We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant and the access to the spa were definitely the highlights of our stay.

Just a few small things that could have made our experience even better. There is no reception service before 15:00. We arrived around 14:30, so unfortunately we had to wait outside the hotel until reception opened. Our rooms were on the first floor, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from the kitchen as well as from some guests in the restaurant, which was not ideal. We really enjoyed the restaurant and wanted to return for dinner on our second night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that reservations were required, as we would have been happy to book a table ahead of time.

Der Eintritt ins Bad ist für Hotelgäste 7132 am Morgen ab 7:00h möglich. Wir sind extra früh aufgestanden und waren um 7:00h dort. Nur um herauszufinden, dass Glennergäste zwar wie 7132 Hotelgäste die Therme nicht reservieren müssen, aber trotzdem nicht früher ins Bad dürfen. Es wäre vielleicht gut, dies zu ändern oder klarer zu kommunizieren.

Ich hatte ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Terrasse, das Frühstück wurde serviert - kein Buffett, es gibt Birchermüsli, Wurst- Schinkenteller, ein Ei und Brotkorb mit Marmeladen. Alles von bester Qualität, was ich mal eine angenehme Abwechslung fand. Dadurch, dass der Preis für den Besuch des Thermalbades und Architektenmekkas im Zimmerpreis enthalten war, ging Preis- Leistung für mich völlig in Ordnung.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Kann lediglich nicht nachvollziehen, warum das Hotel von Montag Vormittag bis Mittwoch Nachmittag geschlossen ist und man erst ab 15:00 mittwochs jemanden antrifft.

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Ambiente. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Dinner was rather warmed up did not taste fresh. Breakfast provided on a plate, as we do not eat that much meat and cheese it results in food waste.

Zimmer im dritten Stock, kein Lift, keine Unterstützung durch Personal. Kleines Restaurant, nur Abends. Tagsüber keine Möglichkeit auch nur ein Getränk zu bekommen. Keine freie Auswahl beim Frühstück; alles nach Schema F. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keinesfalls, weder fürs Hotel noch fürs Essen. Personal nicht unbedingt freundlich oder zuvorkommend.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Gemütliches Zimmer, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Eintritt in die Thermen inbegriffen in der Übernachtung. Sehr feines hauseigenes Restaurant mit lokalen Spezialitäten

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist hell und modern. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Oster-Frühstück wurde fix-fertig serviert und es gab auch die Möglichkeit, etwas nachzubestellen.

Die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung. Das hatte zur Folge, dass sogar der Wohnbereich nach dem Duschen nass war. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift. Wenn man also müde von einem anstrengenden Tag ist und noch in den 3. Stock muss, ist dies vielleicht nicht geeignet für eine unsportliche Person.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!

Be aware that the hotel is closed from 12:00 to 15:00, so if you arrive with luggage, you should be mindful of that!

The staff were all very kind. The morning breakfast was amazing! The restaurant area in which we were served was so cozy. It was so nice that the hotel included entry into the amazing Thermae Vals. I love that the 7132 brand connects multiple businesses.

As a family traveling with lots of luggage and ski gear, I wish we had a little warning that the hotel was closed in the middle of the day. However, thankfully, we were able to get in and find a place to store our stuff. Staff was very kind to accommodate us.

Das Personal ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich höflich, aufgeschlossen und gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel total gemütlich! Das Frühstück ist so lecker, vielseitig und nahrhaft, dass ich nur 2x am Tag essen "musste".

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Dusche ist nicht gut für Lockenköpfe geeignet, da man die Haare kaum kopfüber in die Dusche halten kann.

Ruhige Lage

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Ich kann die Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen, da kann etwas nicht stimmen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, ist eine Frechheit. Das Hotel entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, der Teppich im Zimmer ist sehr, alt und sah sehr unhygienisch und abgenutzt aus. Der Balkon ist nicht zu gebrauchen und die Balkontür war undicht. Für diesen Preis, ein absolutes NO-GO! Viel Geld für nichts. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

wir kommen schon lange immer wieder ins " Glenner" und sind anhaltend glücklich über die tolle Unterkunft- das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, vor allem die Dame, die uns stets morgen mit einem wundervollen Frühstück verwöhnt und äusserst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend ist. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich von ihrer Lage und Größe, und grundsätzlich gleich schön ausgestattet, wobei eine gewisse zeitliche Abnutzung unübersehbar wird. Die Kombination mit dem Thermeneintritt ist aber genial und trägt den Glenner hervor

The room was big and well equipped. The restaurant has plenty of food options. I personally had the burger, quite standard but big and tasty, they didn’t ask me for tue cooking temperature perhaps that could be a plus for the restaurant to improve. Overall excellent, cosy, with a Christmas vibe.

Lo que más nos gustó fue, sin duda, el personal del hotel así como el restaurante (incluyendo el desayuno). Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy profesional y amable. El desayuno, maravilloso, con unos panes caseros deliciosos.

Echamos en falta haber tenido algún espacio en el hotel para estar tranquilos, leer o simplemente charlas un rato. Por otro lado, para el precio del hotel, echamos en falta un poco más de confort.

Möglichkeit, sowohl am An- wie am Abreisetag in die Therme zu gehen (am Abreisetag Eintrittsslot nur zwischen 11 und 12h). Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Abendessen (klassisch aber gut zubereitet), gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück mit leckeren Produkten, wenn auch ohne Buffet. Wir hatten ein ruhiges und eher grosses Zimmer. Gute Lage mitten im Dorf.

Das alte Gebäude hat maximal Scharm, Flair und Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, kompetent, serviceorientiert und somit dem Gast vollkommen zugewandt, so dass es unstrittig ist, dass hier noch der Gast persönlich wahrgenommen wird und im Mittelpunkt des Hotel Alltag steht!!! Das Frühstück ist nicht nur lecker, reichhaltig und qualitativ gut, sondern wird individuell liebevoll hergerichtet und mit hohem Selbstanspruch zum Detail serviert. Durch die geschickt gewählte Zimmereinrichtung verbinden sich Klassik und Moderne fabelhaft, technisch ist alles,auf dem modernsten Stand, also ist eine Wohlfühl-Garantie durchaus gegeben!!! Das Ambiente im der Therme ist nicht zu toppen!!!!

Nichts!!!!! Es ist lediglich bekannt, dass dieses Hotel bauseits nicht anders möglich über keinen Aufzug verfügen kann und somit sich nicht barrierefrei darstellt.....

Superbe hôtel dans un chalet à 10min à pied des termes. Chambre familiale très agréable, petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Environnement magnifique. Entrée aux termes (vraiment magnifiques) comprise dans le prix de la chambre. Un vrai coin de paradis.

Classic. Luxury. Cozy. Beautiful building in delicate surroundings. 5-Stars service with free entrance to Thermal bath. Would love to visit again.

Charming building in the middle of town. The staff are very nice. Breakfast and dinner are good quality.

Cheap decor, outdated bathrooms, no ski room. And while you have access to the 7132 Therme (baths) facilities incuded in the price, I didn’t realise that the Therme building ia a 10 minute walk and you only have access at certain restriced hours.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, cozy room with comfy beds, good shower, tasty breakfast. Our purpose of coming to Vals was visiting Therme designed by Peter Zumthor and it was great to have a free access to it while staying at the property. We enjoyed the cozy and relaxing vibe of the property and it's combination of a traditional chalet with modern furnishings in the room. Also we had an amazing cheese fondue in the property restaurant for dinner - the best fondue we ever had. We didn't have a chance to discover the surroundings properly due to lack of time, but Vals looks like a cute and less touristic area.

We spent there only one night. I wish we planned a longer stay...

The staff were super friendly and took care of every detail. If you like excellent client service you should visit this hotel or any other of the hotels which belong to 7132.

Breakfast is delicious, team is super attentive, room is very comfortable. Easy to go to the ski area and also walk to the thermal bath (we stayed there because it was smaller and accepted small children but also included the therme)
