The Hotel is located near the Parit Buntar KTM Train Station, there are ample parking, family mart & restaurants nearby. The Executive Suite was good but other types of Rooms were not to our satisfaction.

The breakfast somehow lack the wow factor. Honestly better to look at breakfast outside if you have the time.

There are two convenience stores and a KFC downstairs, which I think is quite nice.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but unfortunately, each stay has been disappointing. The bed sheets did not seem properly cleaned, and I was bitten by something during the night, which triggered allergic reactions and forced me to take medication. I sincerely hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and improve its cleanliness standards

Nice room & clean also the location is strategic with near shop

Very disappointed with kitchen staff smoking at kitchen during working hours,also sliding at pool still open for kids to slide but the condition its not safety.

The hotel near my kampung has shops downstairs, including KFC, Family Mart, and CU Mart. I stayed there during Ramadan and the fasting month until the second day of Raya. Sahur started at 5 AM, but the staff kept preparing other dishes, so I had to wait. During Raya, they served lemang, rendang, and kuah kacang, which were delicious. The staff were very friendly. I asked them to contact me if a room became available to extend my stay or if someone canceled their booking last minute. The receptionist called my room and offered me an available room to extend my stay. The room was clean and convenient for my kids.

I wish the hotel provided individual irons in each room instead of having to iron outside and wait in line.

The location is great, food for breakfast are acceptable and the pool is good for children

The staffs were friendly and location wise is great with Family mart, KFC, & CU mart available downstairs.

Nothing in particular, maybe the facilities are quite old, that is all. Apart from that, all is well.

Just OK and near to Train Station

We did not like the industrial design and cement flooring along the corridors, cement like wall, small size rooms, a bit smelly and 2 pillows to a Queen Bed which we managed finally to get four.

The place located near to convenient store such as Family Mart and CU. Have KFC nearby for easy access to food. Around the place have good food (lunch and dinner) needs. Also, parking space enough at the basement and outside.

The bed in room quite rough and possible get back ache and the pillow is too soft for heavy sleeper. Also the table provided did not have enough space for working but acceptable for not long stay of work.

Location is the best.

The carpet is dirty the pipe in the washroom is spoil.

Clean room & bathroom. Fresh towel and linen.

Refrigerator in my room is not functioning.

Room clean especially toilet. So comfort. Kfc, family mart, cu mart just at level G hotel. Got basement parking. Swimming pool. Breakfast is same for 2 day. Haha. Nasi lemak ok..sedap. we attend wedding at level 3 hall. Easy access to all.

I like the room, very clean & spacious. The facilities also in good condition. The parking space and lift is secured and pool is nice (very big for the kids section which is very good). The service provided by the hotel also great as I ask for extra pillow and within 10 minutes, I already got one.

For the breakfast, the option is limited and unsatisfactory (banyak dah habis at 8.30 a.m.). Should improve on this as the price of the hotel room without breakfast is less than RM50 (means 2 person + breakfast with the breakfast option is not commendable). As for the staff, some are not very friendly but still okay.

Spacious

1. No on offer to help carry our luggage to the room on 7th floor. For an elderly couple, weI have to personally take the trolley, put all luggage and push it to the room by ourself. 2. The TV set was not operative, reported to reception around 10.30pm and was told that someone will come to check. Waited till 11.30pm nobody turns up. 3. The price paid does not worth the facility offered. 4. Breakfast was almost finish by 9.30am. The top-up was slow. 5. May not consider to stay during my next trip.

This low rate hotel got cafe & breakfast, also nice pool, free roofing car parks & located at strategic area.

Little upset when at 7.30 am, breakfast still not fully ready & half boiled egg just like fully boiled when its served near 7.30am.
