Reviewed Oct 7, 2026A lovely little hotel with a great location. Lots of bars, restaurants are close by. The staff were very attentive to your needs. We had the attic room which had its own terrace. There were great views from the roof which other guests have access to. The hotel also offers a free afternoon snack which I have never seen before.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El personal muy amable. Íbamos con un bebé de tres meses y la camarera de piso que no se como se llamaba, me buscó una bañera adaptada para el. Eso en pocos hoteles que nos alojamos lo hacen. Muy agradecida en todo momento. Cada vez que vuelva a Utrera me alojaré allí.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026L'hotel è innanzitutto molto bello, con un patio interno chiuso in stile andaluso su cui si affacciano le porte delle stanze. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché in auto la distanza da Siviglia è di soli 30 minuti, la stessa muovendosi con i mezzi da un hotel periferico di Siviglia al centro, ma a metà prezzo e senza problemi di parcheggio. Siamo super soddisfatti. L'hotel è in una bella posizione rispetto al centro di Utrera (bellissima città, merita una visita) e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni (30 minuti per Siviglia). Stanze belle e silenziose, con aria condizionata e ottimi prodotti da bagno, comprese salviettine struccanti introvabili altrove. Staff gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Letti comodissimi. Parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti all'hotel. Buona la colazione, soprattutto la frutta fresca e le tortillas di uova e patate. Dispenser di acqua fredda gratuita 24h. Una menzione speciale alla bellissima terrazzona sul tetto.
Lo spazio per la colazione è un po' piccolo, ma comunque abbiamo sempre trovato posto.

My room was tiny.the view was onto slum back yards. Dogs were barking all night and some other guests didn't realise that some people wanted to sleep after 12pm. Regards parking there ain't any unless you pay the 11 euros for the underground and have to carry your gear down the street back to the hotel. Oh and don't go up to the roof terrace the door handle falls off .

Reviewed May 27, 2026Llegué antes de la hora comunicada tras un tórrido trayecto bajo un sol impenitente y cuando accedí a mi habitación ingresé al Polo Norte, el aire acondicionado estaba encendido y a todo trapo, lo cual reseño porque el hecho de que con tanta antelación tomaran acción para asegurar el confort del cliente, en lugar de optimizar recursos, resulta suficientemente significativativo de la atención individualizada recibida en este establecimiento, que además me ofreció acceder al desayuno nincluido en mi reserva con antelación a la hora programada por partir temprano. La habitación impoluta y silenciosa.

Hotel has all the requirements for a comfortable stay, especially appreciate the attention to detail providing make-up remover, very nice touch! Good basic breakfast and staff were very accommodating, even checking us in early when we arrived ahead of schedule.
Room on second floor was very warm and couldn’t cool down despite being early Spring and quite noisy on street side with windows open
