Wow todo nos pareció incredible. Primero la atención de todo el personal, Andrés, Kelly, Marcela y claramente se me escapan muchos nombres. La ubicación perfecta, el ambiente de desconexión y naturaleza. La comida deliciosa. Volveremos todas las veces que podamos.

We had a wonderful stay. The setting is absolutely beautiful and feels like paradise. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and would happily recommend it.

Access to the beach could be a little better, and our two rooms were quite far from each other. However, the room situation was explained very clearly to us, so this was not really an issue.

Tranquilo e ideal para descansar.

En el baño de la cabaña no hay desagüe entonces el agua tiende a estancarse mientras la tierra la absorbe. Eso hace que el agua quede ahí por tiempo.

La estadía fue maravillosa , el lugar muy hermoso, Palomino no se diga . Excelente destino y lugar para estar y desconectarse.

Es un lugar tranquilo, con instalaciones limpias y cómodas, personal muy amable. El desayuno es generoso y rico. El propósito de mi viaje era el descanso absoluto y logré el objetivo. Amé la presencia de los perros y el gato. Un lugar que recomiendo al 100%

Ungepflegt, abgewohnt. Das Haupthaus ist eher ein Rohbau mit Möbeln. Kein Wasserdruck. Der Großteil der Angestellten wirkt lustlos. Katze verteilt Flöhe, das Essen enthält Knochensplitter.

Super Unterkunft. Personal spricht Englisch. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr lecker (nur der Kaffee könnte besser sein). Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit toller Terrasse, großem Bett mit intaktem Mückenschutz, begehbarer Kleiderschrank und schönem Bad. Pool war sauber und hat zum entspannen eingeladen.

Es gibt unglaublich viele fiese Moskitos, bis wir es in unser Zimmer geschafft hatten wurden wir schon mehrfach gestochen. Auch auf den Liegen am Pool kann man aufgrund der Moskitos quasi nicht liegen. Da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür, daher auch kein Abzug.

Top hostel. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de locatie is erg goed. Het ligt buiten het drukken centrum en er zijn veel faciliteiten zoals een zwembad, eetgedeelte, gym equipment en geweldigde hangmatten. De bedden zijn erg groot en had hier mijn beste nachtrust in Colombia tot nu toe.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y está separado razonablemente del bullicio. Los desayunos son tipo buffet. Los espacios son cómodos.

Siempre hay que caminar unos 15 mins por la orilla de la playa o unos 30 minutos por la vía, para poder llegar a la calle principal de Palomino. No hay servicio de restaurante después de las 3 de la tarde.

La ubicación es lo suficientemente cerca a la playa y a la calle principal evitando el bullicio de la zona de bares. Hay pocas habitaciones lo cual lo hace mas personalizado y tranquilo. Las instalaciones son agradables y da gusto estar ahí. El servicio de los que trabajan es muy bueno. Andrés el muchacho de la recepción siempre muy atento así como José el señor que cuida de noche y las señoras de cocina y limpieza. Es silencioso y se puede descansar muy bien. Las opciones del restaurante para almorzar eran muy variadas, deliciosas y a buen precio. El desayuno es bueno. Agua y café siempre disponibles.

Es ist das 2. Mal dass wir im Casa Chapolin gewohnt haben. Wir waren ohne Anstriche glücklich mit der Unterkunft. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, super Unterkünfte - einfach genau das, was man sich wünscht!

Hier kann ich nichts eintragen- es hat uns alles gefallen!

Casa chapolin was a small charming hotel in a beautifu lush jungle setting. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great. We even saw toucans while eating breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and room and balcony were spacious and we'll designed. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Shower was cold (solar hot water would be a great addtion ) and could have had more pressure.

its actually a bit of a walk back and round to the beach, a foot path that could cut across would make all the difference.

Toller Pool, tolles Frühstück. Gepflegt und sehr schön und ruhig. Leider ist der Strand komplett zerstört. Was man unbedingt wissen muss, es gibt 24/7 steckfreudige Moskitos in Bad die Tierchen sind sehr aktiv.

Der Bungalow (Baumhaus) ist wirklich schlecht beleuchtet. Keine gute Möglichkeit die Kleidung für 2 Personen aufzubewahren oder aufzuhängen.

Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit hausgemachtem Brot. Schöne Gartenanlage mit einem riesigen zentralen Baum.

Leider gibt es seit Jahren in ganz Palomino keinen Sandstrand mehr! Die Meeresfront besteht aus Betonelemente uns Sandsäcken. Die ganzen Tage stank es leider immer nach Fäkalien (stieg durch den WC Abfluss hoch). Achtung: Bei Kartenzahlung versuchen sie 5% zus. zu verrechnen. Diese Regel ist weder in der abgeschlossenen Buchung noch in der Bestätigung von booking.com ersichtlich.

Yuly was the most beautiful host, even making time to help us with our Spanish. The breakfast was incredible - all the food was freshly prepared with love. Comfortable beds, great outdoor gym, excellent WiFi...and the location was perfect. Super quiet but within minutes from all the main restaurants, bars, etc. We were just there to relax but it would have been a great space to work from too.

The coffee was a minor let down, especially when the quality everywhere else is SO high. Everything else was so great it really didn't matter in the end.

Todo estaba muy cómodo pero había demasiado zancudo y no tenían nada para mitigar el tema

El lugar es muy acogedor y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. La comida deliciosa y mantiene una buena relación precio-calidad. Los cuartos son amplios con excelente limpieza. Buena atención del personal.

Quizás podrían tener algún incienso para evitar los mosquitos u ofrecer algún repelente para los huéspedes. Informan que las habitaciones tienen caja fuerte, pero en realidad es un pequeño locker con llave no muy seguro, porque no se encuentran en buen estado las cerraduras.

Todo nos gusto todo

Wunderschöne Anlage, schöner Garten mit Pool, sehr freundliches Personal, super leckeres Frühstück mit Omelett, Crêpe, Obst, Müsli, Kaffee, usw. Komfortabler Bungalow

Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Gartenblick, der ein paar Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt war. Pro: viel Privatsphäre. Con: man muss jedes Mal hin und herlaufen, wenn man zum Frühstück, Pool, Co Working usw gehen will. Das WLAN am Bungalow hat nicht funktioniert.

La ubicación es perfecta. Las instalaciones son hermosas y muy cómodas. El personal es muy amable.

Desde nuestra habitación se escuchaba mucho y desde temprano la bulla de perdonas conversando en la zona del restaurante.

Una habitación muy amplia en un lugar muy bonito y en calma.

La piscina estaba en construcción por lo que había problemas con el agua, que salía totalmente negra tanto en la ducha como en los lavabos, con lo cual era imposible asearse. Entiendo que es una mejora para el hotel, pero creo que en esas circunstancias no deberían aceptar huéspedes. El desayuno no cumple exactamente lo que dice, no me pusieron fruta, y cuando la pedí, me pusieron un cuenco de papaya al borde de la putrefacción.

Super schöne Unterkunft, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, alles total herzlich gemacht, Personal ist super hilfsbereit und engagiert. Gerne wieder Zimmer gross, wir hatten mit Klimaanlage. Yoga, Meditation und Gymbereich -> 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Bei uns war der Pool nicht offen Das männliche Personal hat sich nach dem WC Gang die Hände nicht gewaschen- was ich sehr eklig fand.

Beautiful location. Our Cabaña looked wonderful, was spacious and the surroundings were relaxing and inspiring. Nature sounds all the time and attention to detail.

The room cleaning was really quick and not so great. There is a fan, but the cabaña is quite warm so airco would be better. However, our stay was amazing. We loved it so much!

El desayuno es deli, con ricas opciones, las habitaciones son cómodas y el lugar siempre está limpio, la atención del personal es muy amable.

Amplio jardin y el desayuno super completo. La zona comun tiene encanto.

Las ventanas de las habitaciones son de madera (sin vidrio) y has de tenerlas cerradas mientras estas dentro porque no tiene mosquitera (hay infinididad de mosquitos). Por lo que dentro de la habitacion estas a oscuras y hay humedad. No lo recomendaria por este motivo. Estan haciendo obras en la piscina por lo que em sabado a las 7am estaban taladrando. Cero paz

Barely any water came from the shower, mosquito netting on the windows rather than huge hole netting would be a good idea, charging for the yoga was a disappointment.

It‘s very spacious and clean. The room was cleaned every day.

The room was big but felt a bit like staying in a garage because of the window and door which are made of wood. There is no mosquito net on the window so we preferred to keep the window shut at night. So it smelled a bit humid. Probably also because it‘s rainy season.

I loved to stay at the dorm! It’s a bit more pricey than other hostels but it’s part of a very chic boutique hotel, the staff was always super friendly, breakfast was a lot and super tasty. The beds and the bathroom were spacious, they have a very nice workout area and yoga in the morning. I just loved to hang around and watch the animals in the trees. Very calm and relaxing overall.

It’s not social, that’s the only downfall.

Loved everything about our stay. We unfortunately didn’t get one of the bungalows but the rooms were also so nice and we were very happy with our room. Staff were so lovely and we even spent New Year’s Eve dinner there which was great! The outdoor gym was a bonus and we definitely made use of that. It’s only a few mins walk to the beach front. I can only highly recommend coming here!

Like most places in Palomino, just make sure you are aware there is no aircon in the room just the fan. Which works fine but just as an FYI as it’s not the same

The hotel is well located, close to the beach but far enough to not be bothered by the loud party music of the town. The breakfast was also really good and staff were very friendly.

The cabin was located at the entrance, where lights remain on all night. The location of the bed in front of the windows, and white curtains in the room made too much light to come in to sleep well.

We had a quiet bungalow very private but close to the sea so we could hear the surf.

Have hot water for shower.

A wonderful, pieceful and quiet place. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Great activities for reasonable prices (we did Yoga and massage). We booked one of the Cabañas outside of the hotel closer to the beach. They are awesome and highly recommended - spacious, private, clean, well equipped, very close to the beach and a beautiful open bathroom. You get a 10 % discount on lunch and dinner at la ola, an external beach bar/restaurant with friendly staff and good food/drinks (but only until 7/8 pm). There are also plenty of good restaurants around. We would definitely come here again.

Nothing to complain about. The hotel has no private beach, but you have your own small garden at the cabaña which is really only a few steps away from the sea.

The staff, the food, the vibe is really pleasant at Casa Chapolin. The accommodation is really spacious and the rooms are beautiful. Would recommend anyone to stay here :)

I thought there was a swimming pool, but maybe I didn't check properly..
