian Pound. They asked me to pay 30% more with something that is called exchange rate. Although I am Egyptian and according to the Egyptian law I must pay in the local currency. I am really shocked and I don't recommend this hotel.
Worst experience ever , this is not a hotel it’s very noisy and in clean place

This is not a hotel and no way on earth it would be 4 stars. it is more like training facility. Swimming lessons for kids all day from 8.30 am to 11.00 pm kids and trainers are screaming , and the rooms are right by the pool.parents gathering laughing and shouting very loud. Kids playing at 3.00 am, workers dragging chairs after 1.00 am it was a terrible stay , cigarettes smell in the room and basically everywhere else. Shower has no pressure and sprays water out of shower cabinet because it is facing the door. I have been in over 60 or 70 hotels around the world and by far this is the worst stay. Only good thing about it is the staff but how would that help if you cannot sleep or rest day or night. I really regret not checking out after the 1st night cause i thought it might be just a one day thing but it continued for my 3 nights stay there.
I wonder how is this 4 stars water went off in the morning My friends drove me in and out they were not welcome and kept being told to stay away
I like it a lot … It is worthy
