Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ein tolles familiengeführtes Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist wirklich sehr sehr gut. Auf spezielle Wünsche wie ein früheres Frühstück wurde freundlich eingegangen. Herzlichen Dank!
Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Mir ist aber klar, dass an diesem Ort nicht mehr Parkplätze aus dem Hut gezaubert werden können. Allenfalls müsste man einfach eine Bemerkung machen wie: "begrenzte Anzahl an freien Parkplätzen - sonst müssen die öffentlichen gebührenpflichtigen benutzt werde". Dies einfach als Anregung und sicher nicht als Abzug in der Bewertung zu verstehen!

Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, daher in den Morgenstunden etwas lauter wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorn hat.

There was no elevator and it was an uphill walk from the station. We asked at the restaurant if they had a menu in English and they recommended using Google Translate which didn’t seem very accommodating. We ate at a nearby restaurant which did have an English menu.

Prix trop élevé. Comment expliquer que dans ma ville, Estavayer-le-Lac, ville reconnue comme touristique le prix d'une chambre double soit de 120.- et qu'elle soit le double à Disentis?

Le personnel qui semble refuser de parler une autre langue que l’allemand (alors que nous parlions anglais, italien et français), le petit déjeuner buffet vide a une heure de la fermeture, le manque de serviettes de bain dans les chambres , la chambre mal organisée (lampe en céramique au plafond à laquelle on se cogne tellement elle est basse), le prix excessif de la chambre au regard des services proposés, la carte du restaurant uniquement en allemand, le personnel très peu sympathique.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Un accueil des plus chaleureux à l'hôtel Alpsus, dès notre arrivée on nous a proposé de ranger nos moto dans un local dédié. A l'accueil, comme nous étions 4, de suite il nous a été proposé de modifier notre réservation pour une chambre de 4 plus abordable en terme de prix. Que dire du restaurant, un gastronomique à des prix abordable pour la Suisse. Au petit déjeuner rien ne manquait. La propriétaire était à tous les postes, de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ le lendemain matin, et toujours avec le sourire, merci à cette dame.

We zaten in een gebouw aan de overkant boven een salon helaas. Niet in het gebouw van de foto’s. Er was geen waterkoker of magnetron helaas. Na vragen kreeg ik gelukkig een waterkoker mee.

Wohnten gegenüber des Hotels als Einzige im Gebäude. Über enge Wendeltreppe ohne Lift in den 2. Stock mit Gepäck für 4 Personen! Sehr laute Gegend bis Mitternacht. Bei 30 Grad ohne Klimaanlage nur mit offenem Fenster zum Aushalten. Klosterglocken jede Viertelstunde. Um 5 Uhr morgens minutenlang Glocken. An Schlaf kaum zu denken.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Ebenso ist das Abendessen im Restaurant hervorzuheben! Man erreicht das Hotel in wenigen Minuten vom Bahnhof zufuss.
Schade war, dass das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsachse lag, jedoch in der 30er Zone. Für meinen Geschmack waren die Matrazen sehr weich.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026L'accueil très chaleureux et un très bon restaurant à disposition. Les chambres sont rénovées et très confortables. Il y a un parking gratuit à disposition.
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus élaboré (il manquait des fruits frais coupés par exemple, un peu de saumon fumé pourquoi pas...) mais je vais vraiment chercher la petite bête. Sinon très bien.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Wir waren mit unseren Teenagern für eine Nacht im Familienzimmer im Haus gegenüber dem Haupthaus. Das Zimmer war gross, die Betten bequem. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, auch Joghurt und Obst. Die Hotelbesitzer waren nett, haben und Tipps gegeben zur Skimiete. Empfehlenswert.
Verkehrslärm da direkt an der Strasse. Es gab aber sehr gute Lärmschutzfenster.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Wer den Holzstil mag, wird dieses Zimmer lieben. Es war sehr sauber. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und neu. Frühstück tiptop. Einmal Abendessen im Restaurant, um Capuns zu probieren. Es war sehr lecker. Wir raten, zu reservieren. Personal war freundlich.
Tür zum Flur war ringhörig.
