A lady in the counter was in phone all time and never respond to my good morning. Also, my room was not clean in my 4 days , although, they said is because I did not put a paper to do so

توقيت الخروج سيء جداا بدري الساعه 12 ظهر ياليت يخلونا لين الساعه3 لان مرات في ناس عندها ظرف مثل تأخير طيارة او ظرف اخر يدعي تاخير ساعه او ساعتين ولا يدعي لحجز يوم جديد☹️فامن الافضل يكون3عصرا مناسب بدل الانتظار في الريسبشن عاد ذالك كل شي ممتاز بس وقت الخروج سيء للامانه

Very disappointing service. The property did not cooperate in providing suitable power sockets for charging our mobile phones or laptop. We were repeatedly forced to leave our phones at reception just to charge them, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for paying guests.

انا من عملاء الفندق من 2019 ورسالتي لملاك الفندق اعتقد بدأ الاثاث يظهر عليه التقادم صحيح مازال نظيف ولكن يحتاج الى تجديد حتى يستمر في نفس المستوى ..

كل شيء سيء تعامل موظفة الأستقبال سيء و كأنها مجبره على العمل في استقبال العملاء والمرافق كلها تحت الصيانه ولم يتم اخبارنا بذالك الا بعد الدخول والدفع . الانترنت سيء للغاية رائحة الدخان بالممرات و صوت ازعاج السياراة يجعلون من الراحة مستحيلة

The working area (desk, chair) could be better. The chair-desk combination doesn't work really well.

كل شي جيد لكن استغربت حاجة ماقد شفتها في اي فندق بالعالم انا زرت دول كثير وسكنت في فنادق كثيرة جدا عمري ماشفت او سمعت ان المسبح يقفل الساعه 2 الظهر ؟ يعني انا اذا جاي في رحلة عمل ماراح افضى الا بعد 2 الظهر ولو حتى جاي سياحة ماراح اقوم الصباح عشان بس اسبح يعني كل فنادق العالم المسبح يفتح من 8 الصباح او 9 الصباح حتى 9 الليل او 10 الا هذا الفندق بصراحة كل شي فيه جيد الا موضوع المسبح وبعد حتى لو صحيت الصباح وتبغى المسبح لازم تكلمهم عشان يفتحونه لك .. حسيت شوي فيه مبالغه بالموضوع وبس
