Reviewed May 24, 2026I had a challenging situation, but Mr. Muhammad, the hotel owner, handled all my concerns with understanding and professionalism. He took all my comments into account and resolved everything at the highest level. I am especially grateful to him for his personal involvement and the time he spent with me. I recommend this welcoming hotel to everyone, and I want to point out that the staff and the owner himself are taking every measure to address any shortcomings and further improve the service. I can say this is a rarity these days. I would be happy to come and stay again and again. Sadaf Hotel Apartments Forever 🇴🇲🇭🇺🇺🇦❤️🫂🪬

the apartment look so old and not so well maintained. water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. This was not just inconvenient but also made basic activities like taking a shower quite challenging, staff were very unhelpful.
