Very friendly staff went out of their way to help us with an early breakfast. Lovely and clean.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar voldoende. De inbegrepen parkeerplaats is erg handig. De kamers waren ruim genoeg.

Het bed was wat hard voor mijn persoonlijke voorkeur. De kamers zijn niet zo modern.

Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel im Zimmer stammen wahrscheinlich noch aus den Siebzigern.

The location is very accessible, and the view from the room was incredible. The mountains and the village were right in front of us, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was more than sufficient, with a good variety of options and excellent service.

The only downside was the noise around the building. During our stay, there was construction work taking place, which started at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance. In addition, the road next to the property appears to be a main route used by commuters in the morning. As a result, the traffic noise was quite noticeable and could be disturbing, especially if you plan to sleep later in the morning.

La situación, la limpieza y el personal

Accueil et service très sympathique, situation proche de la gare et bien accessible en transports publics. l'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité prix, avec des prix plutôt accessibles pour la Suisse...la literie est confortable, les chambres sont propres, mais le bâtiment et les chambres sont plutôt anciens, voire un peu défraichis.

les chambres côté routes sont assez bruyantes, en fonction du trafic routier (poids lourds dès taux le matin).

The staff was friendly The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough with closets to hang clothes The room itself looked new (as others reviews mentioned, the staircase doesn't look great, but I didn't spend much time there, so it didn't bother me much) The breakfast was very good On days when I went out early for hikes, I asked for a packed lunch instead of the breakfast. The sandwich was really good at the end of hikes. The pack included a sandwich + a water bottle+ fruit + snack. I enjoyed the sandwich the most, so maybe I should have asked for 2 sandwiches instead :) In the room, there were multiple brochures about hikings and other attractions in the area, which was convenient

A ceiling fan would have been nice. I slept with an open window to help with the heat. It was noisy occasionally, but not too much. The shower was a bit small

Escolhi ficar em Frutigen para no outro dia ir para Kandersteg e fazer a trilha do Oeschnensee, e antes passar pelo lago de Blausee, no caminho, e também pelo custo benefício oferecido. Hotel bem localizado, bom conforto, bom quarto, bom café da manhã, foi tudo tranquilo, como planejado.

I loved everything about my stay, and this hotel has become one of my best memories from the whole trip. The service is truly 5 🌟, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. But what really made the stay special was the hotel staff. They were absolutely amazing - I felt like I had come to visit family or very close friends. Their warmth and hospitality were truly exceptional! If I had known in advance how wonderful this place was, I would have stayed much longer. I will definitely come back, as this place has stolen a little piece of my heart. ❤️ Huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay so special!

Готель знаходитьсяна розі вулиць. Вулиця доволі активна, але ми особо дискомфору не відчували. Номер невеликий, є балкон з краєвидом на гори. Зручне ліжко. Смачний сніданок. Парковка у дворі. Дівчина на рецепції дуже доброзичлива.

Готель потребує оновлення. У ванній кімнаті стоїть акрилова ванна, низька стеля. Доволі круті сходинки, ліфта немає. Важкувато було знайти рецепціїю

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó volt, kicsit visszafogotabb, de tiszta és jó helyen lévő hotel. Személyzet barátságos és segítőkész volt.

Kicsit hangos volt reggel az utca amikor pakoltak a közeli boltokban.

The staff was super friendly and we received great advice on activities around the area from the lady who worked at the breakfast bar and dining recommendations from the receptionist.

Very good hotel, at finest location in the town. Lady at reception was very helpful during check in and checkout, helping to find nearby places to visit.

The only small thing we didn't like was that they only had limited options for vegetarians in their breakfast buffet.

Tout était parfait Le personnel super gentils tous ! Tout le monde était adorable et prenait le temps de bien nous expliquer ou nous informer. C'est ideal pour l'emplacement car juste à 5 min de la gare de 3 min d'un coop. Le village est super sympa et les gens sont super accueillants en tout cas pour une prochaine fois c'est sur que je choisiri cette hotel les yeux fermer !! Ah oui et le petit dejeuner c'est supef délicieux et copieux 😊 Merci Tout le monde

We chose this hotel for its location, as it was close to several hiking trails we wanted to explore. The hotel was simplebut lovely and its location was really good. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Our room was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

A small fridge in the room would be really nice.

La chambre donne sur une route extrêmement bruyante, avec des centaines de voitures circulant jusqu’à passé minuit, et depuis 5 heures du matin; de plus, les fenêtres isolent mal du bruit, il faisait extrêmement chaud, pas de ventilation, donc obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres donc impossible de dormir. On paie un hôtel pour se reposer, non?

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bij ontbijt lekkere kaas, lekker brood. Kamer en douche schoon. De voor Zwitserland relatief lage hotelprijs. Goede map met allerlei activiteiten. Vraag bij entree om Kundenkarte daarmee krijg je korting bij liften, soms parkeren etc.

Versiering van hotel in het trappenhuis. Grijze schilderijtjes en entree zijkant met grijze muurdelen. Daar wordt je niet vrolijk van. Trappenhuis kan fleuriger en kleuriger met wat fantasie en voor dezelfde prijs. Douche was karig. Voor landen buiten Zwitserland krijg je voor een hotel veel meer waar voor je geld (maar dan zonder de bergen en natuurschoon!!).

Clean room with a pleasant aroma, I really liked it. Enough towels. Room cleaning in my absence. Delicious simple breakfast. Friendly staff all the time.

My windows faced the highway and it was very noisy at night. The heat during the day makes it impossible to close the windows even at night. There is no air conditioning.

The breakfast was excellent with friendly staff and great selection of cereals, cheeses, breads, and accompaniments. Very friendly Host Andrea who answered all of our questions. Special view of the mountains from our room. Easy to connect by rail. Very great spot to spend a few days and visit the hiking and mountain sites

I loved the location in the small town of Frutigen. The hotel was close to the bus and train station making everything very accessible. The hotel staff were super nice, the breakfast was great, and the room was perfect for our needs.

Sehr ringhöriges Haus. Man kann nicht schlafen, wenn Personen im Zimmer nebenan sich unterhalten.

The hotel, while old and tired on the outside, is lovely and clean inside. 1960s retro charm. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower and bath.

The wooden balcony needs a lick of paint, as does much of the outside of the hotel. At this time of year (early May) it feels very quiet, though I assume it is busier in the ski and summer seasons. The walls of the rooms are quite thin - we could hear conversations of the people in the next room. No fan in the room. A but pricey for what you get.
