I had a very disappointing experience at the counter. There were two staff members, a girl and a boy, but unfortunately, my booking was not checked properly according to the reservation details. The female staff member initially informed me that I needed to make an additional payment. If I had not personally double-checked my booking, I could have ended up paying around ₹1,500 extra unnecessarily. This is a serious concern and could easily confuse customers. The hotel should have a proper system for checking and verifying bookings before asking customers for additional payment. Customers should not be made to feel that they need to pay extra due to staff not checking the reservation details correctly. However, I would like to specifically appreciate Sandeep for stepping in, speaking with me professionally, checking the situation, and resolving the issue. His support and attitude were very good, and he handled the matter much better. Overall, the front-counter service needs significant improvement, especially in booking verification and communication. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers.

I was visiting there mainly to visit the isha foundation and was staying at this location for 3 days. The only suggestion I would have is for the hotel to have a shuttle service to the Isha foundation everyday. Im sure a lot of travellers come for that , if they could have a fixed shuttle then it would help travellers like me not to be dependant on auto rickshaws every day.

I have booked my stay in the property for 6 days, a month ago. My plans changed and I informed the staff that I can stay only for three days. They told me to put request on booking.com and I did. When I went to check out on day three, booking.com would not let me check out until commission for full 6 days was paid. I told the staff that I will compensate for the commission since I had other plans had to move on. After a day Booking.com sent me massages saying owner refused my request to leave early which is untrue. People plan can change. Booking.com should not be charging commission for the services people have not used.

The security guards are so humble and helpful. The management have gone out of their way to assist me collect my parcels and bring me cotton pad to burn my lump for Diwali . Thank you so much
