Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location of Aseel resort is located close to downtown which makes it a convenient weekend getaway.
The villa's layout is badly designed. The villa grounds are spacious but the space is not efficient at all. There are two separate buildings one with a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The other building includes a bedroom and living room. The living rooms do not have blackout curtains so they cannot be used as bedrooms. The villa's fixtures are very cheap and not well maintained. First, the refrigerator is so old it's turned yellowish, it doesn't cool properly. The kitchen cabinets are very worn out and of poor quality. The kitchen has no pots, pans or anything to allow for cooking a meal. The restroom fixtures, toilet, faucet, shower are very poorly maintained. The shower does not work properly, it leaks or gushes water nothing comfortably in the middle. The villa is not wheelchair accessible at all. We requested an extra bed and baby crib they accepted the request but did not provide either. The outdoor grass area is not well maintained and pruned, if you have a young child watch them carefully they will trip often. The grass area has cockroaches.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026مكتوب في الحجز ان المساحه 500 متر مربع والمكان اصغر من كذا بكثير المكان مايتعدا ال 200 متر مربع والشاليه اللي جنبك يسمع صوتك حتى لو كلام يعني مفروض ماتسمى شاليه او كما يطلقون عليها مزرعه لقرب الجار منك وانزعاجه من الاصوات

لابوجد ستائر عازله للاضاءه في الصاله لايوجد فرن صغير بما انه شاليه التاخير في استرجاع التأمين المدفوع بالتحويل يفضل الدفع نقدا لاسترجاعه وقت الخروج

اجراءات الدخول معقده لأني حجزت عن طريق بوكينق حسب كلام الاستقبال الاثاث قديم جدا وخشب أبواب الدواليب مكسر والطاوله الجدران تكسوها الاتربه والارضيه متسخه سوداء المسبح غير نظيف

The wall decorations fell on my sister at night while she was asleep. It was heavy and dangerous Im glad it didnt fall on her face. I visited 2 years ago and I can tell the place is a little tired.

المبنى نوعا ما اصبح بحاجه لتجديد.

The pool was too shallow and small and the living room curtins weren’t sun proof enough and the fridge didn’t cool well and there weren’t kitchen nor even a mere microwave the Wi-fi was so bad it made the only pro useless and the fact that they were so greedy that even if you wanted more coffee capsules it would cost you 10 Ryals a piece and we asked them for an ac for the outdoor area they asked for 300 RYALS MOREE it was like we didn’t already pay them around 2000 Riyals
