Khách sạn rất gần bãi biển, khu vực thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, ăn uống vui chơi. Phòng sạch sẽ , chị chủ dễ thương, gia đình mình tới sớm khách sạn có hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm.

Великолепный отель. Заехали поздно, администрация тут же выдала ключи, оставив все расчёты на утро. Помогли с парковкой. Номер в японском стиле, очень понравился. Персонал супер. Рекомендую!

Hotel is nice and easy to find, close to the beach and the price is fair. The room had a spacious bathroom with a hairdryer and all necessery amenities

It was very noisy from the construction site next door starting work at 6 am. The stuff doesnt speak english and it was not possible to pay by card

Les hôtes de l'hôtel sont adorables et très serviables. La chambre était top, on était à côté de la plage. Si vous aimez le calme éloigné du centre ville et de tout les travaux, c'est un super emplacement, il y a des bars et des cafés a proximité !

Il faudrait peut être juste nettoyer la climatisation car mon conjoint n'a pas arrêté de tousser et ça allait mieux quand on était dehors. Sinon rien à signaler !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem familiengeführten Hotel: das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und die Lage nah zum Strand (fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten). In ein paar Minuten sind einige Restaurants zu erreichen. Außerdem wurde uns noch Frühstück angeboten. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Чистый аккуратный отель в туристической зоне пляжа Бай Чай. Пляж в 300 метрах. Отель находится в таком «искусственном городке» не похожем на обычный Вьетнам. Все дома в европейском стиле, хорошие тротуары. Мы приехали не в сезон, поэтому было очень мало людей вокруг, но нам это нравилось, чисто, тихо и спокойно. Хозяева - замечательная семья. Относятся к гостям с большим вниманием. Уборка в номере на отлично, меняли постели, полотенца, все пахло свежим душистым средством для стирки, в комнату было заходить приятно. Цены в мини баре дешевле чем в магазинах в окрестности 😁 Завтрак простой, но мы так и любим. Дома тоже примерно так завтракаем. Сам номер хороший, все сделано добротно. Немного в японском стиле сделано. Есть кондиционер и вентилятор. Никаких проблем с горячей водой не было. Довольны проживанием на 100%. Рекомендую.

Everyone who works here is extremely kind. The room was super nice for the cost and we easily got to our ha long bay cruise from there as grabs are cheap. My partner and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the city, it was a stark contrast to Hanoi.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire et le quartier est calme. Les gérants de l’hôtel sont d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviables. Nous sommes arrivés vers 3h du matin ; le gardien nous a ouvert et nous n'avons payé aucun supplément.

Juste parfait, nous avons pu arriver de nuit et nous avons très bien dormi, le lit était très confortable. La salle de bain est grande. Nous n'avons pas pu voir s'il y avait des restaurants et cafés aux alentours comme nous partions pour la baie de Halong. L'hôtel est à 15 mns en taxi du port

Samatha Hotel is a great hotel perfect for relaxation. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a refrigerator and TV. The bathrooms are luxurious, and everything looks new and very clean. The owner is kind and has a cute young son. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. The location is excellent, peaceful, and very close to the beach.

Haong bay itself is a bit of a ghost town. This was q good stop for a long traveller that need somewhere quiet to recharge

VERY clean room for a VERY affordable rate. We booked 1 room for 4 persons, the beds were very spacious, bath room large, towels smelled fantastic. The host is a very kind softspoken lady. The hotel is located in a quiet area, though fantastic for a good night's sleep. But if want to go out, roam around, have food or drinks somewhere, this area is not the place. You'd have to call a taxi to take you somewhere more interesting.

During the late hours, I'm guessing somewhat between 23:00 to 03:00 o'clock some people were talking (screaming...) REALLY loud. It sounded like they were "nhau" - drinking downstairs. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Their noise woke me up and kept me awake for most of the night.

I rated this hotel high when you consider how cheap it is. Basic hotel that does the job, helpful staff.

At least in December, it’s dead. Papa’s German restaurant was pretty much the only place open to eat.

O preço foi incrível para o quarto que era. Confortável, com uma casa de banho grande e boa. Era limpo e o staff é muito simpático, inclusive ofereceram-nos bananas, água e bolachas quando viram que íamos apanhar um autocarro sem ter comido após o check-out. Em Ha Long há várias zonas praticamente fantasmas, quase sem ninguém. A nós não nos fez diferença, só ficámos duas noites e fomos fazer o cruzeiro em Ha Long Bay, mas se quiser comer algo, ou pede na app grab para entregar ou terá que se deslocar até à uma zona mais movimentada. Por esse motivo a zona é muito tranquila e sem barulho que é algo positivo.

Die empfohlene Bootsfirma für den Ha Long Bucht Ausflug war leider eine Enttäuschung.

The floor wasn't very clean This is not the hotel's fault but the area is dead! All the buildings around are empty, there is nothing to do and the city is 30min away, walking in a ghost town

L'accueil est très familial, personnel très serviable, disponible tout le temps, propre et très calme .

Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. Es war alles da, was gebraucht werden könnte: Handtücher in verschiedenen Größen, Shampoo, usw. Das Personal war wirklich nett und hilfsbereit und auch der Wäscheservice war 1A. Die Nähe zum Strand (5 Gehminuten) war für uns perfekt.

Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant. Ils ont été disponibles pour nous tout au long du séjour. La chambre est très propre et belle, avec tout le matériel nécessaire. L’emplacement est idéal et non bruyant.

Tout était top ! La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. Le lit était confortable, et la salle de bain, grande et bien aménagée. Le personnel est super gentil et toujours prêt à aider. Un grand merci !

The property is great, it is clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed after a long night bus from Ha Giang. The staff were great and even let us in at 4am so we could get some rest. Breakfast is also available at a small price and it is nice.

This is not a negative, it is more of a watch out. The hotel is in a development that is basically a ghost town. It’s fascinating walking though faux European style boulevards in Vietnam, but there is nothing close for food or entertainment. This was not a problem for us as it was just a pit stop and we knew exactly what we were booking.

The hotel location is good, the staff service is good, the hotel facilities are complete, and the experience is good.
