La piscina espectacular

La cama era incómoda y las almohadas muy blandas.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, direct bij aankomst. Onze kamer was al klaar toen we om 11u sochtends arriveerden. De kamer werd elke dag ontzettend goed schoongemaakt en opgeruimd. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend uitgebreid en vers gemaakt. Bij de poolbar kon je de hele dag drankjes en eten bestellen. De locatie is top, op ongeveer 15 minuutjes lopen vanaf Ornos beach en 1 minuut lopen van de busstop. Wij hebben een super week gehad!

Er kwam soms een rioollucht naar boven in de badkamer na het douchen of gebruiken van de wasbak/wc.

Nel bagno, non finestrato ma areato, non era presente il bidet.

Un immense merci à Korina et à la Directrice pour leur incroyable gentillesse ! Tout était réuni pour un séjour inoubliable : une suite d'une propreté exemplaire et très confortable, un bon petit-déjeuner et une piscine agréable. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de service sans faille (navette aéroport, conseils de visites au petit soin, location de voiture via leur partenaire très pratique). Une adresse coup de cœur que je recommande sans hésiter !

Mykonos Cactus está excelentemente ubicado. Para nosotros, Ornos fue una de las mejores zonas donde alojarse en Mykonos: se siente como un verdadero oasis de tranquilidad dentro de una isla que puede llegar a ser bastante caótica y concurrida. Las instalaciones son preciosas y están muy bien cuidadas. Puedes relajarte en la piscina y disfrutar del bar que está justo al lado, creando un ambiente perfecto para descansar después de recorrer la isla. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Otro punto sobresaliente es el desayuno. Cada día se nota el esfuerzo por ofrecer cosas diferentes, con productos locales y preparaciones realmente deliciosas. No se siente como el típico desayuno repetitivo de hotel y fue algo que disfrutamos muchísimo durante nuestra estadía. También valoramos mucho detalles como disponer de toallas tanto para la piscina como para llevar a la playa. Y algo muy importante si recorres Mykonos en auto: el hotel cuenta con un parking muy cómodo, algo que en esta isla se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda volveríamos a Mykonos Cactus. Fue el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de Mykonos y al mismo tiempo tener un espacio tranquilo donde descansar.

Sinceramente, nada importante que destacar. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente.

Location, friendliness size of room and facilities were all very good

Établissement tout à fait convenable pour les deux nuits que nous y avons passées. Le gros avantage de cet établissement sont les transferts gratuits entre l’hôtel, l’aéroport et le port de Mykonos. Le chauffeur était très professionnel, ponctuel et chaleureux.

Il y avait une forte odeur d’égouts dans la salle de douche de l’une des deux chambres, assez désagréable, surtout avec les parfums de synthèse utilisés pour la masquer. Le petit déjeuner était assez basique et il manquait de tables et d’espace. Enfin, nous avons été déçus par l’attitude de la gérante lorsque notre bateau a eu quelques heures de retard. Elle nous a conseillé de partir deux heures à l’avance pour le port, ce qui nous a fait attendre très longtemps sur place. Un peu plus de compréhension aurait été appréciée.

The whole team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Argi the manger and Carolina for their kindness, warmth, and exceptional service. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Mykonos! ❤️🇬🇷

The mini bar was not stocked. There was just water. The bar closes early so no room service. No kettle in the rooms so can’t have tea at night.

Very clean, nice facilities, lovely staff. Walking distance to Ornos and the bus into Mykonos Town is 50m from the hotel.

The road next to the hotel is very busy, but so are the other roads in the area.

We loved our stay. Everything was so well thought out and the attention to detail was excellent. The room had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly, the pool was great, and breakfast had a wide variety with something different every day.

A szállás remek környezetben helyezkedik el, hatalmas medencével amit csak a hotel vendégei használhatnak. A szoba mérete nagyobb mint a megszokott, tiszta, kényelmes. A reggeli fantasztikus volt, minden nap változatos. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

A hotelt elérni autóval vagy taxival a legjobb, legegyszerűbb. Pár száz méterre van busz megálló, a busz kicsit hektikusan jár és az út szélén kell odagyalogoni, ami az autók miatt nem a legjobb.

Alles! Das Konzept passt einfach und es wird gelebt! Highly Recommend!

Toto bolo jednoducho dokonalé ubytovanie! Dokonalé raňajky, káva, personál bol extrémne pozorný a priateľský. Hotel sa nachádza vo skvelej lokalite- blízko je autobusová zastávka a pláž, čo je úplne super, taktiež potraviny. Dúfam, že sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime, lebo to bol dokonalý zážitok. Veľká vďaka patrí celému personálu, ktorý spravil náš pobyt nezabudnuteľným.

Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal von der Managerin des Hotels (danke noch einmal für die Schwimmnudeln für unseren Sohn!) über die Rezeption und die Reinigungskräfte. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, die Fenster isolieren den Lärm der Straße vor dem Hotel sehr gut und der Pool war ein Traum. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war klein aber gut und der Espresso sehr trinkbar. Dank der guten Lage des Hotels ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und in 10min ist man zu Fuß bei vielen Lokalen, Bäckereien und einem Supermarkt. Eine Busstation ist auch in der Nähe.

Die Essensauswahl an der Poolbar abseits des Frühstücks ist minimalistisch und passt nicht ins Gesamtbild des Hotels (mäßige Tiefkühlpizza, trockener Club Sandwich, etc.).

We booked super last minute on the ferry to Mykonos and upon arrival the room was already ready! Honestly amazing service, they also offered us a free transfer to the airport - something other luxury resorts we stayed at in Mykonos didn’t offer without charge. Loved the pool, short walk to amazing beaches and the bus to Mykonos town stops in front of the hotel.

Honestly nothing, great value for money!

It is a beautiful property, with luxurious and spacious rooms. The pool area is very calm and relaxing, with good lounge music during the day. Pool bar offers drinks and also light meals at a reasonable price for Mykonos. During breakfast the friendly barista prepares anything from the coffee menu without charge, it was great to start the morning with an Iced Latte.

The hotel has so much potential, but it fails on simple and cheap things. The tap water is not potable, but complimentary bottled water is only provided once, then you have to buy. Breakfast food was below expectation. Communication also had failures, found out during check out I could have been picked up at the port when I arrived to Mykonos. The complimentary shuttle doesn't opperate during the night, so I had to pay my airport taxi.

Lovely pool with plenty of beds, never too busy. Comfortable spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfasts okay. Complimentary service to airport or port is amazing. Also local bus will drop you right outside the hotel if you ask, which the bus stop is only couple minutes down the road.

The local beach (ornos) is not usable unless you are willing to pay 50 euro plus for beds which I didn’t know and there is no space to put down a towel.

Localização perfeita, muito perto da praia de Ornos. Tem uma paragem de autocarro também mesmo ao lado. Os quartos são muito bonitos, acolhedores e limpos. O pequeno almoço muito bom. Tem transfer incluído para o aeroporto. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos. Adoramos!

Everything was excellent! From the location to the staff, to the room itself and to the pool, everything was amazing and exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon, I would highly recommend this lovely place. And it was in walking distance from the beach, bus, restaurants, which was a big plus!

Очень хорошее отношение персонала гостиницы,их хозяев. Идеально чисто, уборка каждый день, номер буквально сверкал и пах. Выполняли буквально любую просьбу. Была проблема с трансфером от другой компании, так дочь хозяйки, Корин, решила проблему, взяв на себя нашу поездку обратно в аэропорт. Отзывчивый персонал также и в баре, люди явно знают и любят свою работу. Бассейн идеально чистый. Вообще - все идеально чисто. Автобусная остановка вблизи гостиницы, добираться до города несложно. С удовольствием приехали бы еще в гостиницу «Cactus» и ее радушным хозяевам.

Un hotel excepțional, cu personal foarte prietenos, gata să te ajute cu orice solicitare ai. Deși am ajuns devreme, a fost posibilă preluarea camerei încă de dimineață, mic dejun bun, piscină și șezlonguri bune, foarte aproape de Ornos Beach. Îți oferă servicii suplimentare de închiriat mașină, transfer de la/către aeroport (gratuit pe timpul zilei).

The AC in the room was not working well

This property was everything that the photos showed and more! It was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing and in particular karina who was the face of the hotel for much of our stay along with the other staff who made us feel welcomed. The location was so good, it wasn’t too far out of the town but not too close, I would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the breakfast selection, they didn’t offer many vegetarian options or and array of things. That being said the quality was great but there could have been a little more.

Beautiful hotel, very kind and helpful staff, exceptional clean. Always free sun loungers by the pool. Good location near Ornos beach, with restaurants in walking distance and the bus stops outside the door to Mykonos town (10mins). Reception staff recommended good restaurants, organised transfer to the airport and even have me a free wine by the pool on the last day👍

Very windy at the pool, but who can control the weather 🤔 Also my daughter (13) got into the pool and said to me I think we are staying at love island … all the girls are too busy taking selfies by the pool to actually swim and get their hair wet 😂😂😂 it is a picture perfect location.

Φτάσαμε νωρίς στο ξενοδοχείο και μας επέτρεψαν να κάνουμε check-in πριν από την προκαθορισμένη ώρα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ξεχωρίζει για την άψογη καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους. Η πισίνα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη, σύγχρονα σχεδιασμένη και πολύ προσεγμένη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, καθαρό και άνετο, με πολύ καλό κρεβάτι και ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

Το μόνο μικρό αρνητικό ήταν ότι το κλιματιστικό χρειαζόταν λίγο περισσότερο χρόνο για να δροσίσει πλήρως το δωμάτιο.

Les chambres spacieuses, très propres et très agréables. Le petit déjeuner très varié, beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le service très attentionné, le transfert gratuit était vraiment un plus. Et l’espace piscine très agréable, grande piscine et très bel endroit.

Un tout petit peu excentré des points d’intérêt, mais très pratique avec le bus.

Sehr tolles und komfortables Hotel. Mega nettes Personal und mehr als sauber. Auch mit wie viel Bedacht die Hausdamen die Betten machten und immer für Getränke sorgten. Was Mykonos so teuer machte und überall die Touristen zur Kassen bitten, machte dieses Hotel alles wet. Der Aufenthalt hat uns mehr als positiv überrascht. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als gehoben. Übrigens sind alle vom Personal sehr freundliches die Chefin macht es vor. Der Pool lädt zum chillen ein. Waren Mega begeistert.

Hier gibt aber auch gar nichts zu meckern!

Struttura carinissima con piscina con idromassaggio e bar dove poter fare colazione all'aperto, la stanza enorme con un letto gigante e super comodo, la ragazza della reception super carina ci ha accolto e spiegato cosa andare a vedere. Ottima posizione si arriva ad ornos centro in 7 min a piedi, 10 min dall'aeroporto

Il caffè a colazione ce l’hanno fatto pagare 4€ l’uno. La camera aveva 3 piccole finestre da 30cmx30cm e in bagno uguale, sembrava un magazzino.

L’amabilité du personnel, leur disponibilité, le petit déjeuner très simple mais efficace et le calme absolu de cet hôtel. Le service de navette gratuite est aussi excellent et efficace.

Experience exceptionnelle au Cactus Mykonos. La chambre était très grande, jolie et decorée avec goût. On avait une terrasse immense avec jacuzzi chauffé. La piscine de l'hôtel était superbe mais encore froide au mois de mai. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Mention spéciale pour la manager de l'hôtel qui nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses de restaurants, des plages et des lieux à visiter sur l'île.

I loved all the staff. They were particularly exceptional: Friendly and helpful. Nice location and not too busy. A really nice spot to retire to after All the partying in Town. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours agréable. L’équipe d’entretien fait un travail nickel, les chambres sont impeccables et très bien entretenues. Les chambres sont également grandes et confortables. L’environnement est très joli et bien aménagé, avec de magnifiques cactus qui donnent beaucoup de charme à l’endroit.

Le seul point négatif concerne le café, que j’ai trouvé assez cher, surtout qu’il y a un excellent barista à seulement 5 minutes à pied où le café est deux fois moins cher et vraiment très bon. Malgré cela, l’expérience reste très positive et je recommande l’établissement.

Everything! The team was amazing—so kind, warm and genuinely caring. Marsella and the other receptionist were incredibly thoughtful and always checked if we needed anything. The ladies at breakfast welcomed us with a smile every morning. One moment we’ll never forget: after a long day out, they immediately let us know our delayed luggage had arrived. That kind of attention really touched us. The room was super comfortable, breakfast was great, and the whole vibe was calm and cozy. One of our favorite hotel experiences ever!

Sehr sauberes gutes Hotel ! Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!! Chillige Musik am Pool ,wo auch die Getränke serviert werden . Die Lage des Hotel ist gut da in unmittelbarer Nähe auch die Bushaltestelle liegt um in die Stadt zu fahren .
