Cleanliness
8.2/10Generally praised for cleanliness in many reviews (نظافة، 'Clean'), but several specific complaints about pool cleanliness, bathroom cleaning needs, and dusty parking areas lowered the score.
Service
9.9/10Strong positive sentiment about staff and reception in numerous reviews ('الموظفون افضل استقبال', 'الشباب بالاستقبال ممتازين', helpful and supportive staff). A few isolated reports of rude behaviour (including named staff) were noted but outweighed by many praises.
Location
9.3/10Frequently cited as a major positive ('الموقع الإستراتيجي', 'Location', good views from restaurant) with only minor location-related concerns in isolated reviews.
Room Quality
8.4/10Room size and quietness/isolation praised (wide rooms, good isolation), but issues mentioned include hot air conditioning, dim room lighting, and at least one report of receiving a different room than booked.
Amenities
8/10Amenities are mixed: breakfast and restaurant on higher floors are praised, but pool cleanliness, lack of Jacuzzi, and parking availability/condition were recurring negatives.
Value for Money
9/10Multiple reviewers explicitly state good value and reasonable price ('Great value for money', 'السعر جيد'), supporting a strong score in this category.
Food and Beverage
8.5/10Breakfast quality praised in several reviews ('مستوي الافطار رائع'), but some complaints about limited food variety and occasional poor staff attitude in restaurant lower the rating slightly.
Overall Experience
9.9/10Overall many enthusiastic recommendations and descriptions of a wonderful stay ('اقامة رائعة', 'رائع', 'افضل فندق علي الاطلاق'), with isolated negative incidents that did not dominate the overall sentiment.
