Wundervolle Lage, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenhalt. Das Hotel ist Eco, also man sollte sich kein Luxusresort vorstellen.

Wir mussten jeweils sehr lange aus das Essen warten, sicher 1 Stunde. Wenn es danm gekommen ist war das meiste wirklich sehr lecker.

Es mi segunda vez en este hotel, considero que es el servicio, la atención la ubicación todo aporta.

Que no se pudiera regular el aire acondicionado y solo pudimos apagarlo para que subiera la temperatura

La tranquilidad del alojamiento, el personal amable, las excursiones y definitivamente volveremos

Tuvieron puntualmente algunos inconvenientes con la electricidad pero nada que afectara nuestra estancia y fueron muy atentos con el tema

Si bien esto se solucionó. Quise comprarle un recuerdo a un isleño y nos vendió un producto carísimo. Y nos dimos cuenta porque luego de la compra fuimos a ver los artesanos que se ponen con sus mesitas y la diferencia de precio era casi 3 veces el precio que nos habían vendido. De todas maneras, hablamos con él y nos dio algunos productos más por el mismo valor. Pero, de todas maneras, nos quedó una mala sensación, porque compre solo con la intención de apoyarlos, no para sentirme engañada

El precio de la habitación no lo justifica. Hace calor en las habitaciones por más que hay ventilador de techo y otro de pared. Igual. Deberían invertir en aire acondicionado. La acústica del lugar muy floja. Falta mantenimiento

Buena relación costo beneficio, el hotel tiene opciones de entretenimiento por un costo adicional y es bastante privado y tranquilo. El restaurante ofrece buenas opciones

O local é lindo, bem roots... Os funcionários sao excelentes, educados e solícitos.

Eu me senti isolada literalmente numa ilha. Pouquíssimos recursos, acaba que todas as refeições devem ser feitas dentro do hotel, e nao há tantas opções. ;( Fiquei 3 dias e nao houve serviço de limpeza, passei todos os dias com a higiene básica que fazia no quarto. ;( Um ponto que me desestabilizou demais, cada hotel tem seu gerador, e no Ecohotel jao comporta os kws, acontecia qie a cada 20m a energia caia e ficamos longo tempo esperando estabilizar. Fiquei na suíte 2( o ar condicionado nao funcionava) mesmo com reclamações, muita coisa não se podia fazer...nem nos deram a opção de troca de quarto. No final, no check out, boa deram desc de 10% pelo transtorno, mas sinceramente preferia ter tido experiência melhor.

The hotel is next to ocean

I paid around £130 per night for a junior suite, and the standard did not reflect the price at all. The bedding was unclean, did not feel fresh, and the room overall felt unclean, worn, and poorly maintained. The walls, curtains, and bathroom were tired and in poor condition, and the water pressure was very low and the toilet was filthy and did not flush on arrival. I spoke to the receptionist who tried to blame the cleaner, this is not just a cleaning issue, it reflects a lack of care, overall upkeep and attention. I have travelled extensively and this is the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel early. Unfortunately, I do not feel the photos accurately represent the current condition of the property and would not recommend this hotel at this price at all.

Loved our stay here! Amazing location and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend booking the boat tour via the hotel, this was one of the highlights of our trip!

Blutflecken am Moskitonetz, verdreckte Sonnenliegen, nur der Gang des Sonnendecks ist zu benutzen weil der Großteil der Fläche einsturzgefährdet ist. Die Zimmer sind klein & runtergekommen. Vielleicht gibt es ein Zimmer dass so aussieht wie in der Anzeige aber keine Ahnung wo das sein soll. Als wir mit dem Boot ankamen dachten wir zuerst wir wären falsch weil das Hotel völlig verlassen aussah. Man hört laute Beats (je nach Wind) von den anliegenden Beach Clubs die eigentlich in Dauerschleife happy Birthday spielen oder mit der Spotify-Werbung auf voller Lautstärke brillieren.. SCHRECKLICH

Very unwelcoming, negative signs everywhere - do not bring your own food and drink, no not move the sun loungers, the shaded part of the deck was taped off and out of action, as others have said the place was poorly maintained. The lock on my door was broken so there was a bodged padlock solution, you couldn't lock it from the inside, the catch was too stiff. Worst shower ever - i was expecting cold water but it was the tiniest trickle. They lock the gate at 6pm so you can't go elsewhere in the evening. Check out is at 11am and your boat back is anytime between 1:30 and 3pm. It was fine enough to be in a lovely peaceful place but very overpriced for the standard of the place.

El lugar es lindo y tranquilo, tal como muestra en las fotos. Esto no es malo pero a opinion personal el lugar es muy tranquilo y no cuenta con ninguna actividad incluida. El hotel es aislado al estar en la isla y considero que deberian contar con actividades incluidas para sus huespedes, como kayak, stand up paddle, snorkel o paseos. Lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y sin mucha actividad.

El personal no era muy amable ni atento. Una noche hicieron una fiesta de cumpleaños para un niño de la isla en el hotel, justo afuera de nuestra habitacion, se escuchaba la musica de niños bastante fuerte. Por otro lado, no contaban con transporte al hotel y el que nos ofrecian ellos era bastante caro. Deberian considerar el trayecto al quedar tan aislado

Localisation et restauration

It was a very beautiful hotel. The room was amazing. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed the welcome drink. The food was tasty.

Ich hatte eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit hier! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Zimmer einfach, aber hat alles was man braucht; das Essen sehr lecker; zum relaxen hats einen Sitzplatz vor dem Zimmer und Liegestühle am Meer, zum erfrischen das wunderschöne Meer! Die Inseln sind sowieso ein Traum!! Ich konnte jeden Tag kleine und grössere Ausflüge machen mit dem Boot, in die Mangrovenwälder und Lagunen, sogar darin schwimmen in der Dunkelheit um die leuchtenden Plankton zu sehen, zu unbewohnten Inseln, zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen mit den Fischen. Es war einfach perfekt! Die unglaublich schöne Natur, die lieben Menschen, das alles strahlt eine tiefe innere Ruhe aus, die sehr heilsam ist. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich wiedermal herkommen kann!

Très déçue par le rapporttt qualité-prix. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel, cher et très bien noté sur Booking, en pensant faire le bon choix. Au final, le séjour a été loin d’être à la hauteur du prix payé. L’accueil a été particulièrement froid. Aucun sourire, peu d’amabilité, et une réelle impression de déranger à chaque question. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, c’est difficilement acceptable. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée au check-in sur l’île ou sur l’organisation du séjour. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls, ce qui est vraiment dommage quand on s’attend à un minimum d’accompagnement. Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour la Colombie, surtout au vu de la qualité proposée. Quand on dépend de l’hôtel pour manger, payer 15€ pour un burger surgelé est franchement abusif. La propreté laisse aussi à désirer : chambre pas parfaitement propre, serviettes tachées… Pour le prix, ce genre de détail ne devrait tout simplement pas arriver. Enfin, la chambre à l’étage, sans véritable toit fermé, a rendu la nuit de tempête très désagréable. Énormément de vent dans la chambre, comme si nous dormions presque à l’extérieur. Parfait, je reformule pour que ce soit plus clair et plus réaliste : Et pour couronner le tout, une “propina” de 150€ avait été ajoutée directement sur la note, sans aucune explication. Je l’ai signalé au moment du paiement, et ils l’ont simplement retirée sans commentaire. Ce n’est qu’après que j’ai fait remarquer que ce n’était pas normal qu’une telle somme soit ajoutée sans rien dire qu’on m’a répondu que “c’était une erreur”. Une erreur à 150€, tout de même. La situation est restée très gênante et laisse un vrai sentiment de malaise. En résumé, le tarif pratiqué ne correspond absolument pas au niveau des prestations. Et au-delà des problèmes matériels, l’attitude du personnel – fermé, peu aimable et parfois franchement désagréable – a fortement contribué à gâcher l’expérience. Une vraie déception.

Excelente opcion para descansar y relajarse. Comodas instalaciones. Playa y agua limpia. Equipo amigable y puesto al servicio. El servicio de snorkel y tour en lancha es excelente. El pueblo detras del hotel es seguro y agradable.

Los precios del restaurante son algo elevados. De resto todo estuvo muy bien.

Mala suerte que tuvimos justo una fiesta al lado del hotel desde las 5 de la tarde hasta la 1 am. Tampoco encontramos nunca la famosa Playa Libre.

Bello lugar para disfrutar y desconectarse de todo, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud.

Siamo arrivati dopo una tempesta per cui stavano riparando diverse cose. Camera carina con una bella zanzariera, no insetti, bel bagno. Resort curato. Potrebbero migliorare i pasti. Peccato che l'isola sia piena di mondezza.

La posizione sul mare. L'area ristorante e giardino sempre curato. Lo staff gentile.

Il bagno nella camera. Facevo la doccia nella zona esterna con le docce all'aperto.

La zona de la terraza y el muelle para bañarte si hace bueno están muy bien. Parte del personal muy agradable y atento pero por el contrario otra parte del equipo muy lejos de ser mínimamente agradables

Parte del personal. Poco atentos, a su rollo y haciendo pagar por cosas que entendiendo q son las normas eran realmente lamentables. Después de traer nuestra propia leche, porque ellos no tienen, nos hicieron pagar el segundo café… Lo llegamos a entender si el primero hubiera sido en condiciones y menos si tengo q traer y pagar yo la leche.

La ubicación y las vistas

Reseña Rosario Eco Hotel Estuvimos 2 noches en Rosario Eco Hotel. La experiencia fue buena al inicio, pero lamentablemente se fue deteriorando y terminó siendo incómoda. La primera noche nos asignaron la habitación 10, en el segundo piso, con vista al mar, lo que en un comienzo parecía una suerte. La habitación era muy bonita visualmente, pero al caer la tarde comenzaron los problemas: hubo muchísimo viento y la puerta corrediza no sellaba bien, por lo que el viento literalmente levantaba la puerta y entraba a la habitación. La situación empeoró cuando nos metimos a la cama y nos dimos cuenta de que las sábanas estaban usadas y en muy mal estado: con manchas, arena, pelos y claramente arrugadas. Grabamos videos como respaldo. Lamentablemente, el hotel no cuenta con recepción después de las 17:00, por lo que no había absolutamente nadie a quien acudir para resolver el problema en ese momento. ¿Qué hicimos? Tuvimos que sacar todas las sábanas y dormir directamente sobre el colchón, sin frazadas ni ropa de cama limpia. Como entraba mucho viento —ya que las ventanas no están bien selladas y el aire entra incluso cuando están completamente cerradas— y no teníamos con qué taparnos, nos cubrimos con nuestra propia ropa. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, con fuerte viento, mar agitado y frío durante la noche. A la mañana siguiente hablamos con Marilyn, la recepcionista, quien nos pidió los videos y, correctamente, nos cambió de habitación (número 6), donde pasamos la segunda noche. Esta vez las sábanas estaban limpias, lo cual agradecemos, pero la nueva habitación tenía muchos mosquitos e insectos. Si bien había mosquitero/toldillo, este actúa como aislante, por lo que el aire de los ventiladores prácticamente no llega, haciendo que uno transpire mucho durante la noche. Al final, no sabes si dormir con calor o sin protección contra los insectos. El hotel tiene una ubicación y vistas espectaculares, eso es innegable.

Hermoso el espacio del agua y el hotel. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

La playa pública no está muy linda, tiene alquiler de sillas y poco espacio para quedarse. El centro no tiene oferta. Terminas consumiendo y estando solo en el hotel. Son insistentes en que cobran si entras comida que nos pareció totalmente innecesario. Te cobran hasta el agua para tomar.

El paisaje.

Aunque había ventilador al medio día hacía mucha calor en la habitación, nunca nos enviaron a whatsapp las actividades que habían en el lugar.

Amei tudo! A cordialidade de todos os funcionários! Todos amigáveis, inteligentes, pessoas que trabalham por amor! Em especial agradeço a linda Mari, Júlio e Pablo! Sempre atentos a oferecer o que a ilha tinha de melhor para nós, todas as experiências foram incríveis! Meu DEUS A COMIDAAAA! O arroz caldoso é o melhor! Já tentei fazer na minha casa duas vezes, mas ainda não tenho todos os ingredientes!

Achei o menu do café pequeno, mas eles sempre tentavam adaptar para me agradar! Nada a reclamar! Todos os funcionários deveriam ser tratados de forma especial, pois são pessoas incríveis. O único ponto negativo foi o retorno. O rapaz veio com a embarcação lotada de malas e pessoas, o que trouxe muita insegurança e desconforto na viagem inteira. Mas isso não é culpa do hotel. Se possível frete uma lancha privativa para voltar a Cartagena, é mais seguro’

Matters old and very uncomfortable, guy in the reception was very rude , they didn’t have prices for activities and wanted to charge more that what was sent in the WhatsApp chat.

Great location and nice staff. Food was pretty tasty as well.

Very hot at night without A/C. The ventilation system is very loud, better bring earplugs. Wifi is a little bit slow.

I loved the blue water, the relaxing feeling of the resort and the time with my boyfriend isolated in the resort.

The island is actually quite dangerous. We explored it for 2 days and my boyfriend got attacked by a dog. It is reaaaaally poor outside the resort and we suggest that if you go to isla Grande you stay in the resort your at. The food wasn’t good and there were insects in the bedroom but we can understand this because it’s an EcoHotel. The stay was OKAY, but we do not recommend this island especially if you have children. Also the water is not the cleanest in front of the resort.

Lovely room and beautiful location.

Where an earth do you eat lunch?! The hotel had a mid afternoon menu which never had anything available on it - they just kept trying to make us buy the full more expensive meals. The town rarely had anything open so due to the lack of food at the hotel we often went without lunch.

Desayunos correctos y suficientes. Espacios al aire libre pero muy bien ambientados y sombreados.

El transporte en lancha desde y hacia Cartagena es caótico. Los timoneles parecen estar corriendo carreras sin tener en cuenta la comodidad de los pasajeros. La violencia y la velocidad de conducción es inadmisible. Los fuertes golpes a los que fuimos sometidos durante el transporte no fueron ni siquiera atendidos al solicitar una conducción mas prudente. En definitiva el transporte es un desastre sin intención de mejora.

La amabilidad es increíble , la ubicación en la isla para ir a otras partes

Personal schien unflexibel und nicht sehr bemüht auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen, Englisch wird gar nicht gesprochen. Immer wieder Probleme mit Wasser und Stromausfall. Der Transfer zur Insel ist sehr beschwerlich und schlecht organisiert.

El hotel nos decepcionó en todos los sentidos; instalaciones pésimos, la habitación nada que ver con las fotos, en el baño no hay agua caliente, se oían gallos desde las 3 de la mañana casa 5 minutos cacarear y el personal lento y poco servicial. Nos arruinó un poco la estancia en Isla Grande.

Trying to stay objective, the garden of the hotel is beautiful and well kept. But it gets quite hot during the day.

I’d start saying that we had booked 3 nights in this hotel and we left after the first night, wasting 300€. I was with a friend who has defined this hotel as a scam. I wouldn’t go so far but still quite disappointing. We booked a standard room which looked very nice in pictures but then once we got there we realised the pics had been taken like 10 years before as the room was falling into pieces (pieces of ceiling which had fallen on the floor, cracks in the wall, etc). The room was dirty and the sheets stained, so we asked them to clean it again. There was no hot water, which was never mentioned anywhere. The reception is only opened until 5pm, but even during opening hours it is quite common not to find anyone there. In the night, we had a quite big spider in our room. Thankfully we found a very nice guy (we assumed it was a waiter) who helped us to remove it. We were asked to pre-order our food for dinner, which we did, and to choose a time to consume it. Once we got there, we were told that the fish we had ordered wasn’t available anymore and they also messed up the entrance order we had made. Anything ordered from the bar/restaurant took for ever. The breakfast was quite limited and no gluten free option for my friend who is a celiac (N.B. In Colombia gluten free options shouldn’t be much of a problem, arepas are gluten free for example). In any case, I also found a (cooked) spider in my pancakes (see foto attached). The most shocking thing is that once all this was reported to the reception, we didn’t receive apologies, let alone an offer to change room or to remove some items from the bill. The lady at the reception only told us that we wouldn’t be reimbursed for the room. We have contacted booking.com but so far got no reply. Very very frustrating. Last but not least, despite not being the hotel’s fault but probably good to know, is that the structure is located on the north part of island which is often subject to strong winds coming from the sea, i.e.

Hotel eine absolute Abzocke- nicht zu empfehlen katastophe, dreckig, alt, fällt auseinander ecklig auch der Stäg beim Strand ist alt und gefährlich war leider nicht entspannend!

The location was lovely on the coast. The food in the restaurant was good but small portions.

There was almost no light in the rooms, you are only allowed one coffee at breakfast and then you must pay, you have to pay for any water you drink. The rooms were not particularly clean (a mouse or rat took a bit out of a chocolate bar in one of our bags) and the rooms are really worn around the edges definitely not how the photos show them. If we had paid a small amount I wouldn’t be bothered but this was our most expensive hotel in Colombia and the worst quality.

Debería haber mejor control en cuanto a roedores entiendo las habitaciones , entiendo que es una isla y a veces se dificulta más el control peo es muy importante reforzarlo

El trato del personal y su honradez. La ubicación a 15 minutos de Playa Libre donde puedes rentar camas de playa para pasar el dia. Tambien a 5 minutos del pueblo de Orika. El muelle muy cómodo para tomar el sol y al frente del hotel hay una zona perfecta de mar donde refrescarse ya que el fondo tiene arena. El agua del grifo no es potable pero si suficiente para tomar un baño con tranquilidad. Toda la isla tiene poco abastecimiento de agua. Debes traer una botella reutilizable y cada recarga de agua tiene un costo de 5000 pesos.

Las instalaciones necesitan una remodelacion pero nada q sea impedimento para pasarla bien.

Le personnel est souriant.

Service supplémentaire hors de prix (45 euros pour une machine, nous avons demandé le prix et on nous a dit que le prix serait donné après la lessive). Eau payante et presque tous les services ‘’de bases’’. Le personnel est souvent occupé. L’endroit est peu entretenu et un peu délabré comparé aux photos. Peu d’activité proposée (et celles proposées sont hors de prix comparé à d’autres endroits sur l’île).

Realmente un día maravilloso, la atención del personal única , la comida deliciosa se entiende que un poco costoso por lo complejo que es la llevar todo hasta ahí. El muelle vista espectacular, todo extremadamente tranquilo no ahí ventas ambulantes.

Algunas zonas del hotel están un poco malas pero se nota que están tratando y trabajando en mejorar.

We had an amazing stay! This is the perfect hotel if you want to escape the chaos of the city. If you’re expecting a luxury resort, this might not be for you but if what you want is the real Caribbean vibe, a tropical island feel, and a truly paradisiacal setting, this is hands down the best choice on the island. We stayed in the ocean view suites, and the upgrade was absolutely worth it. A friend of ours stayed in one of the rooms in the back and mentioned it could get a bit warm during the day, but honestly, you’re never in your room at that time anyway you’ll be out enjoying the beach, the water, or a cocktail under the palm trees. The food was delicious typical Colombian dishes with enough variety for everyone’s taste. Prices seemed very fair, especially considering it’s an island. And most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to come back!

We liked the breakfast. Swimming off the dock was amazing. We did the snorkel tour twice, which was incredible and a great deal for 1.5 hrs of snorkelling at coral reefs. The staff was really friendly.

The food at the restaurant was quite expensive, but really tasty. Breakfast only came with one coffee. Our room did not have AC, however the fans worked really well and we were able to sleep comfortably.

Habitación cómoda y atención buena por parte del personal. Ahora están ofreciendo una pensión completa a muy buena relación calidad precio. El mar es lindo.

En entender que llegamos temprano y tenían la habitación disponible y al final la salida pudimos quedarnos un poco más de tiempo, mientras nos recogían.
