Perfect location in Rocamadour, Staff could not have been better and helped out with booking other day outs. Room comfortable. Restaurant food exceptional and reasonably priced, waiting staff very good. Waking to hot air balloons lifting off and then going past room a bonus.

Meilleur emplacement possible à Rocamadour, permettant de profiter du village dans le calme le soir venu. Terrasse avec vue sur la canyon, permettant petit déjeuner ou dîner dans un cadre unique. Personnel attentionné et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons vivement!

The location and age

That the bedrooms had modern furniture cheaply made and decor that didn’t reflect the period of the property. The bathroom was very dated and they were unable to provide oat milk in room for myself but then didn’t provide any milk at all for my husband. There is no parking they said but saw parking bays reserved for guests. They say park in car parks and get the lift down but thats a heck of a trek for anyone with a disability or older. The fridge in a cupboard wasn’t cold and the heat of it running heated up the cupboard so made the fridge unusable! The didn’t provide extra pillows as requested. It was mostly clean apart behind the loo where and under the loo seat. It would be nice to have a couple of biscuits in room as we had driven 9 straight hours to get there and were absolutely exhausted on arrival and was desperately for a cuppa and a biscuit!

One of the most beautiful centrally located hotels in the village. Definitely worth a stay

In the heart of this beautiful town, the hotel felt very grand and superbly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was beautifully situated and the food of a very good standard.

We were told we could unload our bags near the hotel entrance but as this was a popular, busy, tourist street, access during peak times was impossible and we were discouraged by locals from driving anywhere near the hotel. We found parking on a road some distance below the town and had quite a few steep steps to climb with our bags. Not a problem for us but anyone less able would really struggle with the climb. The steps were very slippery and dangerous the next day in the rain.

Right in the center of the old town, good quality breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely views. Located inside old medieval building with rustic feel.

Air conditioning wasn't very effective in summer and bathroom was dated and reaching end of its life.

Everything was very nice. The location is in the center of the town, near to everything. The room was comfort and clean. All the staff was polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

Que era muy céntrico, la cama era muy cómoda, el baño era muy grande.

La localisation ainsi que le batiment d'époque sont iconiques. La chambre est haut de gamme, très propre, calme, bien équipée et confortable. Le lit est par ailleurs très grand et confortable. La chambre est climatisée. Le personnel très attentif et professionnel.

L'hôtel est en deux parties. La deuxième partie n'est pas surveillée la nuit, ce qui peut engendrer des soucis s'il n'y a pas des voyageurs bien intentionnés.Nous n'avons pu dormir qu'une nuit sur 2.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained room. Staff were excellent. Great breakfast and highly recommended the restaurant where the food was of a great standard and staff were wonderful. A great place to stay in a very beautiful location. We stayed in family room which had a gorgeous view.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, the family room is wonderful but the single beds are on a mezzanine with a steep staircase. It has a low gate at top of stairs for safety but maybe add some photos of this to room choices when booking. Fine for older children but our child was 5 so one of us ended up having to sleep up there with her as we felt it too steep for Her alone. But no criticism of room as such it was really beautiful.

Location was excellent, very helpful staff. Comfortable room with a view. Had a great dinner and quick breakfast at their restaurant right in front. Would gladly stay here again.

We got a room that seemed to be adapted for people with accessibility issues, which explains the shower being quite open. I would only ask they place longer shower curtains to avoid water getting everywhere and making the floor slippery. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but to each their own.

Fantastic location - could not beat. Gorgeous terrace restaurant opposite hotel for evening drink or dinner. Lovely room. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location in this spectacular town. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was everything we could have hoped for and more, as we were given a complimentary upgrade. We would return and recommend.

Nothing. You should be aware that luggage drop off in the Main Street (directly opposite the hotel) is permitted but longer term parking must be found elsewhere.

Great location in the middle of this amazing town. Everything in town feels very touristy though, nothing that feels very authentic. The hotel room had a great view to the cliffs on the other side, and though it was small, it had character and was clean.

The staff didn't seem very genuine and seemed a bit tired, bored and uninterested to check in yet another guest. It's a very touristy town so it seems like they're a bit "over" it. The restaurant was also overpriced and not the best food of our trip -- trying to be fancy and gastronomical, but the quality was just not there. The buffet breakfast was mediocre compared to others in the region, despite being on the more expensive side.

Chambre spacieuse - Literie confortable - Hôtel bien situé au sein de la cité médiévale

Pendant tout le séjour, la télévision et le téléphone ne fonctionnaient pas, nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée. Lors de notre départ, un geste commercial pour avoir subi ces désagréments, nous a été promis. Depuis le 18 Juin 2026, nous n'avons rien perçu, aucune nouvelle , malgré plusieurs réclamations. Le personnel devrait être plus attentionné, à l'écoute des clients et mieux communiquer avec les clients. Nous sommes déçus.

Llegamos al restaurante a las 8,25 y no nos dejaron cenar aunque el horario era hasta las 8,30. El recepcionista que era amabilísimo, intentó que nos permitieran sentarnos en el restaurante pero no lo consiguió.

La serviabilité du personnel et la cerise sur le gâteau, pouvoir profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel Bellaroc par cette canicule. Le petit-déjeuner était fabuleux

Perfect location with lovely views from a spacious room. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Most important for our visit was the aircon as it was blistering hot outside!

An anti-slip mat in the bath/over-head shower as dangerously slippery! Also, it would have been nice for fresh milk to be in the fridge but purely personal choice.
