no me honraron el alojamiento

supuestamente el aire acondicionado ado se averió y me cancelaron la estadía el día 3 de julio me llamaron a las 8:30pm para informar la cancelación porque el air acondicionado se había averiado y no tenían más habitaciones, esto causó que el dinero que había invertido en el viaje lo perdiera $300 dólares en ropa, gasolina, peajes, comidas entre otros. Solicito la devolución de al menos $150 dólares para satisfacer el mal rato.

El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Ya los he usado en cuatro ocasiones y nos encanta.

Lo único es que no hay muchas cosas cerca para hacer en la noche. Claro, estoy clara que es Aibonito. Y no es culpa del Alojamiento. Pero solo una observación.

El matre de una de las camas un poco incomoda.

El check in era súper fácil. Me atendieron bien rápido. Ambiente relajante y personal amble.

Si tu reserva con 4 huéspedes deben tener 4 toallas disponibles en el cuarto. Aparte de eso todo bien.

Deben apagar o minimizar la luz del pasillo ya que entra a la habitación por la noche. El aire filtra agua por la pared. Lo demás, muy bueno

Nos gusto la ubicacion del guest house; en el hermoso pueblo de Aibonito, todo era accesible; panaderia para desayunar y acceso casi inmediato con la ruta panoramica ...muchas casas cerca y gasolinera. Al lado del guest house se encuentra el Restaurante que lucia muy agradable( anque no tuvimos la oportunidad de comer alla por lo ajetreado de nuestro horario). El Caballero Tio Pepe fue muy amable, y nos ayudo con direcciones. La habitacion de 2 camas era espaciosa. Es excelente que permitan mascotas.

Me hubiera gustado que la habitacion tuviera algun balconcito para apreciar los alrededores, o una ventana grande . Tambien que el piso de la ducha fuera uniforme . El acceso a la puerta de la habitacion pudiera ser menos encerrado y las escaleras mas comodas para subir o bajar. Tambien mas iluminacion en la noche para el area de estacionamiento y habitaciones.

Mattress thin with plastic cover. AC dripping water (had sump pump leaking over outlet). Refrigerator not working.

The people were great , however the refrigerator was not working, the air condition has a leek and it was a smell due to the water leek. the bed were not to comfortable and there mattress have a plastic cover ( maybe they were trying to protect the mattress ).

The restaurant is very nice, although only open for dinner. Had great food, service, ambiance and live music.

In the middle of the night someone tried to open the door to our room, very frightening, awoken from a deep sleep.

Poor value for the money. Bed was very squishy and had a plastic mattress cover that made noise when you moved position. Room was dark, poorly lit and overhead light did not work. Staff showed us the room and said nothing more. Restaurant was not open and we were not informed of that prior to arrival. No other food options available for dinner. Adequate for a 1 night stay but nothing more.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Central to most tourist places. Would go back.

AC cannot be regulated with the remote control, it was too cold. Restaurant was open only from Thursday to Sunday, should be open more days.

Too expensive to have clogged pipes, no remote for the AC... they maintained the temperture a bit hot. Overall not woth the money.

Mattresses had plastic covers that did not stay on mattress so cloth cover did not stay on bed. Mattress was comfortable but the movement of the sheets was terrible.

Location was very convenient. The place is clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There was live music in the bar area. Very friendly environment.

The beds are not comfortable and the TV didn't work. The walls are bare and room needs some update. In general it was good for the price.

The only thing was that I had to shower with cold water. There was no hot water in the shower in the room that I stayed.

Quiet in the country side

Old plastic mattress covers. Old cheap pillows. Bathroom flooded every single time I took a shower. Ridiculous tiny soap. Dangerous stairs to the room. Rusted coffee maker and rusted refrigerator.

Beds are uncomfortable. They have a plastic lining that makes all kinds of noises. And the worst part Wich the hotels has no control of. Is the neighborhood noise at night . People racing loud cars in the area all night long.

I loved it was so close to my family. The room was huge and facility was clean and comfy for my kids and me. Plus can't forget to mention it was value(money wise) for hotel was very good.

We went to a family gathering in Aibonito, and needed a place to stay to drive back to Metro area the next morning. The guest house was close to the gathering. The room was thoroughly cleaned.

The reservation said it was a big room with two queen size bed. But there was only one bed. My husband is a big guy, we didn't sleep well. As I was taking a shower, the water ran off. I finished taking the soap away with the water dripping from the head shower. After that, the toilet didn't have any water but the faucet did. We heard the music too loud in the room. We found the next day that two small windows, on each side of a big one, were opened but the curtains covered them.

Great place to stay and friendly staff, a little slow in Puerto Rico during the week though.

Staff came everyday to clean room. Staff was very helpful with directions. I would stay here on my next visit to PR. I
