El trato del personal. El hotel está increíble, pero los chicos que los gestionan son lo mejor. Nos consiguieron conductor para todos los días, nos hicieron todas las recomendaciones que les pedíamos e incluso nos hicieron un sandwich a nuestra salida para el vuelo de regreso

Me encantó todo. El hotel es precioso, el personal super amable y te ayuda en todo. Desayuno fantástico. De hecho, alargamos otra noche porque tuvimos un imprevisto y estábamos muy cómodas en el hotel. Destacar el buen trato del personal.

Todo, el hotel es ideal todas las zonas de terraza, estancia interior para desayunar y habitaciones todo es precioso y la amabilidad del personal es lo que hacen que hayamos pasado una estancia perfecta en Salento. Además que no esté en el bullicio del centro del pueblo pero a su vez tan cerca que puedes ir dando un agradable paseo hace que sea más tranquilo y de allí especial

Echt een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Fijne sfeer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bij aankomst kregen we veel recommendations van Leider. Kamers waren ook mooi en schoon.

Wij vonden het fijnste hotel van onze reis..Het .personeel is heel erg aardig en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en lekker, de ligging is perfect, de kamer was erg schoon en lekker ruim.

Breakfast was genuinely good, guy who served us (unfortunately forgot his name) was exceptional warm, attentive with lots of suggestions for things to do while staying. The hill to the property is not actually that steep or long, given the reviews. It’s a perfect location close enough to Salento that you can easily reach everything quickly, far enough away that it’s peaceful and quiet.

Very minor thing one morning they lit a wood fire, maybe it was cold for Salento 😅.

This hotel and the staff are just amazing. I loved my four night stay and the choice for breakfast was just lovely. As a solo traveller, the staff made me feel comfortable and were so good with advice and encouragement to explore the town and countryside. Thank you 🙏

L’hotel est decoré avec beaucoup de goût. C’est un endroit vraiment agréable et reposant après un sejour dans.la.cohue des grands cétres touristiques. Salento et l’hotel Terrazas est vraiment un endroit que je conseille. Meilleur petit déjeuner depuis notre periple de deux semaines en Colombie

Struttura davvero bella con vegetazione all’interno, molto curata nei dettagli con anche camino acceso! Colazione abbondante, con diversa scelta e frutta buonissima. Pulizia accurata, camera grande con letti comodi. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, con possibilità di parlare inglese.

Posizione non centralissima, ma questo garantisce molta tranquillità e silenzio (che noi cercavamo). Doccia forse da rinnovare, ma è un piccolo dettaglio. Per il resto tutto benissimo ☺️

L’emplacement à la fois un peu à l’écart et en même temps tout près du magnifique petit village de Salento. L’ambiance « maison de famille » pleine de charme. La décoration, la patio central et ses magnifiques plantes, les meubles anciens, la taille des chambres. La gentillesse ++ du personnel. Le super petit déjeuner : choix, fraîcheur, quantité, service. La vue. La possibilité de profiter du jardin.

Location: close to the action of the (lovely) town, but in a quiet spot with a soothing garden and lovely views. Wonderfully appointed house. Room, bed and bathroom all of good tho not particularly large size. Exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast - everything from the juice to the yogurt is freshly made on the premises.

Stunning hotel in a quite location a couple of minutes walk from the center of Salento. Our room was large and comfortable with big windows giving dual aspects across Salento. The staff were very helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing. we would definitely stay again.

We liked everything.

De plek is prachtig met geweldig personeel! We waren er tijdens de aardbeving en het pand bleef onbeschadigd. Personeel handelde zeer adequaat en behulpzaam. Zelfs een ontbijt na aardbeving terwijl stroom en water waren afgesloten!!!!

This was already my second stay here, and it is honestly my favorite hotel in all of Colombia! The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully located slightly up the hill - only about a one-minute walk uphill, but enough to give you a wonderful view over Salento and a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, warm and genuinely passionate about making you feel at home. The breakfast is another highlight: you can choose whatever you like from the menu, and everything is freshly prepared. We actually wanted to extend our stay by another night, but the hotel was fully booked (understandably!), so we had to move elsewhere. Leider even helped us carry our luggage to the other hotel - such a kind gesture and a perfect example of the hospitality here. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay. I hope to be back very soon!

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y cuidadas, y los desayunos estaban buenísimos. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención y el aguante de ma casa durante el terremoto: estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotras y nos hicieron sentir seguras y acompañadas. Muchas gracias por todo. ❤️

A beautiful hotel in a lush, natural setting with only a few rooms. The breakfast selection is enormous, something we have rarely come across in Colombia. But by far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. If I could give them more than a 10, I absolutely would. We stayed here during the earthquake on August 10, and the effort the staff put in to keep us informed and provide us with basic necessities, despite the uncertainty surrounding their own families and friends in the region, is truly indescribable.

Nuestra estadía en Terrazas de Salento fue excepcional. Las instalaciones son hermosas, muy bien cuidadas y la habitación fue muy cómoda. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad y atención del personal; el encargado estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotras, resolviendo cualquier duda y guiándonos durante toda la estadía. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendado. ⭐️🏡

Super coin nature avec balcons où dormir à Salento. Un peu en hauteur, pas très loin de la place principale. Grand merci au personnel et particulièrement à Juan et Leider qui sont aux petits soins, polyglottes et sympa comme tout ! Le soir, j'ai apprécié écouter les gens chanter 'cariñito' en ville pendant que j'étais en haut dans le hamac du mirador... Une belle nuit dans un lieu authentique et le petit déj, incroyable : je n'ai jamais été aussi bien servi ! :D

It was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed , the place is just beautiful surrounded by plants over looking the town it’s just perfect ! Food was delicious and everyone working there was lovely !

Emplacement proche du centre mais quand même à l'écart de l'animation du centre ville. Trés belle vue. Parking pratique. Accueil sympathique et en français. Choix de petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

L'accès au parking nécessite l'intervention d'un membre de l'hôtel.

The view was amazing. I also loved the breakfast menu and really appreciated being able to choose each item in my meal. The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help or offer recommendations for activities in the area.

Just a small thing to keep in mind: the entrance is a bit hidden and located on a hill, so it can be easy to miss.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable et toujours disponible : rien n’est jamais de trop pour eux. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et composé de produits frais. Même lors de notre départ très matinal, un yaourt avec des fruits ainsi que du café nous attendaient. L’emplacement est également parfait, idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Terrazas de Salento was the perfect spot for our honeymoon! The staff were so kind and welcoming. In particular, Juan went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated and give us great advice on things to do and places to eat in Salento, even though it was a busy holiday weekend. The view from our window looked like a painting. We loved that the location was walkable but felt secluded from the busy and louder areas. W spent four nights in total here.

Отличное место для ночевки в Соленто! 1. Очень дружелюбно встречают, парень на рецепшене отлично говорил на английском. Подробно все рассказал, посоветовал места для ужина. Кроме того огранизовал нам отличный конный тур в Cocora Valley. 2. Отличная кровать, классный вид. Место находится на небольшом подъеме, поэтому открывается красивая панорама на город из окна. 3. Великолепный завтрак, особенно блинчики с домашним джемом из гуавы. Завтрак начинается с 6:30 утра, поэтому можно заранее выехать в Cocora Valley и избежать пробок и толп людей 4. Есть парковка, что весьма важно в этом городе. + До центральной площади пешком 5-10 минут, локация супер. До Cocora Valley ехать минут 20 на машине. Если машины нет - можно взять джип (на рецепшене все расскажут). Если есть машина - брать джип смысла мало.

Charming and very comfortable hotel, with marvellous friendly staff and a beautiful garden. Breakfast was great too.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave! I will say it's about a 10 minute uphill walk from the plaza which may not suit everyone but wasn't a problem for us.

Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Garten ist auch super hübsch. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und man hat eine große Auswahl. Leider hat den Aufenthalt durch seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nochmal schöner gemacht, (danke an dich!). Ich werde, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Salento bin, auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

El desayuno es el mejor que he tenido, de todos los hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado, felicitaciones por el esmero en el servicio.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view of my room, how clean and cozy it was, and the breakfast every morning was something to look forward to with the staff being so friendly and attentive!

Tout! Vraiment une belle petite chambre tranquille juste a cote du mirador, super déjeuner. La bouilloire, le cafe, les petits savons, tout était propre propre.

Sin duda, es el alojamiento que más nos ha gustado de todos los que hemos visitado en nuestro viaje a Colombia. Incluso nos pareció mucho mejor que en las fotos. El hotel es realmente precioso, cuidado al detalle, y los chicos que trabajan allí son increíblemente agradables y están súper pendientes de todo para que la estancia sea perfecta. Además, los desayunos estaban buenísimos y fueron otro de los puntos fuertes de la experiencia.

Un lugar con encanto para hospedarse las instalaciones muy limpias y acogedoras, el personal muy atento y agradable.
