From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome, ensuring every part of my stay was seamless and comfortable. The location is easily the best in the area—perfectly situated to enjoy the local vibe while still feeling like a private escape. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a memorable Goan getaway. I’ll definitely be back!
They should at least have some basic amenities in the room like tea kettle tissue roll telephone that's what they should upgrade in the room overall everything was great

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The room was cleaned and bed made up very nicely every day! Breakfast was good. They could have managed it better for the availability of different food options, with cutleries, seating arrangements, etc.
Wifi was not stable. They said it was an external issue, but I do not think so. The lift was not working properly. They did not fix it during our stay.

The bed- too soft The linen- old and stained. The condition of room/balcony- too old. Needs a paint job. Even the balcony is not pretty. The view is not casa de patio but goa. The balcony is casa de patio and requires to be upgraded.

Rooms were terrible. The balcony flooded and water seeped into two rooms. In one of the rooms, there was hole on the wall near the roof from where dirty water was dripping. The staff were apologetic and changed the room for us but the rooms were not maintained well

No hair dryer. No shampoo. No mosturiser. There should be more options in breakfast. Aswell as there should be a option to order food from kitchen every time. There is more to do.
Quality of services. Like hair dryer. Hot water for shower. Fridge should be in room. Cold water for drinking. There should be one telephone in the room to direct contact to reception.

Services and facilities should be improved basics like room telephone, TV should be working. At least 2 chairs in room but at the last no one is picking up calls at 12. No staff response to the issues, are casual behaviour met all the time. Rooms given at 1st floor stating that hotel is soldout but there are no guests. No wifi provided.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025The lack of crowd and noise. Comfortable beds. One spacious room. Comfortable layout. Useful workdesk included. Pleasant staff.
I missed the bathroom exhaust fan, a shower curtain. Room 405. The wash basin was a good 6 inches away from the counter edge and barely 3 inches off the wall so that was animpossible stretch to keep water from falling out of the basin. While the bath fittings appeared new, the rest of the room corners appeared to be well used, and full of grime and gunk from average mopping. The bath mirror was stuck on and the tiles were about half an inch above it. Plenty of room for masonry improvement. The room had all of 2 very dimly lit LEDs for lighting and 3 empty holders. Some amenities appeared to be from OYO. The lift floor and door rail floorwas extraordinarily grimy with god knows what, but the lift cabin was nicely developed, so maybe I just got what I paid for.
