יש הרבה נמלים בגינה של עגלת הקפה משום מה חשבנו שהזמנו חדר עם ארוחת בוקר אבל התברר לנו שלא היתה כלולה. נשמח אם יבדקו את העניין.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026מיקום המלון הוא נהדר. החדרים נקיים ומסודרים. יש הרבה מקום בחדר שינה ובסלון, המטבח מאובזר באופן סטנדרטי. המיקום של המתחם הוא מעולה, וצמוד למסעדה המעולה של המקום. הכפר צמוד לחוות סוסים מהממת. לקחנו בבוקר שני סוסים לרכיבה של כמה שעות בטבע, והיה מעולה.
לצערנו, רק כשהגענו התברר לנו שכל הצימרים שפונים לכיוון הנוף תפוסים, וקיבלנו צימר ללא נוף כלל (יש שניים כאלו במתחם). זה לא משוקף בשום צורה כשמזמינים את הצימר. הגענו דווקא לשם בגלל הנוף, ולא קיבלנו אותו. לדעתי זה אמור להיות משוקף באופן אינפורמטיבי במעמד בחירת החדר באתר. מבחינתי לא קיבלתי תמורה לכסף, במיוחד לאור העובדה שכל התמונות מהמתחם הם של צימרים עם נוף. לא חיפשתי מקום לשים את הראש, חיפשתי מקום להתעורר בו ולשבת לכוס קפה במרפסת עם נוף לכינרת, וזה מה שהמקום מתיימר לתת.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025The view is outstanding. Tibi's restaurant was excellent. The cabin was spacious and private and offered great views. It was comfortable and clean and included a jacuzzi.
The room could have had slippers, a hair dryer, and more kitchen wear. The staff was friendly but we weren't well informed about the horses rides in the ranches.

לשים סכום וצלחות ואולי פינת ישיבה לארוחת בוקר ולסדר את הגגון במרפסת המדהימה שגם בגשם יהיה אפשר לשבת במרפסת הרי באנו להיות בנוף הנה המדהים וזה יכל להיות כייף לאכול במרפסת גם בגשם

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025החלטנו להישאר ב 14.6 לאחר הלילה הראשון של המתקפה על איראן למרות שהמלון סגר את הכל ולא נתן שירותים בכלל, כיוון שהגענו מרחוק ורצינו לקיים את החגיגה שתכננו. המקום נחמד ונעים וגם צוידנו בכלי אוכל שביקשנו מהצוות שהיה לפני שכולם הלכו, אבל הבריכה הייתה סגורה, לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר וכן כל שירות אחר שהוא. דאגנו לעצמנו בכל אספקט של השירות וגם ניקינו והכשרנו את המקלט לשהות בו. המלון חייב אותנו בכל הסכום למעט העלות של ארוחות הבוקר! פנינו באמצעות פקידת הקבלה להנהלה בבקשה שיחזרו אלינו לברר את העלות כיוון שלדעתנו חויבנו בסכום מוגזם . אף אחד לא חזר אלינו מאז ועד היום, ספטמבר 2025.

The cabin was cramped, we needed an extra blanket ( it was very cold) because the blankets were thin - the roof of the cabin is of asbestos - which is cancerous It was difficult to warm up the cabin - the bathroom walls were not cleaned of the paint -

Reviewed Apr 6, 2024Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, great little basic cabins and cottages with very comfortable beds and space to relax, have bbqs and be outdoors. Like camping, but inside! Easy walk to the restaurant and the facilities.
Wifi is pretty patchy in the cottages. Could do with more plates, utensils and cooking gear in the cottages.

The room didn't feel clean, the view was probably the worst in the entire farm, instead of view to the kineret our view was a lot of trees that hid everything. It was very hard to sleep. Loud electronics inside the room. Missed breakfast because I slept about an hour throughout the night.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2024Wonderful view of the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights,the room is comfortable with a fire place and outdoor grill, picnic table, hammock and even Nespresso coffee machine and even fresh milk in the refrigerator.
It’s our second time here, last time was in 2018, and it is about time to renovate the place, it’s old and doesn’t look very nice.

The staff at the reception for the check in were not polite or nice, that's not a way to welcome a guest who pays a decent amount of money. Other than that the jacuzzi wasn't very clean

Reviewed Oct 6, 2023Staff were super nice Kids loved the horses and the "happy hour" Large rooms, nice balcony. Beautiful views Very well maintained We had a jacuzzi in the room ( which was more a hassle with the kids than an advantage). The breakfast is nice.
Suite 19 is not marked clearly there is a sign on the inside of the house, not outside. Which made it hard to find at check in There are steps going up to the suite, which were not mentioned the facilities are far (about a 10 minute walk to breakfast or the pool) so we had to take the car each time. The door to the balcony is hard to shut and needs to be fixed Also, there were ants in the kitchen area who claimed our m&Ms Ice cream in the pool is way overpriced- 17 shekel for one that's outrageous. Putting a sign with (overpriced) ice cream in front of kids eyes is not cool.
