Come scrivono tutti nei commenti, anche con una camera ai piani alti, il rumore della musica di notte rimane importante. L’hotel lascia i tappi a tutti nelle stanze. La colazione è buona, però è incluso unicamente un piatto cucinato, frutta e una bevanda. Se si vuole più di un’opzione è a pagamento. Non c’è buffet. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole.

Staff was amazing , checking in , was very accommodating , I requested if they knew any tours . And she immediately booked the two tours I requested. For the next two days after. The restaurant breakfast was great . Dinner menu is good but lacking more vegetarian and vegan options.
The walls are thin and you can hear crying baby and cabinet opening and closing sound. Music outside from night clubs are loud and hard to sleep, but I brought my earplugs so, I was fine and had no trouble sleeping. Regardless of the noise I definitely will go back

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026This hotel is in a great, central location. Rooftop bar is nice with small pool and hot tub (though did not use as weather wasn’t great). Breakfast is superb and staff super friendly and helpful
Other reviews mention the noise and this is a real issue - it’s not just a bit of outside noise, there are bars and clubs pumping music until 3am so unless you’re a heavy sleeper you cannot sleep without ear plugs. That said, the hotel provides a ‘sleep well kit’ with white noise machine and ear plugs and with that from the second night we were fine. They could perhaps make it more obvious by leaving out on the bed. It’s in a lively part of town so everywhere would be somewhat noisy around there. Also minus point was gym not on site and you have to pay COP 50,000 to use each time

El desayuno muy escuálido para lo que paga uno en relación precio calidad. Esperaría que ofrecieran bufette y que los meseros atendieran bastante mejor. El wifi pauperrimo, las mucamas no rellenan el gel de ducha, hay que decirle explícitamente que lo cambien.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Beautiful hotel in an interesting but good location...had no idea that it was an area for sex tourism but the hotel has a clear policy, lots of police around, so.felt very safe. Staff were incredible and very accommodating, especially Sara at reception. Easy communication via Whatsapp when we needed breakfast before our flight. We were able to order the day before and it was ready when we sat down. Rooms lovely, they have thought of everything include a make-up face washer and in room water tap! Would 100% stay here again!

The second day when they cleaned the bathroom, they took the four towels and only replaced with three although there were four of us. The face towels were also gone. Attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was a bit lacking.

Su ubicación Si bien el poblado es el sitio donde hay que ir si vas con mentalidad de turista, en este caso está en una zona de marcha Mucho ruido hasta las 4 de la mañana Mucho ruido significa que aún si te dan habitación en los pisos de arriba , el ruido y la música te despierta Cuando hice la reserva me llamó la atención que cobrasen más por pisos altos Ahora lo entiendo El segundo punto es que está en el parque Llera, zona donde la prostitucion está tolerada. Es muy descarado No me va ese ambiente

Location - right on the super busy and loud street with all the bars so if that’s what you want then great and if not be ready for loud noise until 3-4am every night.
