The hotel is very good, the staff is very honest, the food is also good, the room is clean, the water and tea are hot and cold, but only cold, there is a television but it does not work.

Room is not clean all bed sheets is yellow the receptionist lady I ask for lunch at 9:00 but she asked me we can't lunch time is off so discusting hotel

We booked the hotel a night before our arrival to Nepal, but when we reached to Kathmandu, I received a message stating that they cancelled the booking, I was stunned as I was with my child, I tried to call them but they are not answering. It's really disappointing.

It was very good hotel and its very good clean 👌

The bathroom was a leaking French toilet. Not hygienic. There was a lot of noice of cars, dogs,… we also had a room at the street side.

All the facilites and the services are pretty good

It would be better if they allow us to stay few hours more than check out time for lower cost specially when we are flying abroad.

room was ok ... bt i was nt satisfied with their hospitality ... i have booked classic triple room and we have reached at our expected timing.but they havent ready our room on the time they made us nearly 40 mins late as well. even room was not same as shown as in image and when we asked about it ,they said that room is not available ...means wow ! what an excuses..and one more thing their shower was nt working properly. so i just wanna say a thing that if you are running hotel please update cirrect information on your profile ... and make your guest first priority rather than others !😊 thnks!!

Clean room, helpful staff, warm blankets. Wall socket in the room (later, along the Annapurna Circuit it was rare...).

The bathroom was smelly so we have to close the door all time.
