Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Tempat yang strategik. Mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana sebab berdekatan dengan pelbagai tempat makan dan kedai. So far everything good. Lift juga disediakan. Cuma ada sedikit tangga kena naik before sampai lift (around 4-5 tapak tangga). Everything good to stay untuk rehat2 tido.
Nothing much, just untuk parking saja. Hotel sediakan 4 parking saja dekat depan. Yg lain kena parking dekat basement and ada charges. Quite pricey charges dia around RM 20 kalau semalam (based on hours). Tapi eventhough basement, dorang da reserved a few parking lots untuk hotel customer. And also malam2 kalau ada jenis motor yg bising, boleh dengar la tapi sesekali saja, so tak menggangu sangat for me.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The room was so spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom also looks so clean and comfortable to stay in. The service and parking was reserve for every guest. The location is so strategic and walkway for every place.
The lobby is on the 1st floor. Need a little effort to use lift for registeration.

Overall okay but easy to hear the sound of the next guest when they close & lock the door. Too noisy if u have a child maybe they can wake up. Please remaind the guest not to noise until midnight

Please Add clear signage in the basement to direct guests to the hotel lift. Also, the room and bathroom have high windows that compromise privacy and pose a safety concern.

yg bagus cuma mudah access dlm shoping mall . lain2 biasa je.

Reviewed May 17, 2026everything is ok but there is 1 problem with the parking lot. for people who rent a family room will get a parking card but for small rooms you will not get a parking card and have to find your own parking even though it is a busy place. you have to park in a paid place. for hotel parking there is no reservation at all. please fix it in the parking section. thank you

Reviewed May 4, 2026Dlm kawasan centrum. Senang nk turun cari makan n jalan2x sekitar bawah. Semua benda ada. Farmasi, watson, kedai makan semua lengkap. Paling penting tak scary. Sbb bwk baby, baby pun lena je tidur. Tak dak usik mengusik. Parking lot juga disediakan.
Water heater x cukup panas.
