Great location, close to the pier and directly at the beach. Generally good value for money. Really liked the communal areas and the friendliness of the staff! Also appreciated that it had a good mattress and a warm and comfy blanket.

Shower and wifi had their issues: Water pressure was extremely low, did not heat up properly. WiFi in the room did not connect most of the time and was not able to do an online meeting with camera on.

In der Balkontür waren kleine Löcher und ein Fenster konnte man nicht ganz schließen, dadurch muss man die Klimaanlage immer eingeschaltet haben, da diese auch nicht sehr stark ist. Der Wasserdruck war extrem schwach.

Loved that it was straight on the beach, with a bar that served food and a hammock to chill in on a rainy day. Lively, clean, nice atmosphere, Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Our double room was quite small with no natural light. But it was ok as we were spending all of our time out and exploring beaches.

El alojamiento está bien, es normal, no tiene grandes calidades pero está justo enfrente de la playa y al lado del puerto.

La ducha es el propio baño, lo cual es un poco incómodo para ducharse.

Posizione molto comoda, proprio fronte mare. Molto piacevole lo spazio esterno al piano primo con le sdraio a disposizione degli ospiti, affacciato direttamente sul mare: un ottimo posto per rilassarsi. Nel complesso una sistemazione comoda per godersi Koh Tao.

Il bagno non ha il box doccia, quindi dopo la doccia tende a bagnarsi tutto il pavimento. La camera è un po’ vuota e avrebbe bisogno di qualche elemento in più per renderla più accogliente e funzionale.

Excelente ubicación y trato de personal. Nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al mar, repetiría sin duda! La habitación es sencilla pero limpia. Excelente relación calidad- precio!

Ottima posizione con veranda ristorante sul mare, ci si addormenta cullati dal rumore delle onde. Manager super gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato a procuraci rapidamente il motorino e dato tantissimi consigli sulle spiagge migliori! Posizione eccezionale, vicino al porto, si raggiunge l’hotel in 1 minuto. Ristorante eccezionale e atmosfera super rilassante. Nella struttura si cammina a piedi scalzi.

Bagno un pò piccolino ma non inficia la bellezza della struttura.

리셉션의 남자 직원이 일을 능숙하게 처리하고 외국어 구사를 잘하며 매우 성실하고 프랜들리하며 부지런해서 내 동료와 바꾸고 싶다! 하하! 파도소리가 들리는 아름다운 숙소. 매핫에서 메인비치까지 15분 걸어가면 된다. 밤에도 사람이 많이 다녀서 전혀 위험하지 않다. 해변숙소라서 풍경이 좋다. 에어컨이 시원하다. 방안에 욕실이 있다. 부족함이 없다. 매우 만족한다.

좋은 사람이 더 많지만 일부 여행자들이 모여있어서 생기는 시끄러움. 파티에 취한 유럽인들이 숙소에서 밤에 대화를 나누었다. 일부 유럽인들은 너무 매너가 없다.(너희는 중국인을 욕할 자격이 없어) 고양이가 내 세면대를 차지해서 양치질을 방해했다(농담! 너무나 귀여운 cat.) 사실 이 숙소는 흠이 하나도 없습니다. 망설이지 말고 예약하세요!!!

The only positive experience was the receptionist, who was kind, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were several things we did not like about the property. First of all, our room was never cleaned during our stay. The door also did not close properly. We asked about food for an aperitif because the menu advertised a Happy Hour, but there was actually nothing available to order. We also wanted to rent a scooter from the property, as this service was offered to us. We agreed and were about to make the payment, but in the end they did not have any scooters available. The cleaning staff were also rude and unfriendly. The location is close to the pier, which is convenient, but the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant. Overall, we would not recommend this property.

Noise from construction works but can't do much about it

Onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Ze denken echt met je mee en helpen je overal bij. Bijvoorbeeld met waar je het beste een scooter kunt huren, maar ook met het boeken van activiteiten en uitstapjes. Je kunt eigenlijk met al je vragen bij ze terecht. Echt topservice!

Amazing view from the first floor. Great location for when you arrive and leave and to move around the island with taxis and boat trips. It also serves as a bar and restaurant and the food is good.

It could have been a 10, but when I booked I told them I was allergic to cat's fur. There are three cats living in the hostel and they didn't say anything to me. In the end I was ok, but they should have told me.

Le personnel était extrêmement gentil. L'hôtel est en bord de plage les pieds dans l'eau. Très pratique quand on arrive du bateau car juste à côté.

Hôtel super bien situé. Chambre spacieuse. Accueil maimai était super sympa. L'espace détente au 1er est très agréable . Nous avions un peu peur de la localisation directe du pier mais aucune nuisance.

Die Unterkunft passt super in das deutlich entspannter Inselleben auf Koh Tao. Die Zimmer sind Sauber, zweckmäßig und die Betten sind bequem. Wer Luxus möchte, sollte nicht das Sunrise buchen, da es sich hier eher um eine Budget Unterkunft für Backpacker handelt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Trinkwasser, einen Wäscheservice, die Möglichkeit Roller zu mieten und viele andere lokale Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist das kleine Restaurant in bester Lage und mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Die cocktails und das Essen sind lecker, der Preis fair und das Ambiente bei Sonnenuntergang unbezahlbar. Alles in allem 10/10.

Es war sehr, sehr laut. Das Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt und wir hatten nur einen sehr kleinen Mistkübel, der ebenfalls nicht entleert wurde.

Super vriendelijk personeel

The staff are excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the rooms are great value for money. Just book your stay here, you won’t regret it. Both managers really looked after us during our stay. So kind, and helpful. Coordinated the bike rental, including sorting the dispute when a driver backed into us just outside the hotel! VIP service all round, would stay there again no questions asked.

The only thing I could say is that in the morning the boats are a bit loud, but you are waking up with the sand at your feet….c’mon you can’t complain on that

Private rooms for 2 people were very spacious and clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Location was ideal as it was located on the quiet side of the island, close to the port. It was still easy to get a taxi to the Main Street with bars and restaurants.

The bathroom is quite small with the shower, sink, and toilet all on one level of ground with minimal space. However, there was other toilets downstairs you could use.

It is basic but comfortable. A good location, very clean and convenient for getting to the pier for a ferry. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff.

Lovely and clean facilities. The beds were comfortable and I stayed in the 6 person dorm. The facilities were constantly being cleaned. The upstairs area is lovely to sit at. They have games upstairs. The staff and food is also great. I will certainly be staying here once I return to Koh Tao.

Sehr zentral gelegen,schöner Strand trotz Piernähe, Mitarbeiter MeeMee sehr bemüht gewesen und freundlich. Betten sehr bequem, Ausstattung einfach,a BG er so wie gesehen ,Klimaanlage super. Essen war auch gut, Getränke günstig,Happyhour Cocktail ca.3Euro. wir fanden es netter als Sairee dort war es sehr laut, viele gute Lokale in der Nähe.

Offener Bereich mit Liegen im OG aber es gab leider starke Raucher die hier für unangenehme Gerüche sorgten, im Zimmer zum Glück nicht eingedrungen, könnte man untersagen.

Vi var så uheldige at min datter blev kørt ned af en scooter samme dag vi kom. De var meget behjælpelige personalet og tog sig godt om os begge i denne ubehagelige situation, Virker til de har travlt men følte mig ikke overset. Man kan gå til færgen derfra det tager ikke lang tid.

Det var en veldig kul plass å bo! Vi fikk sett mer av øya fordi vi bodde på denne siden av stranda :-) Umiddelbar nærhet til kaien og masse spisesteder og shoppingområder. De hadde god mat og drikke, og en veldig kul stemning.

Det ble en litt lenger vei hjem fra hovedområdet i Sairee, men det gjorde ingenting. Det var litt flekker på sengetøyet.

the location was great, right beside the pier and 711. free water fountain of filtered water. beach right on the door step.

no fridge in the room, no air con in the building when checked out and waiting for boat. door and window on side wall have no cover so light is let in when sun rises. also can be noisy. we were a bit let down by the room, not as nice as advertised. small balcony - more like a fire escape.

The staff and location were perfect for me and the hostel was social without being too crazy! Nice for relaxing and then having a walk to the main pier streets for a restaurant or shopping. Also very close to the best dive centre on the island which was super handy for my scuba diving trip!

There really wasn't much- I had a private double room and some of the windows were cellotaped shut or the frames were quite broken so I was a little worried. Maybe some curtain or blind would be nice too because the light came in to the room quite early and I often woke at around 7am whether I wanted to or not because of this and the noise from ferries and boats.

Staff were lovely, really helpful, organised scooters for us to rent. Always attentive and solved any problems.

We stayed in one of the private rooms. It’s was pretty bare bones. There wasn’t even any curtains over the windows.. The windows just have screens on them so you can hear absolutely everything outside. The port is right next door so it’s extremely loud from 6am onwards. Pretty much no amenities other than shampoo/ body wash. Location is “decent” - it’s not close to the livelier sections of Sai Ri Beach so walking would be about 20 minutes. Overall it’s fine, but pretty much just average.

Het was netjes en schoon en zit midden in de drukte.

Er werd gezegd dat we een balkon hadden, echter het balkon was 1m2, het hek was stuk, dus je kon er zo van af vallen. De deur ging naar buiten open, je kon er met 1 persoon staan, je kon er niet op zitten en was absoluut niet veilig. En de elektriciteitsdraden hingen er tegen aan, wat mega onveilig is. Er was geen kluis op de kamer en geen koelkast. De badkamer was ook om te huilen, de deur ging naar binnen open, waarachter de douche verstopt zag. je doucht zit bijna boven de wastafel en de wc zit er precies tegen aan, je kwam met je knieën bijna tegen de muur. Verschrikkelijk. We zijn een uur na het inchecken op zoek gegaan naar een ander verblijf en zijn direct weer uitgecheckt.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sind sehr pragmatisch eingerichtet (muss einem aber bewusst sein wenn man ein Hostel bucht), hat aber alles was man braucht & es war alles sauber. Vor Ort ist ein Strand der trotz der Nähe vom Hafen echt sehr schön und sauber war. Die Bar und das Essen kann ich nur empfehlen auch total faire Preise. Wir konnten auch über das Hotel direkt ohne Probleme einen Roller ausleihen.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Vom Mae Had Pier konnte man gemütlich hin laufen, es war sauber und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich 😊 Die Katzen die im Hotel sind waren richtig süß 😍

Nichts für Langschläfer oder Leute mit einem schlechten Schlaf. Es ist sehr sehr hellhörig, ab 07:30 Uhr fängt das Personal schon an mit Putzen und die Gäste waren nachts sehr laut. Man hat jede Tür gehört die zu gegangen ist. Auch wenn die Lage und der Preis für Koh Tao sehr gut war werden wir nicht nochmal dorthin gehen.

La ubicación es muy buena para hacer todo tipo de actividades, tienes restaurantes, tiendas, playa y el puerto. Todo esto caminando menos de 10min. En el segundo piso tienen una zona de descanso con vista al mar excelente.

El baño era un poco pequeño y la ubicacion de la ducha era un poco incomodo utilizarlo.

The friendliest staff you’ll ever meet! Such a lovely location right on the beach with a bar too. Also offered food throughout the day. Room was ideal for a few nights and we were able to keep ourselves to ourselves despite it being a hostel. Private bathroom was ideal. We were able to arrange a motorbike rental which was a smooth process, although please make sure to take images and videos before and after rental as the lady (external company) tried to say we had scratched the motorbike despite hardly using it.

The bathroom filled with a puddle of water each time we had a shower, this would take a long time to drain away. Sometimes this would flood into the room which wasn’t ideal.

De locatie, het personeel, de faciliteiten. Je bent er oprecht in geen 5 minuten van de main pier. Ik en mijn vriend waren te vroeg maar werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Tassen konden gratis achtergelaten worden, we mochten al gaan zitten op het terras perfect. De mensen waren super lief en behulpzaam en eerlijk gezegd als je hier blijft hoef je niet eens ergens anders heen. Lekker in de hangmat of aan een tafeltje cocktails drinken met happyhour, dan letterlijk vanuit je kamer de zee in rennen en douchen en slapen in een comfortabel bed. Zou zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met een balkon maar die zat eigenlijk direct op een terras en was ook niet echt ruim genoeg voor 2 mensen. Kan mij zelf niet zo schelen maar voor het balkon moet je het niet doen, het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is echt meer dan mooi genoeg.

Manager Mr Mei was really welcoming and it felt like home. There is laundry service and bile rentals right at the property and the price is also reasonable. We loved our stay here which is right at the beach and pier.

Le personnel ainsi que les chats de l'équipe sont super accueillant et accessible. Il propose plein de service (stocker, linge, ... ) a de très bon tarif. La chambre avec vue sur la mer est grande et le lit confortable.

L'emplacement est bien car vous êtes a proximité de tout cependant vous êtes prêt des quais et nous avons été réveillé a plusieurs reprises très tôt (parfois même a 4h du matin) L'hôtel n'y peut rien bien évidemment mais ce n'est pas très agréable.

Modern, llit còmode, bon aire acondicionat, a primera linia de mar, ben ubicat, barat i servei 10/10. Font d’aigua potable, servei de bugaderia i lloguer de motos. Hem estat molt a gust 5 nits.

La habitació no tenia vistes, no tenia nevera i poc espai per deixar la roba.

En todas las estancias que estuvimos en Tailandia nos dejaban una botella de agua de cortesía, menos en esta.

Es war sehr sauber und es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Personal war überragend und es gibt sogar Katzen in der Unterkunft die Mega süß sind

the beds in the dorm were excellent. very spacious, good privacy, and a light and charging points. the location was also ideal. very close to everything and right on the beach. the place was cleaned often, and the lovely wall paintings were a bonus!

there were always mosquitoes in the room, bathroom, and toilet (which was outside so completely understandable). but you just have to make sure you're always wearing mosquito repellent
