Location

The air-conditioner was not working and we could smell cigarettes from the vent. No air conditioning at Reception only at the dining hall. Pillows were satin and lumpy. The wall was broken with cavities. The whole building smelt of staleness and was unclean. During breakfast we noticed that the‘clean ‘ stacked plates had pieces of food stuck to them, so we advised the waiter, who apologised . Also a lady picked up a glass and noticed white smears.. This a neglected and unmaintained hotel. We booked to stay 3 nights, but decided to leave the next night . I paid full price for that one night. We were disappointed.

Excellent location in the central part of the city, but not in busy streets, with a beautiful view of the park and sea. There is a possibility to park a car in a nearby garage, but the maximum of the car is 1,85m. Hotel's staff helped and quickly resolved this issue. Another great thing is a family room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teenage children), that is basically hard to find in the hotels. The room consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a corridor, with two spacious terraces. On the top floor/ roof is a cafe bar with astonish city view. The breakfast was good and plenty.

The facilities are somewhat outdated but the location snd balcony were marveous. Staff very nice and breakfast room was lovely very good buffet.

Outdated hotel and the AC in the room did not work

Το πρωινό πολυ καλο , η τοποθεσία ακομα καλύτερη!

Την βραδιά που έμεινα αρχές Ιανουαρίου 2026 ειχε χαλάσει κατι στην θέρμανση και το ερκοντισιον έβγαζε μονο κρυο αέρα οτι κι αν έκανα. Ενημέρωσα ρεσεψιόν αλλα μου είπαν οτι ειναι χαλασμένο. Πρόσφεραν αερόθερμο αλλα δεν το δέχθηκα.

The breakfast was very decent. The staff was also very polite and eager to help. The area that is located is very quiet and close to several stores and restaurants. The room was very warm and the lobby area is very cozy.

The bathrooms need some major renovation since they look like from an older age while the whole image of the hotel tries to be a part of the present/future. The parking area is not enough and you have to try and find for a parking slot in the nearby area which during holidays is almost non-existent.

I can’t comprehend the good reviews. It was terrible. This place would be better off if they embraced being a budget hotel and just made it clean, safe, and comfortable. Dirty carpets and hallways smelled. So dusty I woke up with sore throat and sinuses. Thankfully this all cleared a few hours after I checked out. Floor in room uneven and loose. Bed was so uneven it felt like I would roll out of bed. Dirty sheets. Bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. No plugs available without searching and moving furniture. Thin walls and you can hear everything in the hotel. The only thing that drowns this out is street noise from traffic. Dead bolt wouldn’t lock. Shower barely functional. Phone jack hanging out of hole in the wall. Graffiti in the stairwell windows. Incredibly dated. This includes some sort of ancient in room entertainment mounted in the wall and an 11 year old phone book. Towels didn’t even match in colour.

Location was good for my purposes The Breakfast has a good variety of items for all tastes. The Roof Terrace was perfect

The shower attachment in room 141 was broken Bar and Restaurant were unavailable for the most part of the day

The location was fine but the breakfast was poor cold eggs bacon and sausage .

There wa snow outside but no one had put the heating on in the room so it was very cold . We put it on and the heating fan was very noisy so couldn’t sleep .

No fresh vegetables (tomatoes) at breakfast.

the hotel needs a renovation

Good location. Decent, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. The hotel has a great terrace on the last floor, offering a great view. It is rather a decent three-star hotel, by no means a four-star hotel.

Rather old furniture. The bathroom wash basin leaked. The major problem is with the sockets: there are only TWO sockets in the room, one behind the mini bar/fridge, the other under the vanity table. whenever you wanted to plug something in you had practically to stand on all four to reach the socket. The bathroom has no socket at all.
