L’emplacement est vraiment idéale pour pourvoir se déplacer et visiter les villages du lac de Côme. La vue est magnifique. L’ambiance du petit village est vraiment très agréable.

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien situé au cœur du petit village pittoresque de Torno, directement en bordure du lac de Côme. L’accueil est formidable et le personnel particulièrement attentionné et très professionnel .L’établissement dispose également d’un parking privé couvert, situé juste à côté de l’hôtel ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture en toute sécurité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien agencées, modernes et d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie est également très confortable, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une jolie salle intimiste, avec la possibilité de s’installer en terrasse et de profiter d’une magnifique vue sur le lac. Quoi de mieux pour bien commencer la journée ! Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et nous avons été ravis de la qualité des plats, très bien cuisinés et savoureux. Le service est là encore aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter séjourner une nouvelle fois dans votre très bel établissement.

Our room was big and we had a very nice view from the room

The breakfast was awful. No good restaurants near the hotel. And the elevator was very slow. Before telling people to use it, consider asking them whether they are claustrophobic.

Perfect location right in the heart of Torno which is quaint, beautiful and not too crowded. Attached restaurant was absolutely top quality for views and food. The sommelier was incredible. Loved the hotel and would return.

There are no facilities such as gym etc but space is at a premium in lake Como so that’s ok.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The little village of Torno was so sweet and picturesque. The room was very spacious with a private terrace under cover but also with direct access to a communal terrace with sun loungers. Hotel is modern and clean. We dined at the hotel restaurant and their sister hotel restaurant and both were amazing. There is also a third very cheap but good restaurant in Torno (but that is all, no shop etc!).

We stayed for 5 nights so it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re only staying for a short period and want to explore other villages, be aware that ferry’s don’t run too often and take 2 hours to reach Varenna/Bellagio. We loved that Torno was quieter and less touristy than the busy parts of the lake.

Petit déjeuner fabuleux, emplacement idyllique, équipe aux petits soins.....rien que la place devant l'hôtel est un vrai décor de film italien ! Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses, propres et calmes. Le restaurant n'est pas forcément "bon marché" mais vraiment de qualité avec des produits locaux extrêmement bien travaillés. Une expérience suspendue dans le temps.

Great location with great restaurants within easy reach. Being right on the water gave spectacular views but also felt very exclusive and peaceful. Having the ferry dock literally right next to the hotel made day trips and travel simple. The room was amazing with a private balcony overlooking the lake but also easy access to communal sun terrace. The hotel staff were all super friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

Neat Boutique Hotel nicely located close to Como with a beautiful view on the lake and its surroundings. The staff is wonderful, very sophisticated and helpful and supported in anyway to make our trip a great experience. Additionally the Restaurant in the hotel is excellent very good local food and wine 🍷 and exceptional service especially by the sommelier. Looking forward to come again ☀️

Magnifique établissement ! L'hôtel Il Belvedere coche toutes les cases pour passer un sejour inoubliable au lac de Côme. Le village de Torno pour commencer possède un charme à l'italienne tout particulier, si vous cherchez un lieu typique et pas trop touristique tout en étant bien desservi (bus, ferries) vous ne serez pas déçus ! L'hôtel est propore, les chambres belles, spacieuses et les installations bien pensées. Les extérieurs des chambres qui en ont sont egalement grands et disposent d'une vue a couper le souffle. Le personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement agréable et je tiens au passage à les remercier pour tout. Je conseil également le restaurant de l'hôtel qui offre une vue spectaculaire et une cuisine de grande qualité.

Wonderful location right on the lake and beside the lake ferry terminal. We had a fabulous room with lake views. In the evening our table was "almost in the lake". Hard to think of a better location and lovely food Staff were great. Friendly, attentive and very welcoming.

It was convenient to the ferry.

It is impossible to drive there. We did not know this and got into a tricky situation that could have been bad. The staff should have let us know this upon booking.

The reception team helped with multiple questions before we arrived, always being very helpful. We had a split stay at both hotels being run by the family. The family work tirelessly to make sure your stay is very special. For breakfast we were offered a wide selection of food buffet style, with great service. The hotel's location is just perfect, right by the lake with perfect views and very easy access to the ferries. We had dinner at the hotel on our last night, this was a lovely end to a fabulous holiday. Thank you so much.

The rooms could have been improved a little with some nice pictures or scenic photos of the lake. We had a family room, so for adults the single beds were a little on the snug size. That said, it was our choice to book a family room. Not a deal breaker.

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr zentral für Ausflüge, sehr gute Küche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gleich beim Hotel ist eine Einstiegsstelle zur Fähre, es stehen auch drei sehr schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Verfügung. Das Auto kann bequem in einer Garage ganz in der Nähe geparkt werden.

Wszystko, położenie, czystość, minimalistyczny elegancki wystrój, pyszne jedzenie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, ale nie nachalna, niepowtarzalny włoski klimat, piękne widoki z balkonu na jezioro i marinę, spod hotelu odpływają promy do wszystkich miasteczek wokół jeziora, mało turystów, uroczy gwar z knajpki przy hotelu, cudowne miejsce, zdecydowanie polecamy!

Nice breakfast, beautiful views of the water.

A/C was controlled by front desk. Though we could open our windows to get the room cooled down, we had to keep them closed due to smokers beneath our windows (including staff) and because of the noise coming from the bar next door. There was a loud group who stayed till 12:00 midnight one of our nights.

L'hôtel est inaccessible en voiture. Nous devons nous garer tout en haut des escaliers (300 à 400 m) et appeler l'hôtel pour qu'une personne vienne chercher nos bagages et garer le véhicule. C'est très contraignant et pas pratique du tout ! Sinon, la vue de la chambre est superbe et le personnel très agréable.

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views right on the lake. The staff have been amazing especially Chiara, they couldn't be more accommodating. Lovely quiet area, away from all the touristy spots, so nice to come back to after a long day exploring the lake. Incredible restaurant in the hotel too.

Ever so slightly limited for places to eat as Torno is such a tiny area.

Little paradise in hidden quiet place on Comò with very strategic position for discovering the lake.

There are only few options for diner in town. Prepare to drive in Como and come back late by taxi.

Staff is super nice, rooms are clean and nice size with a balcony and amazing views.

Parking is pretty far and hard to bring luggage if there’s no help from staff. Taking all luggage back to the car was easy as the staff used a local car. So make sure you call in advance and ask for help.

Ontzettend mooie , rustige locatie. Ruime, schone , lichte kamer met twee Franse balkons en uitzicht over het meer. Ruime badkamer, fijn bed. Schitterend uitzicht over het meer vanuit het restaurant. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren. Hotel ligt direct aan de aanlegplaats voor de rondvaart boten die je naar de plaatsen rond het meer kunnen brengen.

Everything is perfect

The hotel was just beautiful, the staff were amazing with the kids and customer service was 10/10! The location of the hotel was amazing, a bit of a walk to the car park with 2 kids but that did not take anything away from how great the hotel was.

The only thing i think was missing was there was tea and coffee in the room but no little milk pots. In all fairness we didn't request as we had to go out and buy milk for one of our children so we just used that.

We had a stunning getaway for 3 nights - absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly. Location-wise it's perfect - right near the boat to go anywhere you like and a short walk from a michelin star restaurant.

This is no fault of theirs, but it here isn’t a huge amount of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. That said, Como is a short drive/taxi ride away. Just be aware dining options are pretty limited in Torno.
