BEE GREEN Linz Self-Check-in-Hotel

Trying to find something positive to say, I can report that the room was clean, the elevator was functioning, and some members of the current staff (appearing only remotely, never in person) are agreeably helpful. The hotel manager, however, is just the opposite, an unpleasant and disagreeable “a”-word (a 3 letter word beginning with “a”), who has no clue about good guest/customer relations. The check-yourself-in system does not become fully available until the moment that check-in is allowed (3 pm) at which time I found myself standing on the terrace outside the hotel entrance on an extremely hot day in the blazing sun which was shining on the screensaver of my phone and of an interactive screen on the hotel wall, such that both screens were impossible to read. After standing there for about ten minutes and struggling in vain to read the screens, some other hotel guest, while departing from the hotel, enabled me to enter. I guess despite the aggravation I was comparatively lucky, as the weather might instead have involved pouring rain. The hotel should clearly be providing some overhead coverage like an awning. Advancing to the room, I was shocked to see how small was what the hotel classed as a standard double room. Apart from the bed, the room contained just one narrow table, which was anchored to the wall, and one very basic chair with no arms, and the floor space of the room was very minimal. The hotel considers the room to be a double, but I was alone and do not see how the room could possibly accommodate comfortably a couple. Lastly, there was a problem with the plumbing

If I had my phone with flat battery would have been impossible to get in.

Very clean and everything in the room was new and modern. Not a vedy big room, but a big bed, confortable and clean. More than enough for a hotel room.

Zimmer klein, zu modern, Lichtschalter schwierig, Jalousien lichtdurchlässig und nicht exakt steuerbar. Dekrnlicht Led leuchten noch 2 Stunden nach dem ausschalten. Klima anlage ist nicht vernünftig regelbar. Intimsphäre existiert nicht in der Glastoilette.

Wir konnten anfangs nicht in die Zimmer, weil der „Self Check in“ im Eingangbereich nicht funktionierte

A very good choice for an overnight stay while passing through Linz. The hotel is easy to access, convenient and offers very good value for money. The room was comfortable and the bedding was particularly good, which made for a restful night after a long day of travelling. Everything was straightforward and practical, making it an ideal place for a short stopover. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced hotel exactly what we needed for a night in transit. We would happily stay here again.

Das Hotel war mega Toll.

Wenn man weiß wie das mit dem Checkin funktioniert war es echt einfach.... Tolle recht große Zimmer, Sauberkeit top, Frühstück für den Preis ok. Dafür BIO

ein paar Tage nach Buchung, erhielt ich Whatsapps von Betrügern, mit Details aus der Buchung (Datum,Name, Zimmer...). Einer Bitte um aufklärung wurde nie nachgekommen... aber das ist hier erstmal nebensächlich. EInfachere Kommunikation, obwohl ich schon eingecheckt hatte erhielt ich noch Mails mit Bitte um einzuchecken. Von vornherein klarere Infos wie das funktioniert mit Türen öffnen etc. man wusste nur dass es irgendwie funktioniert aber nie wie. Recht wenige Parkplätze, dafür Kostenlose Parkplätze bis 11 Uhr an der Straße (Ab 8 Uhr, 3h kostenlos).

De locatie was uitstekend voor mij

De inchecktablet moest bij aankomst opnieuw opgestart worden omdat die vastliep. Daarna was het geen probleem meer.

Prostě tady vás nutí mít tel.pořád u sebe 😑 aspoň že na té snídani je člověk 🤭 plno lidí se neumělo zaregistrovat co jsem koukala u vchodu. Bylo to docela flustrujici, ale beru to jako novou zkušenost.

Die Matratzen waren nicht gut. Sie waren extrem durchgelegen und die Kissen da waren nur Knubbel drin.

Katastrophale Parkplatzsituation Es wird bei der Buchung gesagt, dass Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden sind, aber nicht reserviert werden können. Was sie dir nicht mitteilen ist, dass es dort bei Weitem nicht genug gibt. Nach der Buchungsbestätigung kommt dann eine Nachricht, in der steht, dass man alternativ gegenüber im Parkhaus des Krankenhauses kostenpflichtig parken kann. Darauf musste ich bei Ankunft leider Gottes zurückgreifen und feststellen, dass man dort pro angefangene halbe Stunde 1€ bezahlt (Tageshöchstsatz 30€). Über Nacht bin ich also on top nochmal 20€ losgeworden. So läuft's nicht! Das hätte mich auf jeden Fall davon abgehalten dieses Hotel zu nehmen, also danke für nichts. Nebenbei ist noch Schimmel in der Dusche. Wände sind auch dreckig.

Tolles Hotel; Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und bequem; funktional aber trotzdem nett eingerichtet. Mit Auto angenehmn erreichbar; Supermerakt direkt nebenan ist auch sehr praktisch

wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht, es wurden uns dann aber nur 2 Zimmer freigeschaltet; haben dann bei der Kontaktnummer angerufen und das Problem wurde innerhalb weniger Sekunden behoben; also auch das "negative" war schlußendlich überhaupt kein Problem

Getting in was a bit of an issue, but got there after 5 mins or so. Wife didn't like the set-up with the toilet being just behind glass.

Super netjes en schoon. Het inchecken ging makkelijk. Het is wel aan te raden om de gegevens al vooraf via je mobiel in te vullen, dit maakt het een stuk makkelijker. De kamers zijn praktisch en perfect voor als je op doorreis bent. Linz zelf is een mooi stadje. Wij zouden het vooral aanraden om de Pöstlingberg op te zoeken, erg leuk!

Funktionales Zimmer, Sehr gutes Frühstück

Eine schöne Ausstattung, es war alles vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Check in hat auch super funktioniert.

Es war etwas knapp mit dem Parkplätzen, wir hatten zum Glück noch einen abbekommen.

Im Raum direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum ist es leider ab der Frühstückszeit laut.

Lokalita je na kraji centra města. Moderní a nový hotel. Na jedno přespání vyhovuje. Snídaně velmi průměrná. Snad jen to, že bylo hodně věcí BIO. Žádný losos ani prosecco.

Záchod a sprcha přímo za skleněnou tenkou deskou v ložnici, čili žádné soukromí na toaletě. Umyvadlo dokonce přímo v ložnici. Ten kdo stojí u umyvadla má hned před sebou postel. Elektrické žaluzie se neotevírají sami, ale musíte držet tlačítko, které je ještě rozbité.

Ladesäulen für E Fahrzeuge auf Grund der geringen Anzahl von Parkplätzen belegt. E Ladesäulen nicht gekennzeichnet zur Nutzung durch E Fahrzeuge. WC Bereich ist nicht wirklich vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Bei der 1. Reise von frisch Verliebten offenbart sich einiges(Zwinker- Emoji)

Sehr moderne, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Wir waren jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder sehr zufrieden.

Ich finde das Frühstück für 16 € pro Person schon ziemlich teuer. Zwei Dinge sind mir dabei besonders aufgefallen: Zum einen gab es keine Rühreier und zum anderen keinen Orangensaft. Ansonsten war alles top und wirklich sehr gut. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir allerdings etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

It was great

The room was nicely equipped and had everything we needed, although some of the furniture and facilities were already showing signs of wear. Check-in was easy and completely hassle-free. We didn't meet any staff during our stay, as everything was handled without personal contact. Parking was a bit challenging, but luckily we managed to find a spot nearby. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay for a short visit.

The waste bin in the room was very small and inadequate. Considering that the hotel places a strong emphasis on sustainability, it was disappointing that the tap was constantly dripping throughout our stay. It could be stopped only by turning the tap into a very specific position. Another issue was the ventilation system, which made a constant humming noise throughout the night and could not be switched off. This made it difficult to sleep.

What I liked was the location. It is in a quiet area, which makes it a great place to relax, while still being close enough to the city center.

There was one major issue that was extremely disappointing: the parking situation. Before booking the hotel, I specifically asked about parking and whether it was free. This was very important to us because we were traveling from Switzerland and needed a parking space at the hotel. I was told that parking was free, and this information was one of the factors that influenced our decision to book. What I was not told was that the hotel has only a very small number of parking spaces, that parking is limited, and that a space cannot be reserved or guaranteed. This is important information that should be clearly communicated to guests, especially when they specifically ask about parking before making a booking. Before our arrival, I also completed the online check-in and was asked to provide our license plate number. This gave me the impression that the hotel was expecting us to use the parking facilities. However, when we arrived, there was no parking space available because everything was full. We therefore had to park in a parking garage across from the hotel and pay €24 from 10:00 p.m. until 10:30 a.m. This was particularly frustrating because, had I known in advance that parking was limited and could not be reserved, I would have chosen another hotel where parking was included. In my opinion, it is not enough to simply tell a potential guest that “parking is free” when the reality is that there are only a few spaces and availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests should be given the full information upfront, especially when they specifically ask about parking before booking. Had I received that information, I honestly would not have booked this hotel. We have stayed at many other hotels in Linz where parking was included, and compared with those experiences, this was a major disappointment. Overall, while the location is good and the room was clean, I do not feel that this hotel offers good value for the money compared with other hotels in the same price range.

Supereinfache Bedienung des Check-ins. Perfekt sauber, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ruhige Lage mit einem Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt darunter ( im Foyer gibt es auch einen Raum mit Snack- und Getränkeautomaten)

Vertinu blogu balu dėl to, kad vietoj dviejų užsakytų kambarių gavome tik vieną. Atvykus naktį norėjosi patogios nakvynės, o teko skambinti ir aiškintis situaciją. Ir tai nėra atsitiktinė klaida, nes vėliau perskaičiau ne vieną problemą su check-inn. Taigi vieta super eko friendly, bet savo klientų laiko netaupo.

La chambre est très spacieuse, très propre. Très pratique d'avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre et un Spar à 10 mètres. Petit-déjeuner très varié. Hôtel particulièrement calme. Personnel à l'écoute : nous avions un train très tôt et nous avons eu un petit-déjeuner à emporter, c'était parfait !

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et lors du self check-in, une seule chambre possible. Nous avons dû contacter via booking pour débloquer la 2e chambre. Presqu’une heure avant d’avoir accès à la 2e chambre.

The stay was good, hotel is fully automated, from check-in to everything. Lights, and all as well so they are good in power saving as well.

We miss the humans here, staff is very less, we had to go on call everytime to ask, but this is not something negative, this is my personal feeling.

Die Email zum Check direkt am Hotel verwirrt etwas, das sollte besser erklärt werden, da man denkt, man muss 2x einen Check in ausfüllen, auch das scannen des QR Codes ist sehr aufwendig, man muss sehr jonglieren um den Code richtig ins Bild zu bringen

Sehr schönes Hotel modern und klimatisiert. Raffinierte Zimmereinrichtung und sehr gutes Frühstück mit hochwertigen Bioprodukten. Von unserem Zimmer aus sehr schöner Blick auf Bäume, trotzdem zentral gelegen. Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude.

Hatten leichte Schwierigkeiten beim Online-Check in, konnte aber telefonisch durch sehr netten Mitarbeiter geklärt werden. Einziges Manko bei der Zimmereinrichtung war für uns die verglaste Toilette, da wünscht man sich irgendwie mehr Privatsphäre.

Čisté, útulné ubytování. Okolí ubytování je v příjemné lokalitě, hned pod ním se nachází Spar. Do centra pěšky cca 30 minut.

Věděli jsme to již dopředu, ale prosklená koupelna i záchod. Vše je slyšet. Umyvadlo součástí pokoje. Ale bylo to vše čisté. Chyběla nám varná konvice.

Es sistema de acceso horrible, nos juntamos 5 personas en la puerta con los mismos problemas para hacer el check in. Ésto me sucedió manejando bien el teléfono y las nuevas tecnologías, no me quiero imaginar a alguien que no.
