the hotel is set on a hill on multiple levels, Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are lifts but you still need to climb and haul your luggage!

Fantastic hotel/resort. Sweeping views of the Ionian Sea. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable and quiet thankfully. The staff were very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank goodness for the outdoor elevators as the hotel is built on the hill so it’s a climb but easy to get to. Also surprisingly the shampoo happened to be one of the best I’ve ever tried, even beats the expensive salon ones! it did wonders to my hair. I need to track the brand or manufacturer down.

Troppi scalini, a volte gli ascensori non funzionavano, ristorante a cena con poca scelta, un vero peccato perche' si trova in una posizione spettacolare. Il fatto di non avere il bagno al piano piscina ma dover salire tanti gradini

Gostei da estadia, pois a localização é boa e a vista é deslumbrante. Tem restaurantes próximos e a caminhada pela região é muito agradável. A equipe é atenciosa, o café da manhã é bom, a piscina é maravilhosa com vista para o mar. Tem uma praia próxima que é possível ir a pé. O quarto é amplo e limpo. Quando chegamos tinha água e outros produtos de cortesia na geladeira.

O banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento na pia, que acabava molhando o piso. Precisam fazer este reparo, no mais, estava tudo muito bom.

Imaginea este absolut superbă, o dată cu preluarea de către grupul GHH, au fost făcute renovări față de acum 2 ani(vizita mea anterioară), mic dejun mai diversificat și mai bun, camere zugrăvite, curățenie zilnic, schimbat prosoape la 2 zile, piscină infinity foarte faină, personalul orientat către clienți, aproape de taverne bune, zona linistita( fără trafic).

Hotel eccezionale con servizi e personale eccellente attenta ad ogni esigenza in particolare i due ragazzi Giorgios e Giannis simpatici e sempre gentili sorridenti e professionali. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata. Stanze pulitissime con vista panoramica sul mare.

Molte vespe in quanto c'è molto verde. Un appunto sulla manager dell'hotel è stata un po antipatica e scontrosa con noi perché avevamo un barboncino toy di 3 kg (tra l'altro sempre in braccio)e non voleva che stessimo a colazione e cena nella sala interna ma per le vespe fuori non era possibile mangiare.

Vista eccezionale, camera accogliente in posizione elevata e arroccata, raggiungibile con ascensore. Parcheggio comodo vicino camera.

The view and the pool are the two main gems of the hotel. You can see the sea and the bay directly from the room with no building in the middle. The room has a nice balcony to stay in the evenings and enjoy the breeze. AC worked wonderfully, which was really appreciated considering the heat outside. The hotel is clean and overall very nice. Breakfast has many choices for sweet and savoury food. Staff was always helpful and kind.

There were wasps in the breakfast balcony and at the pool bar: the first day it was really annoying. But the staff cleared them a bit and it was much better. Still, you’ll find them all over the island. Bathroom was large but maybe the style was a bit on older-looking. All was functioning very well.

Chambre désuète et accès très pentu (il faut être en forme pour accéder aux chambres de l'hôtel car l'ascenseur n'est pas accessible depuis le bas de l'hôtel); pas très agréable surtout lorsqu'il fait très chaud.

Posizione eccezionale, panoramica unica. Struttura veramente bella. Colazione molto varia, ricca sia di dolce, salato, frutta varia. Ottima.

La cena, limitata nella scelta del menu.

La struttura offre una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Sami e Agia Effimia sia dalla zona reception/ breakfast/piscina sia dalle stanze. Svegliarsi ogni mattina e sedersi per qualche minuto in terrazza ad ammirare il panorama era davvero un momento speciale. Probabilmente la struttura panoramica più bella dell’Isola. La colazione in terrazza con vista mare era varia con prodotti freschi e di qualità: si andava dalle torte e dolci tradizionali, passando per il salato fino alla frutta. Staff perfetto e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta. La posizione si è rivelata strategica per esplorare le spiagge più belle e i borghi dell’isola (Assos, Fiskardo). A piedi dalla struttura, percorrendo una passeggiata lungo il mare, era possibile raggiungere una piccola spiaggia con l’acqua cristallina, le taverne panoramiche e il centro di Agia Effimia con il suo porticciolo e tutte le attività ( ristoranti, market, bar). Esperienza fantastica. Ci ritorneremo.

Το πρωινό και ο χώρος του πρωινού χρειάζονται μια αναβάθμιση. Επίσης στα δωμάτια, δεν μας άλλαξαν καθόλου σεντόνια στις 5 ημέρες της διαμονής μας.

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue sur la baie. Très grande piscine et très agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent et très bien fourni. Chambre propre et de bonne taille avec un grand balcon avec vue. Petites attentions dans la chambre à notre arrivée très appréciées.

Notre chambre était proche du compteur électrique, donc assez bruyant par moment. Rangements inexistant dans la salle de bain, peu pratique et rideau de douche pas top.

A szállás környezete gyönyörű, a szintek között lifttel kell közlekedni. A medence környéke ápolt és tiszta, a személyzet rendkívűl kedves és segítőkész, a menű választásos vacsora viszont minden este isteni volt.

Food was very disappointing, shower drainage was blocked and had to be dealt with

Spacious rooms, amazing view, very clean, complimentary wine and mini bar drinks and snacks, beautiful pool, plenty of loungers. Super friendly and helpful staff was the icing on the cake!

Our room was a bit close to noisy aircon when on balcony. Lots of steps - but tat made for great views. It needs a toilet on the same level as the pool. Dinner a bit overpriced.

The best views of the sea. We were amazed when we got there. We loved the views from our balcony as well. And each room feels like a small villa. The swimming pool was great too and the service was excellent. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. We liked the breakfast, even though it didn't have the largest selection, it had all we needed - lots of options for fruits, different egg options each day. We liked the area as well, it had 3 very good restaurants and just nice to just walk along the sea. It was very close to a nice beach with clear water. There was also an option to rent a boat from the town which is 10 mins away. We loved it.

The toilet could have been better. The flush was hard to press and broke a few times. They did send someone to fix it right away though.Room is not very big , but we were happy with the size for the 3 of us.

The best view, the staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Not overcrowded, always space at the pool. Min 3 nights stay is a must to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend this hotel

I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. The hotel rooms are ok, but the bathrooms are very dated, with shower curtains and the water just goes out into the bathroom which isnt great and a bit of a hazard because the whole bathroom gets wet.

On arrival we been met by hotel manager and upgraded to villa with private swimming pool, that was a great present for my birthday . Fantastic views from the hotel to Agia Efimia, lots of restaurants nearby with excellent food and prices. Staff in hotel works very hard and they run it very smoothly. Breakfast was tasty . We parked just outside of reception. Our stay was absolutely perfect !

Excellent location with beautiful views from every room, and from pool and dining room, over the bay. The air con was so valued, the pool as so clean and lovely temperature, and the staff were outstanding, attending every requirement with enthusiasm and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and our complimentary fridge was stocked up and we were regularly asked if we needed more.

Access The hotel is set into the rocky hill and access to one’s room meant climbing numerous stony steps. It is definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. I am 94 and getting up and down was a nightmare - we had 40 steps to reach our room. Once at our room the view was peerless. Had a lovely big balcony. I feel the difficult access should be made clear as at our ages 94 and 83 we wouldn’t have stayed there had we known.

L'hotel è in una bellissima posizione panoramica, ma anche vicino al paese e ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi per raggiungere i numerosi ristoranti e locali della zona. La piscina è molto bella, il personale cordiale e attento. La direttrice dell'hotel è molto premurosa e ci ha accolti calorosamente. La colazione è buona, le camere sono ampie, il nostro terrazzo aveva una vista stupenda su tutta la baia. Letto molto grande e comodo. Siamo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Il bagno andrebbe sicuramente rinnovato e l'arredamento della camera ha uno stile ormai superato. Gli spazi esterni andrebbero curati maggiormente perchè risultano spogli. Però il prezzo è adeguato a queste considerazioni.

Hotel 4 stelle, situato su una “collina” isolata, vista mare pazzesca, molto tranquillo, molto silenzioso, stanza pulitissima, colazione e cena abbondanti con scelta tra ottimi piatti tradizionali e non, una nota d’onore ad uno dei camerieri, non ricordiamo il nome ma è stato molto simpatico, accogliente e di compagnia che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio immediatamente con qualche chiacchiera e qualche scherzo ci ha fatto sorridere, è bello trovare giovani così, come tutto il resto dello staff gentile e disponibile

Εξαιρετική διαμονή με υπέροχη θέα, άψογα καθαρή βίλα και πολύ φιλικό, επαγγελματικό προσωπικό που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι. Το πρωινό και το δείπνο ήταν ποιοτικά και πλούσια, ενώ η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για να εξερευνήσουμε ολόκληρη τη βόρεια και κεντρική Κεφαλονιά.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας δυσαρέστησε. Η συνολική εμπειρία ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας και θα επιλέγαμε το κατάλυμα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

La posizione, semplicemente eccezionale trovandosi l'albergo su una costa rocciosa a ridosso della baia di Agia Effimia. Il panorama che vi si gode è spettacolare. La mia camera era pulita ed accogliente con un terrazzino vista mare.

In primo luogo la terrazza dove si svolge la colazione è stata colonizzata dalle rondini che vi hanno installato alcuni nidi. La cosa può anche essere bella ma, da un punto di vista igienico, del tutto inaccettabile trovandosi tali nidi sopra i tavolii e le teste delle persone che fanno colazione. L'accesso alla piscina è una vera fatica , non essendovi un ascensore dedicato e trovandosi tre piani sotto il livello della reception. Vi si può accedere solo con le scalinate. Le strade di accesso ai piccoli parcheggi, poco curate, sono strette e ripidissime. Per percorrerle in salita bisogna andare in prima marcia ed al massimo sperando di non incontrare un'altra auto in senso contrario..

The Location has amazing views. And beautiful views from the Bedroom. The Villa style we had with private pool was fantastic with big rooms and large outside terrace area. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made you feel so welcome, especially the Manager who couldn't do enough for us and she made sure everything was ok with us the whole time we were there.

We had to come home!!

First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially those working at the pool bar. The view is stunning, and the pool is absolutely huge. The rooms are clean, a little outdated, but it fits well in Greece. It’s a 15 min walk to the village with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was decent, although there was a lot of pork and the overall selection could have been more varied. I feel like if you came at 10:00am for breakfast, it wasn’t very fresh anymore. The elevator needs an upgrade. It was broken 2 times during our stay. Things that we missed: - sunbeds with thicker mattresses - pool tables - some greenery around the pool(bar)

We had an amazing stay! The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel is incredibly peaceful—the perfect place to relax and unwind by the pool while overlooking the calm sea with a delicious iced coffee or cocktail in hand. The absolute highlight, however, was the staff, especially the manager, Ms. Apostolia. Everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. From their friendly smiles to their help with arranging activities around the island, they went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island!

Het was een ruim opgezet hotel. Ons kamer was ruim en balkon ook. Daarnaast was er een groot zwembad beschikbaar. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. En wat het beste is aan deze accommodatie is de ligging, het ligt op 10 minuutjes lopen van Agia Efimia. Een geweldig dorpje aan het water.

De kamers waren erg verouderd en waren wel aan vernieuwing toe. De bedden waren erg hard. Daarnaast kon het zwembad ook wel vernieuwing gebruiken.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in fact nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable with fantastic air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our stay. All the facilities were excellent and so would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Schönes Hotel in gepflegter grüner Anlage in sehr guter Lage mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Ort und ein kleiner Strand sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man kann sich sogar Sonnenschirme ausliehen für den Strand. Toller großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätzen. Gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit schönem Blick. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer up Grade auf eine Villa mit eigenem Pool, das war natürlich besonders schön.

Für uns war es völlig okay aber für ältere Menschen bzw Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen ist der Weg zu Fuß vom Ort ins Hotel vermutlich schwierig, die letzten Meter sind relativ steil.

This is a fantastic hotel with lovely staff and a great location. There are stunning views from the property, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's a short walk into town. The breakfast was great, and the staff were really professional, kind and provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Kefalonia.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. The views are stunning. The local village is very attractive with friendly shopkeepers and cafes, restaurants etc. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with great choice. The swimming pool is fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay there.

The walk up to the hotel from the village is quite challenging, particularly on a hot day. Some kind of transport like a golf buggy would be great. The steps up from the pool are also quite challenging and would not suit everyone.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we will certainly be back again in the future. Apostolia, the manager, was there to welcome us when we arrived, say goodbye when we left, and she couldn't do enough for us while we were there. The apartment was well appointed and kept spotless by daily visits from the cleaners. The food and drinks were fantastic and the friendly staff went above and beyond to look after us, we were treated like royalty.

The view but especially the staff made me feel very welcomed.

The staff are all lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The views from the balconies and restaurant terrace are fantastic. The food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast suited us. We loved the location too.

Amazing location, with great views. The hotel manager was very quick to resolve a couple of maintenance issues and was always a visible and friendly face each morning at breakfast!
