Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Kostenloser Parkplatz, freundliches Personal.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The only good thing is the stuff at the reception-very friendly and welcoming.
Where to start…many things are out of order (the shower,WC is not splashing), the floor seems to be not washed many weeks as many particles and hairs laying. The breakfast is limited variety of unfrozen dishes ,nothing looked and tasted fresh except for the bread. Besides that no AC in the room, but loud ventilator.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2023The location was nice and central, most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The wifi worked one day out of the 10 we stayed there, and I had to sit on the patio outside our room in order for it to work. The only time I was on wifi was when I sat in the lobby and used the wifi on the Althaus EG network. When I complained to a woman on staff about it, I was told it was my American laptop and phones that were to blame, which is ridiculous and rude (besides, I was able to get on wifi in other places in Germany just fine, but almost never at the hotel). That woman had no idea what she was talking about and any time I complained to her, I was met with indifference. At least another staffer was kind enough to give us a discount upon checkout.
