The entire staff were exceptionally professional, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit, making us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived. Every request, whether large or small, was handled with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. A special mention must go to Fatima, who was absolutely nice and incredibly thoughtful. She consistently went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, and her recommendations for exploring the local area were a wonderful addition to our trip. The atmosphere the team creates is both sophisticated and comfortably cozy.
