La ducha no estaba muy bien, una de ellas no tenía alcachofa y el agua caía a chorro. Y poco sitio para dejar las cosas de baño

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Lage innerhalb der Stadt villaviejo - gut, um local Life zu sehen, aber man benötigt für alles Bargeld - es gibt keinen großen Supermarkt Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich (Carolina), alle anderen eher nicht (ich musste nach Handtüchern fragen und wurde sehr lange ignoriert, als ich geklingelt habe, um hereinzukommen, wobei das Personal in der Nähe war. Ein Nachbar half mir dann hinein). Zimmer war sehr sauber Pool war gut Frühstück war okay
Das Bett ist super unbequem - man spürt jede Feder Man kann das Fenster nicht schließen - dadurch Insekten im Zimmer

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Gezellig en verzorgd hotelletje vlak aan Tatacoa. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken. De faciliteiten zijn eerder basic, maar prijs-kwaliteit prima. Wij mochten een dag met Engelstalige gids Joe op pad, een heel fijne ervaring! Ook vervoer naar en van de busterminal van Neiva werd voor ons geregeld. Aanrader.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, im Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, alles sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir konnten über das Hotel eine Tour buchen und auch die Weiterreise per Bus hat das Personal arrangiert.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr einfach. Leider sprach das Personal nur spanisch.

Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte leider nur eines der Zimmer warmes Wasser. Positiv war, dass wir dieses Zimmer zum Duschen mitbenutzen durften.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La struttura è molto pulita e ha anche una piccola piscina che con il caldo che fa non guasta. Il personale è gentile. Le camere sono disposte attorno a un cortile e si può stare fuori. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Presenza di aria condizionata. Silenzioso
La stanza doppia è un po’ piccola. Non c’è acqua calda. Quando si fa colazione nel cortile, i motociclisti in partenza scaldano i motori dando fastidio all’olfatto e all’udito.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026L’hotel Colonial si trova in una buona posizione a Villavieja, l’ambiente è confortevole e il personale molto gentile. Carolina la proprietaria è stata sempre presente e disponibile e grazie a lei abbiamo organizzato le visite all’osservatorio e al deserto con Joe che è stato un fantastico accompagnatore ricco di informazioni utili alla comprensione e al rispetto del luogo, e infine il giro sulla lancia per visitare il rio la Magdalena: tutto questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso! Villavieja è un paesino delizioso ideale per riconnettersi alla natura. Buona la colazione. Consigliato

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026L'arrivo e il benvenuto di Carolina (se non ricordo male il nome è stato caldo e accogliente). Peccato non averla praticamente più vista per il resto del soggiorno. La camera al piano terra era spartana ma pulita. Acqua rigorosamente fredda (diciamo temperatura ambiente) e con poca pressione. Colazione normale, ma con succhi davvero ottimi.

Las habitaciones en segundo piso, el hotel estaba vacío y tengo dificultad en bajar escaleras, no había agua caliente, la piscina es pequeña, en las fotos se ve más grande. La puerta de la habitación difícil de abrir, muy pegada la chapa. El tv se prendió solo en medio de la noche. Un poco costoso para ser un hotel básico.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Wifi con 3 señales diferentes, television, TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO CON MUY BUEN MANTENIMIENTO la habitacion es sencilla pero a penas para lo que uno necesita: dormir. el desayuno fue excelente, muy delicioso, la atencion muy buena, es una familia y todos sus integrantes son funcionarios del hotel lo que lo hace muy lindo y bien cuidado. no tiene demasiadas facilities pero es a penas para pasar la noche y seguir la expedicion en la tatacoa o volver a dormir comodamente. Es muy limpio, no tiene plagas, solo las hormiguitas minusculas normales de tierra caliente. cuando vuelva a a tatacoa regresaré sin duda allí
La piscina estaba en mantenimiento pero nada grave.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The staff was so polite and helpful during my time here. I appreciated the assistance with transportation and setting up tours. I went on a tour with their English speaking guide, Brayan, and it was excellent (full day tour: 4 hours AM, 4 hour break, 4 hours PM). I learned so much and was at so much ease on the tour - everything was taken care of. It was great to have the pool to relax in during the afternoons (you'll need it), A/C in the room, and it was a nice, quiety property so I had proper sleep.
The breakfast wasn't awesome, and I think they could give a towel or two more in the room (especially for your feet after a shower!).

In der Nachbarschaft wurde laute Musik bis um 4 Uhr morgens gespielt. Daher war die Schlafqualitaet nicht gut. Das Personal hatte wohl die Polizei informiert, die leider nichts gemacht hat.

Alles gut, nur zur Info: die Fenster sind offen, im Zimmer kann man es durch einen Fensterladen verschließen.

Frühstück war nicht der Brüller, Die Zimmer extrem klein, Manstolpert nachts über die Koffer zur Toilette. Kein warmes Wasser weder aus dem Becken noch aus der Dusche. Nach dem Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser incl, Klo. Der Duschkopf spritzte das ganze Bad voll.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The staff did not speak English but were very helpful. They even prepared our breakfast to go and offered to store our luggage. We had a car and were able to park it safely on the property, which was very convenient. The rooms are basic but very clean. The air conditioning works very well, and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. Overall, the hotel is fairly quiet, although you can hear people a bit when they are spending time in the courtyard. The location is excellent. The hotel is in town, so it’s easy to go out for dinner, and at the same time you can reach the Tatacoa Desert very quickly. This is ideal, as it’s best to arrive there early before the heat becomes intense.
Nothing, you get what you paid for.
